The hotel has been recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful. The room we rented was private and the landlords were very accommodating. Our only reservation was the main door being a little temperamental and needing fixed but I'm sure this won't be an issue for the landlord. We love Tenerife, been coming for 20 years and this is in the perfect location for families. We will be back!

The location was perfect & only a short walk to restaurants/beach. There was everything we could need inside of the apartment

The apartment is within an all inclusive hotel & we were told we couldn’t use the bar without having a wrist band, we also couldn’t take our own food and drink in from the shops therefore we never used the pool much. The property needs a bit of maintenance, the sink in the bathroom leaks water & so does the toilet. There are a few plug sockets hanging out of the walls & the door key entry system was very temperamental, we had to swipe the card quite a few times for it to work. There is also only 1 chair on the balcony. There is no where to store luggage as the hotel refused Because the apartment is private, so keep this in mind if you have a late night flight.

curtain rails broken, door was difficult to secure, only one chair on patio, also over looked the family pool with very loud music blasting out.

Clean, modern, comfortable, great location…plus the champagne bar in the roof is amazing and they have veeeery good drinks

1. the balcony and whole apartment is situated to the family zone and entertaining area - during the day there is noise from the pool where the kids are playing and everyday from 20-22:30 there are some loud shows for aparthotel guests; maybe this is a bit more my personnal issue, but when i want to have fun i go to leclub, veronicas, monkey bar or papagayo, when i am in the apartment resort i wish to have relaxing and quiet place around me…it was not even possible to watch netflix on the terrace because the noise from the entertaining area was very loud and annoying / 2. there is no place to leave a luggage in the lobby on the date of your departure so if you have flight in the evening you have to spend a whole day with your belongings and the staff at the reception is very rude when you want to ask them sth…
