Unparalleled, wonderful, magical. Now, a bit more in detail: We chose this hotel by chance just two days before our flight, drawn by its location and all-inclusive option. At check-in, the receptionist greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail. When we entered our room, we were absolutely thrilled: a spacious apartment with a kitchen, a large bedroom and living room, a terrace with an ocean view, and an enormous rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of both the ocean and Mount Teide! The hotel has a truly authentic feel, everything is designed with great taste, and we are so happy that you have such a talented gardener on staff! Even though we’re not the type to stay in the hotel all day, it was a pleasure to take evening walks around the beautiful grounds and capture amazing photos! P.S. There are at least three adorable cats living on the premises – a lovely bonus! The only downside was the woman at the restaurant entrance who, somewhat unwelcomingly, kept asking for our room number. It didn’t make much sense, given that all guests were clearly wearing their wristbands, and it left a bit of an unpleasant impression. In the end: the views are absolutely magical, the food is always available and delicious, the apartments are fantastic (for reasonable guests), and the location is perfect – with restaurants, shops, and the best beaches nearby. Thank you! We will be back!

The staffs were really nice, we forgot to bring the adaptor for plug, they have one to spare. When we did the check out at 12:00 they let us to stay until 18:00 with all the inclusive available to use (drinks, food, toilets) as our flight was just in the evening

Everything was perfect

Great hotel and super cool animation team for children and shows for an adults. Lovely food and fantastic desserts. Big area of swimming pools with different deep. Very close to shops, bus stops, beaches

Internet signal was only in reception but it could be a positive also to not seating on the internet all the time in the room.

Lacation was nice closer to the sea and shops, and bus stops, but the area is still quite. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Common areas were clean and taken care of. Apartment was spacious with nice big balconies.Food was everage with nice breakfast. Nice swimming pools for kids and adults. It’s a nice place to stay

According to my experience. Some of the vegetables were left over from days before. During the day poor selection of snacks Room was cleaned every 3 days and it’s not enough, would’ve been better and helpful to have a small cleaning equipment for self cleaning. Bed a bit uncomfortable and making noise every time you turned.

The entertainment team was the best part of the hotel,{kata/Kati and Ricardo) did an amazing job involving the activities for the young and not so young.The Venezuelan receptionist was also a joy and very helpful.

Hotel was great and clean. Rooms a bit dated but it’s 3 star, so in my opinion it’s absolutely fine, we have stayed in 4 star hotels worse than this. I think if the rooms was updated this would surely be a 4 star Food hall and swimming pools was perfect, food was nice and edible

Small complex close to the beach and main promenade. Few beautiful swimming pools, perfect for kids, quite nice place, verry good selection of food. I was very sceptical about all inclusive at this price but to be honest food was excelent. Kids love that place. Very nice bathroom. Despite very poor quality rooms I must admit that the price was very low and very good value for what they offer. This is a perfect place for a great holidays on the budget and I will highly recommend it to everyone who have small budget, don't care about room quality but want good food, great outdoors, hot sunny days and close distance to the beach. I would come back there.

Bedroom with poor quality beds. Sofa in the living room very bad, so bad that we decided to move mattress on the floor. Kitchen very bad, just 2 glasses nothing else. But there was 4 of us! No kettle and no option to make simple tea. If only they change beds, put peoper 2 people sofa and fit cheap laminated floor panels and provide kettle and cups that this would be 4 star place. I think rooms deserve max 2 stars but food 4 stars.

The location and the food were amazing. Especially the breakfast buffet was out of this world. The rooms were nice and clean

The receptionist was rather rude making comments about my friends being crazy. Moreover, there was a bad smell of sewage on the alley leading to the pool bar restaurant. A lot of birds around attacking any food was on the tables outside and finally, the doors and bathroom tiles and furniture looked tired and in need of renovation.

Overall the hotel is excellent. Hot water in the shower every day, large area, clean pools, you can always find free sun loungers in the shade. The choice of dishes is not very varied throughout the week, but it is filling and you can always find something to your liking.

There was almost never WiFi. Not all chefs cook delicious food

Amazing service and layout loved our holiday. Entertainment and staff were outstanding with the kids. Lot of variation for all inclusive everyday and partner even for a bottle delivered for his birthday. Cannot fault this hotel at all amazing and location perfect just a bus journey to Siam park karting and not far from beach
