The property was very clean and helpful. I loved how everyone was bilingual and how nice the staff were. The buffet was very clean and easy to navigate.

I did not like how to property was not diverse. All visitors were either of caucasian descent and in their 50-65. I really liked the property but felt odd when my partner and I received a lot of stares.

Good food selection ant all meals and as a junior suite room got to eat in The One restaurant with buffet and a la carte offering for breakfast and dinner Fresh orange juice available here and nice coffee for breakfast and a great choice of a la carte meals at night. The main buffet was also excellent and one of the best in Adeje. Lots of large outside tv’s showing sports each day/night and entertainment every night in the Lyon Club. Something for everyone. Staff are all so kind and courteous.

While the Esencia sunbed area was excellent and in full sun all day, there was no pool area directly in this part of the hotel. Plenty of room to have a small surface mounted infinity pool for exclusive use. The other pools were cool and not well heated. Could be cold as in the shade for much of the morning. Had to change room as the bed choice was twin instead of double and both rooms were in the shade all day and never sunny on the balcony. No rooms in the main hotel block available which for the sun from midday.

Great facilities and entertainment. The swimming pools and the app booking system were amazing.

Some of the food especially at the one restaurant was below standard which is a shame as the buffet was great. The one bar staff refused to sell me water for my parents room at 10:00 AM as apparently they were not open. Regardless of the fact the paperwork is showing opening hours at 10:00. My dad was sick and I was only asking to buy water. I felt that for a 4 stars it was very poor service. The staff at the buffet eventually gave me a glass bottle from the central restaurant.

The breakfast was very varied. Shame both doors were not open so guests could enter and leave more easily. Also if you were sitting outside.... easier to go and get a hot drink. The waiter said it was because it was cold..... but it was 20 degrees !!

Entertainment. At other hotels a quiz at 4 pm was good fun........... it was good for guests to chat to eachother and have some laughter. There was a Bingo at 9pm........ it was only 1 game.......it took a lot to start as it envolved an APP so playing 3 games would have been better. The room was full so definately popular. Line winners - a TShirt........ Full House a bottle of Cava.

Breakfast was decent and a nice selection Great location I.E Short walk to beach, shops on the doorstep including a money exchange with good rates and excursion booking Very welcoming, friendly and attententive staff

The only thing i wasnt a fan off was a lack of vegan selection food and having to pay for my drinks with dinner being on half board i feel they shouldve been included in the price, that being said everything else about the hotel was amazing and i would return in a heartbeat!

Everything. Super clean, fantastic sunbed booking system. Very friendly staff. Great beds and facilities. Great breakfast. Good entertainment.

One room had no aircon which wasn’t resolved having asked every day on holiday.

Hotel was spotless and rooms well maintained. Staff very polite and knowledgeable.

Really modern property!! All areas are spotless and bedroom were big. Food was very good, lots of options and different most nights. Plenty sun loungers and places to chill. Will definitely be back.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were always attentive and helpful.The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. The shows were good as well. We had a room overlooking the entrance with great views up to the mountains. The sunbeds were clean and neatly laid out every morning. A hotel I would happily recommend to friends and family.

The weather was windy for the first couple of days and the patio doors in the room did rattle in the night.

The hotel is amazing, everything was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is clean, good food and close to the beach. Cannot wait to go back
