Very quiet, very comfortable and very, very friendly staff.

The only bad thing was the breakfast. There was a very limited breakfast and what was available was mostly bad. The sausages not only smelled awful but also tasted awful. I could not eat them at all. The eggs were terrible and the coffee was just plain terrible. I would recommend that either provide a good breakfast or don’t provide one at all. If this doesn’t improve, then it will just hurt your hotel. I know the breakfast was included in the room cost but still….

Location was fine. The staff was attentive and very friendly and professional, and easy to deal with. Whenever I had a question, they had an answer. Good value and the hotel was VERY clean. Beds are very comfortable.

The breakfast food was fair. The TV is digital and most of the stations, including the "Channel Guide" station had no reception.

Family of 4 stayed 4 comfortable nights at this hotel only 20 minutes away from airport great facilities within the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast options and super comfortable beds and pillows. I would stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Possibly there could have been more amenities nearby. Location was ok if you want a hotel near the airport and Bampton this will be OK for you.

The property itself is very new and up to date. the staff is very very professional and friendly. I really liked the beds and pillows they are very comfortable.

The washroom situation is not good. When you have multiple people sharing a room and someone needs the washroom at night and then has to wash their hands, there’s no door to separate the sink area from the bedroom so you wake up everyone when you go to the washroom during the night. The other issue was cleanliness. I didn’t feel that the room was that clean, the floor was dirty and the garbage under the sink was totally full.

Staff are friendly and helpful especially "Jolly and Ram" at reception. Room size and facilities are very good, let down by noise from the AC unit in the room, however, temperature control is excellent. Location is good approx 20 min from airport and centre by car.

Very comfortable bed and overall nice studio. Great kitchenette. Good Breakfast. Responsive and helpful staff. Good gym. Totally enjoyed the stay.

TVs should be changed to smart wifi TVs. That way can use Netflix or YouTube and more TV entertainment options especially for families travelling with kids. Only 1 elevator in the hotel. Preferred to use the stairs.

We were on a vacation tour to Niagara and Toronto, we booked this hotel through Priceline. The room was good and had plenty of space for 5 to 6 guests. Everything was clean except we saw some cockroaches in the kitchen. The kitchenware was clean, the internet worked perfectly, the breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Travelled from Dubai to Toronto and stay there couple of nights, they upgraded the hotel on my arrival. The staff at reception was very helpful and courteous. The one bed room hotel apartment, where I stayed had everything of my need. I felt like home. The location is good, with lots of parking space. I will definitely stay there again.

Room is spacious for the family

When we arrived the bathroom is not really clean you can still see some hair in the floor .

good breakfast, nice staff, clean for the most part (i’m a germophobe and o had to do minimal cleaning)

construction all around hotel so couldn’t really walk anywhere but there is a good plaza with restaurants and movie theatre 2 min drive away
