The pools are nice and heated. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Breakfast is the same everyday with no change at all. The cleaners never cleaned the floor and never changed the bed sheets.

Overall the hotel was really nice, especially the pool and spa looked great. Reception was very professional. Housekeeping was amazing, very good service from them! It was a really enjoyable holiday and the views are indeed amazing. I would recommend for families or elderly people going, not couples or young people.

Some of the workers there didn’t think I spoke Spanish and I was surprised to see them being rude in Spanish in front of me or even talk about me while I was in front of them, especially the workers at the pool. Also, the food is not the most amazing for pool, room service or breakfast. Location is not amazing if you want to do stuff, we had to take a cab everywhere.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We were in a villa with jacuzzi & had a fantastic sleep every night thanks to the huge cloud soft bed & blackout blinds. The view from our terrace was fabulous. The room was very clean. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the little touches - a glass of bubbles on arrival, giving out watermelon by the pool etc. One thing I loved about this hotel is that unlike lots of other resorts, there were plenty of sun loungers so we didn’t feel like we had to compete for space. We loved the pool area, which felt like it was set in a garden - lots of trees and greenery etc and the cocktails from the pool bar are reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pools so much that we barely left the hotel. We were very impressed with the breakfast & had an enjoyable meal in the property’s Italian restaurant one night too. The location is a bit further out so we had a long walk or an e scooter ride to restaurants etc. The beach is a short walk down a big hill but that wasn’t a problem for us.

A minor thing but they do not restock the bottled water in the rooms. We didn’t have a problem drinking tap water but some may not like the taste & the nearest shops are a bit of a walk away (though I discovered towards the end of the stay I could have been refilling my water bottle in the gym…)

STAYED IN A SOLARIUM VILLA. PLENTY OF SPACE IN ROOM WITH SEPERATE WALK IN WARDROBE, AND A BATHROOM WITH SHOWER BATH & TOILET. A BALCONY WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS & UP THE OUTSIDE STAIRS A SUN DECK WITH LOUNGERS & A WHIRLPOOL BATH. SPEND ALL DAY APART FROM MEALS IN YOUR OWN PEACE & QUIET,IF IT SUITS YOU. FOOD WAS FINE WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE. STAFF ALL VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.THE VIEWS FROM THE HOTEL ARE LOVELY AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF SUN BEDS & THE VARIOUS POOLS ARE NOT BUSY.

YOU ARE WARNED THE HILL TO THE BEACH IS STEEP BUT THEY HAVE A COURTESY BUS SO BOOK THAT IF NEEDED. THERE ARE QUITE A LOT OF STEPS AS THE HOTEL IS ON DIFFERENT LEVELS BUT THERE ARE SOME LIFTS SO CHECK THEM OUT IF NEEDS BE.

Amazing view of the mountains and the ocean from our room, nevertheless morning hours or night; most probably one of the best views of the island. Beautiful 😍. The pool area is top notch as well 🤩. Great food variety - quality and well organized considering the large diversity of the clientele. Friendly staff and good service even do some were newly hired, however good attendance and service overall. Cozy ambient. Special thanks to Luz, Milena, Sofia ... and all staff who is doing a woderful job there. We just love it !

We should have stayed more days ... ☺ Definately we liked everything and enjoyed our vacation. As a suggestion, can have a daily bottled water, considering it is a 5* ... but again, only positive thoughts.

In general all the staff at Vincci Plantacion that we were in contact with were extremely friendly and professional, and meeting every request positively and with a smile. We felt very welcome from arrival until we left for our flight home. Brekfast was very good, and the staff there friendly and accommodating every wish and the same goes for the service in the pool area. In my experience the Vincci Plantacion is definetely the best hotel I stay at in Tenerife, and I certainly hope to visit again.

In my opinion the quality of the food in pool area restaurant could be improoved.

Every thing was exceptional. The hotel is super clean and the staff are very friendly and very smiling all the time. The buffet was great and very versatile for breakfast and dinner. A nice terrace with nice entertainment different every evening. The location is perfect and the walk to the beach is very enjoyable.

Actually nothing I didn’t like, but it would be nice to offer water to drink in the rooms. Many other hotels offer water to the rooms every day, I think it’s not a big deal but it’s a nice gesture to the guests.

The various pool areas were excellent, with a dedicated kids' zone, a relaxing area, and an adults-only section, which added a unique touch. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and the pool bar offered a nice variety of food. Our room was lovely, with a spacious balcony and kept spotlessly clean. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding - staff were exceptionally friendly. The buffet meals were of high quality with a great selection. The hotel also includes a small but well-equipped gym. It’s just a walk downhill to Playa del Duque and the highly recommended La Torre del Mirador restaurant. Overall, a truly wonderful hotel that feels special in every way.

Just a few small touches could make the experience even better. A way into the grounds from the bottom of the hill would be amazing if ever possible. Having water refill stations around the hotel grounds would be a great addition, especially in the warm climate. The gym, while a nice feature, very clean with some good equipment, felt a little small for the size of the hotel and could be even better with a few more pieces of equipment - kettlebells would be a great addition! A mini fridge in the room for storing personal snacks and drinks would also be great.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the majestic colonial style space and lush, well-manicured gardens The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

everything was perfect

The service from all the staff was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was fine (actually I've tasted better, but it was completely missed). The hotel is high up with a great view, which means there are slopes in every direction you want to go.

There could have been more choice for lunch, such as sandwiches with ham and cheese, club sandwiches, pizzas and light food. Lunch was quite expensive for the quality, and it's a long walk for lunch, no restaurant near the hotel. The furniture and curtains in the room could be changed, but the rooms are very large, with a great shower and a great bed. But the furniture and curtains are a child of their time.
