Everything here exceeded our expectations. The staff was very nice and friendly, excellent food, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was definitely worth it. On the day of our check out they let us have early breakfast before the official opening of the kitchen which we really appreciated. Rooms were cleaned almost every day (2 days of no cleaning per week), and the quality of the cleaning was very high. Every time we entered the cleaned room we felt like on the first day - very nice smell, new towels if requested. Also, we appreciated small details, like welcome sandwiches, fruit and water in the fridge upon our arrival. There is a great blue flag Fanabe beach just a couple of minutes from the hotel, and Duque beach (also blue flag) 10-15 min. Our stay was excellent in every way.

Fantastic place. The studio was perfect for us with our 15 year old son as it had a dividing door/curtain for privacy. The bed was really comfortable with good pillows. We had breakfast included and this was great. A good choice and always plenty available . The staff were all so friendly and helpful . Pool towels in your room that you could swap for clean ones at any time . A 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach and numerous bars at restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The air con was centrally controlled and really wasn’t very cool. The room temp didn’t drop below 25 degrees but this was the only minor thing.

The food is very good quality, first hotel in Spain that provides actual proper bacon . Most of the staff are very pleasant and happy . The location is fantastic, and the gym is up there the some of the best

Most hotels in Spain are starting to up there game in providing international name brand drinks , unfortunately this hotel dose not offer this service. Some of the bar staff need to cheer up not all of them just a couple

The room we had was spacious and clean. We took the all inclusive, meals were good, good variety. The staff were all kind and friendly, shoutout to Chayenne in dining room and Ayman at the night bar who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The bus station is very close and brings you to all the beaches and the airport.

Upon booking, we hadn’t realized this was a family hotel therefore many kids running/ screaming which wasn’t very relaxing. Difficult to find chairs around the overcrowded pool…so we went to the beach which is very close, which was nice. If you are travelling with young kids, this is the perfect place for you. If you want to relax by the pool, I would choose an other accomodation (unless you will only do beach).

The staff was amazing. I’d like to highlight Angel and Daniel, but everyone was wonderful. Our room was always clean, and there was always a smile whenever we met the staff. The animators were absolutely great, the shows were amazing, and all the performers - the Lolo & Bernie staff and show team —were super friendly and talented. They were absolutely amazing! Not only did our 3‑ and 5‑year‑old daughters love them, but we were also truly impressed by their commitment.

The restrooms at the pools could use more frequent cleaning—it was a bit better last year. More Spanish would be great even if the target audience is not Spanish. (Especially during the Lolo & Berny sessions.

We loved everything about this accomodation. Clean room, nice pool , good breakfest- definatly a good place to stay with kids( the hotel has a non-smoking policy in the hotel and around the pool and reataueant areas). It is situated on a walking distance from the beach,restaurants,shops, bus station. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I would come back for sure

Very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, commercial centre, promenade. Very clean, good breakfast and food in general, possibilities to spent time in family. The cleaning ladies are especially nice and helpful.

The pool was very busy even when it was just opening . It’s good to know that it is a family resort with a lot of small kids so if you are just here to relax and have some peace and quiet it won’t really be the best place even though they have spas.

Second visit to this hotel in the last six months. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a family holiday. My 15 month son had the best time. The staff cannot do enough for you, the entertainment team are outstanding. The hotel apartments are spotless and extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic for restaurants and bars.

- Too many people in too small a space. Correspondingly loud. We were not able to relax well. - Hotel visitors drink alcohol all day at the pool (cans everywhere from the store next door) -Animation throughout the day was almost non-existent and terrible in the evening. Everything in English in Spain!
