Great location, very clean, rom was big , enough for our family of 4. 2 swimming pool for families and a tennis/football court..great for kids.Delicious deserts bar.

The restaurant was too small for all tourists..at dinner times often was not an available table no matter what hour you would go. Also food was insufficient especially the grilled meat...long queues and staff not willing to put on plate as much as you liked. It gave us the impression it was intentionally done to discourage people to consume .. Fish not great comparing to other hotels or other parts of Spain. Overall all the restaurant experiences were disappointing. Not much to choose for children either on the healthy range. Often the chicken was uncooked and the rice not boiled properly. They could do with a new management.

All inclusive buffet was brilliant, such a wide variety. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Lots of sun beds and a lovely roof sun terrace. Heated pool made it very easy to get into. Junior suite was really good size and like the adult only side, lovely and quiet.

Restaurant was a little noisy and hot, also lots of children although there was an adult only section.

I loved the family pool, food, friendly staff. There was also entertainment every day. The location is great. There was a 5 min walk to the shops and the beach.

The rooms and the whole hotel is a bit dated but it did not spoil our holiday. We also understand that it is very expensive to refurbish the property.

Rooms were lovely,a good size and very clean. Pool area was lovely and good service from the pool bar. Food was really nice and varied. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

We stayed in the adults only side and it would of been nice to have a bit of background music in the bar on an evening, it was a little bit boring especially if you were staying there for a week's holiday.

Location was great. Facilities were lovely. Staff very helpful. Food was plentiful. Pool towels handy and staff flexible with half board. Amazing roof terrace if you can escape the kids for a while.

Room on 1st floor was very noisy. Right next to kids disco. Also facing onto road where traffic noise which made for poor sleep over the holiday. No sun on the terrace at all. Room 119. Floor lifting in the rooms but apart from that they were nice.

In general, good hotel with a few negatives. We went on an all inclusive stay, you wasn't allowed water to drink as part of the deal, you had to pay extra. There was a sunset roof top bar, which again wasn't included in the deal, you needed to pay full price same as anyone else, it wasn't even subsidised if you were all inclusive. Most staff were very pleasant just the odd ones shouldn't be in customer based jobs. When you come to check out and they just look at the screen, take your keys and say that's ok. What's wrong with a bit of common courtesy, was everything OK, how was your stay, hope you had a lovely time, thanks for choosing us for your holiday, hope to see you again soon.

Loved the view from our room and the comfort of the suite. The daily cleaning was excellent and attention to detail superb. We loved the breakfast and the rooftop lounge area. The staff worked really hard and were super helpful. It was in a fantastic location albeit an inclined hill walk back from the beach.

The noise level at dinner was a shock to the system and the queuing for food took away a lot of pleasure. The basement level dining hall lacks a lot of natural light. I missed being able to sit outdoors to dine also to experience a better ambience while dining. The pool area was also quite noisy with the entertainment. The yoga class was just 15 mins - it was on the roof beside the doorway so people walked through!

Very positive experiences. The room was very clean. The food was delicious and lots to choose from. Big selection of desserts and snacks. Animation team... wow that was a real achievement and well done for them!!! They are making a big difference to the hotel's overall experience. White party... please let's have more like that!!! Bartenders are very friendly and have a good sense of humour.

Tapaz booking- reception gave us free invites for dinner in one of the restaurants near the kids' club. That was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. From the entry, we waited for the main course for 30 minutes. A small selection on the menu card and nothing vegetarian. They came with some starters on the dry baguette, what was on the top was okay but not the baguette. Main meal, OMG we had Portuguese cod - it looks very unpleasant, not tasting good at all. Please remove this service from your hotel. In terms of hotel rooms, maybe add some different pillow options.

Food was amazing

Not the cleanest, no fridge despite being advertised

The hotel was a good choice for our summer vacation. We stayed in the family room with the half-board package (breakfast and dinner). We particularly enjoyed the spacious, stylish, and modern room, along with the excellent food selection. The location is also nice, offering a peaceful atmosphere while remaining close to two beautiful beaches: Playa de Fañabé and Playa del Duque.

The check-in process was surprisingly inefficient. Despite utilizing the online "quick check-in" feature, we waited 15 minutes at the desk and another 15 minutes to secure a parking spot. The front desk staff seemed unprofessional at times. Additionally, the noise cancellation in the room was poor, and we found it disappointing that soft drinks were not included in the half-board package.
