Staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. They surprised us on my kid’s birthday with cake and table decoration at the breakfast. 10 points for customer satisfaction. Location is best and walking distance from beach. Shop markets right across the street and bus stops at 2 minutes walking distance. Overall amazing experience.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day.plenty of options to choose from at meal times. The same staff working every day so to say they work hard will be an understatement they are helpful cheerful and definitely go towards making your stay their no 1 priority.pool area cannot be faulted lovely big warm watered pool lots of avail sun beds laundry/game room plus gym you could not ask for more. We had a fantastic holiday so a massive thank you to all the hard working staff and because of this I will be back again in January.

I only booked one week instead of two

Location is excellent, so close to various beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely amenities and half board option is perfect for tasting variety of foods Staff are very friendly and helpful There is free mini golf on site- great for kids Lots of books to choose from / to keep or exchange. There is also chess board for kids and lots of inflatable and plastic toys for beach/ pool days to borrow. You can get to property directly from the airport on 2 buses (40 and then 467) cheap and convenient

I didn’t realise there wasn’t an air con but there are 2 ceiling fans Also struggled with 2 single beds being pushed together instead of a double

The location is perfect. Room was renovated and clean. We got a nice view to the pool. Pool was clean and warm, nice for children. Good breakfast and the dinner was okay as well. Good value for money, would stay again.

E-block close to a big hotel with very loud music / show in the evening, can be heard to the room. Teaspoons where always hard to find at breakfast. Drinks not included in the dinner buffet, would be nice to include at least still water to the buffet. AC in the room would be great.

Lovely tranquil setting with beautiful pool around low rise bungalow style appartments with beautiful tropical planting- but with bonus of hotel facilities like reception, bike hire, laundry, restaurant and pool bar etc. Breakfast buffet was perfect.

Might have been the time of year (January) but half the sunlounger are in shade. Sadly residents insisted on “bagging” the best sunloungers while they went out for the day. Shame some people are so selfish.

We received first a room a ground floor/under ground somehow :) see pictures with bedroom Then we ask for a change and we recieve another one at 1st floor.quite nice.conclusion is that 1st floor manadatory to have a great feedback about location

We booked this place last minute and it exceeded our expectations! The pools were heated and set at a great temperature where it was refreshing, but not cold. Things that were great: 1. Staff was friendly and helpful 2. Pool had toys for a daughter to play with 3. Breakfast and dinner were great and always a delight to eat there - our daughter was given a lollipop after dinner which was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. 4. Walking distance to 2 different beaches 5. Next to a lot of restaurants and shops!

Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was great and promptly cleaned daily. Our daughter loved the pool and there was a lot of water toys provided by the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was the same every day but there were so many choices you wouldn't get bored. The dinner was different every day, but it was always delicious. The staff was very helpful and especially friendly with kids.

Maybe the one thing is that the kitchen could have been a little better equipped with regards to kitchen utensils, but it was OK for some basic cooking. But other than that it was really spotless.

Property is in the perfect spot, very close to the beach, great restaurants, malls, grocery stores and bus stops. It was also very clean, spacious and well-equipped with helpful staff. The breakfast was alright, but I would not pay for that again. Great for a more laid-back holiday, I would definitely come back.

Before our arrival, I have contacted the staff about booking us a Teide tour, but they informed me that I need to arrange it at reception once I am at the hotel. When that happened, the staff informed me that booking tours must be arranged more in advance … Also, in our booking they stated that our room has streaming possibilities, specifically Netflix, however that was not true.
