Hotel is very nice, clean, in great location - close to the see, but on the same time in the hotel area you don't here music etc from the street. I would give 10 on rate, BUT.. Very strange on the arrival they asking to make a COPY YOUR CREDIT CARD... as deposit for minibar etc; in year 2024 when almost all hotels charging and returning deposits, this hotel lives somewhere in "the past". I am not sure if I would reserve the room on booking if would be written on hotel policy "we are coping credit cards on arrival" ....

The hotel was immaculately clean, both in the public areas and the suites. The cleanest I have ever seen. Our suite was lovely, with a very large deck and great jacuzzi. The pool warm with no shallow end in the main section of the pool (what a great idea). Plenty of loungers. A quiet vibe. Although there is no bar or restaurant on site, the staff will order very reasonably priced snacks and drinks for you from the cafe just outside. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the beach is just down the hill (with escalators for the climb back up). The staff are great. Will definitely return.

My only very small quibble was that the mattresses were not the best: sagged a little in the middle. Still slept fine though.

The place was peaceful and an oasis from the busy area outside its gates. It is suitable for families with kids who are able to swim or are ok in deep water. The pool is open and in the middle of all the apartments. There is a smaller shallow area too. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels if needed and the staff were so helpful . The level of cleanliness was great. The aircon worked a treat.We really enjoyed our stay.

The area around the pool is slippy at times.

As soon as we arrived the staff were very friendly, attentive and answered all of our questions. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was quite small but most days we had this to ourselves, as the beaches were a short walk away as well as activities to do. The mini spa was lovely and we enjoyed a few hours in there to relax and chat. I really could not fault this hotel at all. Friends are going to book with their families and our girls trip will 100% be at Flamingo Boutique Suites. Thank you for an amazing holiday and see you next year.

There was nothing to dislike

Loved this hotel suite! The staff were amazing, welcoming, and extremely helpful with anything we asked about! In advance, we were given the city bus number and price to ride from the north airport down to South Tenerife! Saved hundreds of euros! The location was perfect in that across the street and down the steps was the beach, and restaurants and shops were an easy walk. Sunshine Cafe, located right beside Flamingo Suites, was great with wonderful staff and delicious coffee and food! The temperature of the pool was just right for our daily relaxation before our tapas and wine on our large deck overlooking the pool. Nightlife was rocking all around us, but our suite was silent.

Large apartment. Booked royal suite. Great value for money. Wonderful view of ocean. Very clean. Clean pool area. Fantastically large balcony. With hot tub, sunbeds and dining table. Really large beds. Very good value for money. Central to lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Wasn’t noisy but might well be at height of season. Welcome bottle of cava and water provided. Easy check in.

Sofa for 3 people. Apartment was for 4. Difficult to sit comfortably as a family. For the size of living area I would suggest adding another sofa and armchairs. Very small tv ( room large had to move sofa closer) and intermittent WiFi for streaming. Drain smell on balcony most mornings. Aircon turning off each time balcony door opened and closed. So had to restart aircon manually each time. Only 3 pillows on the super king beds. Shower pressure and flow slow. No gym or other facilities No oven just hob.

The hotel is located in a busy tourist area but it provides a great space for relaxation. A very few people near the pool area makes it perfect for a day to enjoy by the pool. The staff are very attentive and provide excellent service. Any requests are catered for. It was great to have our breakfast delivered from the cafe nearby. Rooms were cleaned every day and are very spacious, our balcony had plenty of sun all day long. Thank you so much for looking after us during the family holiday. The area has a good few restaurants, for some it was required to book in advance, otherwise the entry was refused.

It would be great to have a better quality shampoo, body lotion and conditioner, we stayed in a different place and they had Rituals which was great. The walk to the beach needs some effort as there are lots of steps on the way up and down.

We loved how quiet it was , away from the noisy street outside . Room 201 got full sun on the balcony until 6.30pm which we enjoyed an evening drink on . Most days we had the pool to ourselves and we could always get a sun lounger.

There are only 3 pillows in the bed which found it strange given most people like a couple , and they were very lumpy and felt disintegrated, very uncomfortable so I would suggest an upgrade to the pillows as the duvet is a nice feather quality one .

We stayed for one week in Flamingo Suites and it was fantastic. The Suite was beautiful and very well maintained. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice extra. All of the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was one of peace and quiet. The cleanliness in all areas was exceptional. Finally the location is perfect for exploring Costa Adeje, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, marina and Siam Park. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot think of any area that was lacking.

Spacious suites, great location, lovely attentive staff

Noise made by children in the pool and around the pool area resonates because the suites surround the pool (and in fairness this particular point is also one of the Flamingo’s charm so…). Dangerous slippy tiles around the pool area when wet and need to be navigated very carefully to avoid falling over and potential injury. The staff try their best to keep the area dry but it’s virtually impossible when children are constantly splashing.
