Loved my stay at this hotel. The room was large with lots of natural light and warm and cosy. The bed are super comfortable. Lovey big bathroom with nice products. Fridge in the room. The breakfast was fabulous. All the usual suspects and more. The bar with circular fire place was a standout for me. Very atmospheric and relaxing during a cold and rainy stay. Unfortunately due to the rainy weather and heavy cloud cover, I did not get to see the view of the volcano from the hotel. The decor of the hotel is very nice. Refined muted tones accented with local art, historic photographs and beautiful floral arrangements. Everything was super clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from the town CBD which has loads of restaurants, cafes, craft shops and lots of adventure shops. My friend used the indoor heated pool which she said was good.

I didn't find any fault with the hotel.

Good view of the lake and peak. Easy to reach town. Clean hotel, and staff courteous and helpful. Spacious room. Good breakfast, Lovely property.

Not much choice for food in the restaurant specially for people coming from other part of the world. Should have provided electric kettle to drink tea or coffee in the room. Also please provide charging converter for people coming from other continents.

Breakfast had good options with a mix of fruits, veggies, baked items and drinks.

The rooms need to have coffee machine or hot water kettles with the option of making tea / coffee in the room. The internet was spoty ...sometimes it was very slow. The TV was really small ....

The staff was great, the rooms were confortable; nice and calm hotel; we were given an upgrade for no extra money, and the room assigned had a great view of the lake and Osorno volcano. Very confortable beds, nice hotel decoration, very classy. Breakfast was great.

The hotel could use some extra maintenance in its facilities; the exterior walls, specially the front walls, need to be painted urgently. With some touchups this hotel could actually be a full five star hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Very nice decor throughout, with use of original artworks. For the conference, plenty of spaces to relax and chat to other participants.

Hot water was not really hot -- tepid to warm.

From the first interaction with staff to the very last moment, everyone was very nice and accommodating! The hotel was beautiful, location was prime, and rooms were comfortable!

Wonderful view from bedroom window. Spacious room with nice bed. Good breakfast.

Bathroom shower not very powerful. No tea and coffee facilities in bedroom.

It has a very nice bar, restaurants and ver comfy beds.

The carpets are old, stained are this gives a dirty sensation, need to be changed.

Comfortable room, spacious. Nice environment and felt homely and warming inside the hotel.

Blackout curtains on the windows - too much light coming in. Jacuzzi not working and this was the main reason we booked this hotel.
