It’s pet friendly I think this is very nice, it’s clean, friendly staff.

The restaurant is too small for the amount of people in the hotel, there were no tables/ chairs available for the four of us. This is just unacceptable, luckily we had a suite with a table and we ate there but some people would turn around and leave. About three weeks ago we stayed at this same place, but we had the grandparents with us their room did not have a table and they cannot walk much or stand still for long periods of time. Luckily on that trip the restaurant was not as busy as this time.

Staff was incredible helpful and nice. I arrived early and they arranged the best option for my family. Laundry room was decisive choosing it and worked well (3 Dollar per washing or dryer). Good overnight price comparing to other options in Quebec. Reasonable breakfast (american style). The king suite room was very spacious and with 2 separated rooms - living room and bedroom, it worked well for my family with toddler.

The hotel is not new and not very modern, but everything worked very well. Around 20min drive from Quebec city center, but it wasn't problematic with car.

The breakfast was a standard meal, scrambled egg & sausage & cheese-could make a Sausage & egg muffin. Tea, coffee, juice. youghurts, bananas & apples. Waffles, toast! Was filling for all 6 of us from 2yr old to 70 year olds.

Would have liked to be closer to Old Quebec City, but we were able to taxi. Had great taxi driver on our way there. The hotel clerk was very helpful in arranging that for all 6 of us!

Quality Suites is very near Galeries de la Capitale. Reasonably priced for a budget.

We were given a room near adult children but it smelled of cigarette smoke. We were transferred the next day. The young attending receptionist informed us we should have complained immediately that first night. What does this mean-our fault? I think the receptionist could have reacted better as she is working in customer service, or should not say anything at all. As we are not "complainers" or "whiners" we tried to sleep through the smoke smell because we were tired after a long drive but decided to let reception know the next day. We were immediately moved to a new room. Breakfast menu stayed the same the 4 days we have stayed.

Understand that this is a value hotel chain. Breakfast was fresh, continually cleaned of spills and crumbs. The breakfast attendant was exceptionally attentive. I appeared lost as I was looking for hot chocolate and she came over to help. Then went in the back to get it. Generally this location was very clean. Also Ideally located beside a major mall complex, with a small indoor amusement park. Decent food options within 5 min drive. Room size is substantial.

On this visit, nothing disappointed.

We booked one suite with just one bed plus couch. And back we booked the family suite with two beds separated with a door, which I liked! We did like the beds, because often you fall in the middle of the mattress, but here it was comfortable. The room was big enough, an existing door to the bedroom is not always available, that's a plus! The rooms were very clean, fridge and coffeemaker we liked. It was not noisy, even it was right beside the highway.

The Breakfast was a bit small. No eggs, no bacon, no cheese. It could be a bit more variety for the price. The couch in the suite was too soft and too small for sitting comfortable. In the family suite was a bed, which I really liked, but there was no couch for watching TV.

The type of the room. Our room has a separate door for one king bed and one queen bed, so it's perfect for our circumstances. (Me, my husband, my toddler, and my mom). The hotel has a playpen, offering for no fee. There are 2 entry doors to the toilet. I found it's practical. There is a small kitchen counter, so we could clean the baby's bottles and his food containers. The breakfast is included with the price, and there are egg, patty, and many kinds types of bread. We can also make our own waffles. I found there are multiple types of food that they offer. Overall, my experience here is good, and I'd recommend this hotel.

The staff at the reception seemed like they didn't want to work or they didn't like their job. I found they are not friendly, but they are not rude or anything. They just didn't smile and seemed to avoid eye contact and mostly hiding behind their counter. I wish they'd be more bubbly, happy, and smiley.

Liked the size of the room and the layout. Bedroom doors could be closed so someone could sleep while others watched t.v. Lined the coffee pot and fridge in the room. Bed was exceptionally comfy.

Free breakfast was okay but breakfast room was very small and crowded. Sometimes there weren’t enough trays.

The room was large and comfortable. We got a great sleep in a very comfortable bed and a quiet room. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. For example, the staff at the reception desk, notably Kouman, went out of their way to accomodate us (we arrived late in the evening with our black lab). The waffles that Marie-Lyne made us for breakfast were outstanding :-) The location is excellent, we'll stay here again.

Although the bed was super comfortable, the couch was less so. For the price, though, it's more of an obersvation than a complaint.

We had an enjoyable stay here at the end in mid September, staff were nice. Good Location, there are a lot of restaurants and grocery store nearby, free parking. Free Breakfast was great , hopefully by next time it would be offered for longer time rather than just until 9:30am. We would stay here again next time.

My biggest complaint about the room would be that the sofa bed is older, so the cushions aren't very soft and not comfortable.
