Attention to details (new beach towels regularly, drinks and snacks at the rooftop pool: staff handing out ice cream, making mojitos etc), very good breakfast, very nice staff,

It is a bit stressful every morning to get sunbeds at the prestige rooftop pool as people rush to reserve them as soon as it opens. The area where the snacks are at the prestige lounge on the sixth floor is a bit cramped (you are essentially blocking the walkway when getting drinks and snacks)

Can’t say anything bad about this hotel. It was incredibly clean throughout the whole hotel - our room was cleaned to the highest standard everyday, pool area cleared up cups etc really frequently, lovely smell in all of the communal areas. Breakfast was exceptional - huge choice of foods, everything you could think of was there. Smoked salmon, honeycomb, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, full English, omelettes, tortillas, waffles, juices, cava, hot drinks. Everything! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site (Gourmet Market) had a wide selection of wonderful foods. Room had air con, Bluetooth built in speakers, tv with movies to rent, mini fridge, hairdryer, double sink, iron/board, safe.

Stayed lots of times and they have brought a new system in to book your sun beds on an app. It is a TERRIBLE SYSTEM and eats into people holiday. We were a party of 6 and wanted bed together and had to Que to book with the staff by the pool and 3 times the beds weren’t booked and we were split up. This happened to lots of people and they were all complaining to the poor staff who were trying their best to help people but the system doesn’t work!!! Also if you want to book in advance for the beds the want 5 euros to book it. PLEASE LEAVE THE OLD SYSTEM IN PLACE as it spoils the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, with an incredible atmosphere and a perfect location, right next to the sea. The pool is saltwater and warm, super inviting. The food is fantastic! Huge variety, at every meal, for all tastes. It is also important to mention the friendliness of the staff, super helpful and welcoming.

The all week we were at the hotel, we have stayed out of our room for hours, with the recommendation on the outside of the room door that it should be cleaned. Even so, our room was never cleaned by the morning and, in fact, often they only cleaned it in the late afternoon, or even didn’t cleaned it at all because it coincided with the time we went to the room to get ready for dinner. The shower gel was not replaced and we spent the last few days using hand sanitizer instead. The snacks and coffee capsules that we were guaranteed to have, as we were on an all-inclusive basis, were also not always replaced.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2025 and the whole experience was exceptional. The rooms were very comfortable and every single staff member were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. In particular Krista from Guest Services was professional and dedicated to making sure we had a fabulous time. She sorted out a potential problem very quickly and to a very high, she was amazing. Also Minion in the Pool Restaurant provided a first class service from the time we sat down until we left. All in all we had one of best holidays ever! Thank you.

Tve facilities were of a very high standard and be food was first class.

Hotel is beautiful. Pool area is lovely. Staff really attentive, special mention to Carolina. She was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The buffet breakfast is the best I have ever had. There is something for everyone.

The shower and toilet area. The shower leaks into the bathroom and toilet area. My daughter’s room had a smell after showering. We did complain and staff were very nice and offered to move them but we preferred to be next door. They also did a temporary fix on a loose tile. I feel all the bathrooms need to be overhauled to sort this issue. Mines also flooded but I didn’t have an issue withe the smell. I understand it would be very costly but felt it was the only thing letting the hotel down.

The hotel has everything you need for a getting away from it all holiday. You could stay here all inclusive and not go anywhere else (apart from maybe the beach !) or use it as a base for exploring the island and its fabulous beaches. I would definitely recommend the Star Prestige option as you get exclusive access to two separate pools and bar/sun lounging areas.

The main bar area is very open plan. it’s open to the checking in area and the entertainment stage has computer access areas very close to it. The area could be made more intimate / atmospheric.

loved the clean modern rooms and the availability of filtered water and ice in room area. pool staff were excellent and lifeguard very helpful. shower was excellent and bed was comfortable.

the noise from the street at 2.30am on some nights woke me up. food outlet across the road. the air conditioning was poor and did not cool the room down. couldn’t have window open at night due to noise outside so was very warm at times.

The hotel looks amazing from the time of arrival to the time you’re leaving. The staff are professional and friendly and always happy to help. From the moment you are greeted with a member of staff who are on hand to greet you and welcome you into the hotel also offering to help with your bags. During the stay there didn’t seem to be anything that was too much trouble for them. All in all a very nice and enjoyable stay, I will definitely be returning for my next holiday there thank you for making my stay a memorable one.
