Good hotel. It is my second time staying here. The location is great, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and in the heart of the restaurants in Costa Adeje. The hotel surroundings and pool are nice and there were amble sunbeds. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great, lots of variety.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned but they were clean. Having two single beds is not ideal but we knew that prior to booking. The pool was a good size but it was always cold, but that may be due to the weather not being the warmest.

Perfect location for a family group of all ages.Plenty of sun beds in the pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a selection to suit all. Our room was great overlooking the pool. Air con in the room

Maybe needs a bit of repainting but noticed that they have started this in some areas

Staff were welcoming and very obliging.They were anxious to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The standard of the breakfast was excellent as I remembered and no compromise was made in the quality of bedding , towels etc.

I was surprised that no microwave, iron or dustpan and brush were available in our apartment as in previous holidays in the years 2015 until my last holiday spent at Sol Sun Beach in 2020. However the cost of a weekly stay for 1 person per week had increased considerably.

The Hotel has a perfect location regards to all kind of service close by - The room was good - the pool is well designed and the pool bar well situated -

During our stay, cockroaches entered the apartment several times and were also seen outside on the terrace. Hotel staff came once to take action - yet this happened again

The property is dated as others have stated but it is clean and the location is spot on. We would come back and stay right here for the location. Breakfast was awesome-great variety. Parking garage is immaculate and right up the street for 16 euro a day.

Maybe more options for evening drinks and entertainment but not really a big deal as there are tons of these options around the property.

Possibly the best pool area and solarium even compared to 4 and 5 star hotels around, with plenty of room, big pool, nice chillout music. It's a quiet oasis though right on the beach and next to restaurants. Very good bus connection. Food choice was fairly good with diverse menu. Room fittings a bit old but functional and again, we appreciated the space and terrace. Absolute value for money 💯

Fanabe beach is very touristy but less so than las Americas. Better choice of restaurants more inland not on the beach. Good food in general is hard to find so you'll be better off booking half board at the hotel.

We have visited this hotel a number of times now. The location is perfect and the rooms are being updated which was a great surprise. Its just a great value for money location for a short break

Breakfast has plenty of options but the overall quality is not great. Its functional and for us this is the lowest on our priority list

Long walk to get to apartment. Apartment had not been modernized but was large and comfortable and suited our requirements.

The hotel was very convenient. Having the rooms as apartments, with a small kitchenette is really handy. The rooms were really clean with plenty of room - we had hired bicycles, and there was enough room for them. The rooftop terraces with sun loungers was excellent, with great views of the beach and the mountains. There was also a nice pool, with a small poolside bar/coffee hut with tasteful modern music playing. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of just about anything you might want. The location is right by the promenade, surrounded by all the restaurants and shops. The taxi rank is right there, and the shopping centres easy walking distance.

Our room was on the ground floor, so the "balcony" was right on the promenade. This was fine with us, but if you want more privacy it would be worth asking for one of the others.
