The location of this aparthotel is fantastic and really could not be better. Each and every member of staff was amazing. The hotel is globally spotless... and the apartment was beautiful We will be back

Inconsistent daytime entertainments.... this was at times very different than what was advertised... as in there wasn't any sometimes. Kids club would be much better if it was every day too. Sunbeds The hotel operate a 'use it or lose it' policy where towels are removed from sunbeds if they've been 'reserved' and not in use. This is not at all enforced... in 2 weeks we witnessed 2 towels being removed. There were towels laid down at 9am when pool opens and not used for 6 hrs the other day. People queue by the pool gate at from silly o'clock just to lay towels down and then don't come back for hours sometimes. I refused to do this on my holiday!!!

Excellent accommodation. Every detail catered for in the apartment. The pool was fantastic, recently refurbished. Location is right in the centre of shops bars and restaurants and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. In March it was lively but not too noisy. Staff in the resort were fantastic. Will definitely return.

The resort need to introduce a policy of preventing the same people reserving all the sunbeds at dawn and not using them until lunchtime! I have to say these were all fellow Brits !!! I’ve been to other resorts where a note is put on the bed with a 30 minute warning which is much fairer to all residents.

The location is very good, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are outdated, clearly not a 4 star resort, more of a 3 star. The cleaning is not the best one, sheets and towels had stains… The sunbeds at the pool are very limited, it is mandatory to get up early and be there in a queue at opening time to get a sunbed…

When booking a studio we were concerned as to how small this might be, we needn't have been as it was far more spacious than we expected and exceptionally well designed and equipped. Lovely bathroom, great shower, really comfortable bed. Some reviewers have commented on external night-time noise, which given its central location is unsurprising. One tip is that the studio rooms all face inwards around the pool which mitigates this issue. Thank you particularly to Nereida on reception for her exceptionally positive helpful support.

Excellent reception staff Knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean with comfy bed and large balcony. Good housekeeping service. So many extras included, dishwasher with tablets, washing up liquid jcloth and tea towel provided. Filter water so you can use it straight from the tap. Every utensils needed. Great shower and bathroom with soaps included and good hairdryer. The pool area was lovely with a comfy matress on beds. The pool bar was good with happy hour at 5pm. Entertainment and bar are really good. Already booked to return in November.

No complaints about anything

Great complex, close to the beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. Taxi rank right outside if you want to go further afield. Friendly, helpful staff, apartments and general areas were lovely and clean, comfy beds, new air conditioning in bedrooms. Great pool bar, good atmosphere and excellent food.

Not really anything to dislike however there's still a problem getting sunbeds with towels being put on early in the morning then beds not being used, sometimes all day. If you're on the front of the complex the bar opposite has very loud music until after midnight each night, might be a problem with younger children trying to sleep.

Very good location for us. We like to walk to Fannabe and Los Cristianos and spend much of our time around adeje so it's perfect for that and pretty quiet. Excellent staff and very clean property. Entertainment day and night was very good. Room Layout- we had to move furniture to get the sofa bed out.

Road noise and bin noise on front of property was going on late at night. Very strict pool rules which somewhat spoilt it for the children. Not allowed inflatables or a ball to play in the water unless it was an activity the staff organised?! Little bugs in the kitchen area. Hand wash ran out and despite two linen changes it was not replenished during our stay - oversight but would have been an easy thing to do to show staff are diligent. Bar menu was also okay but could have been better. Prices quite high considering it is a pool dining area- nothing fancy. Pool staff (lifeguard) seemed quite agitated at times.

This place has a wonderful pool for swimming-- it's large enough to get some exercise and have the kids play. The sauna was fantastic and the ping pong kept my teenage boys occupied for hours. The property is a short walk from a cool beach featuring a DJ and more Euro vibe and great smoothies and drinks. We were there for Xmas and it seemed like many families (99% from the UK) have been coming here for years and/or own timeshares.

The one thing that was a bit annoying was they charge you for daily use of the workout gym and kids under 16 can't use it. Also kids under 18 can't use the hottub. Other than that we had a fantastic time. Thanks!

The complex is in an excellent position, 2 minute walk to the supermarket, taxi rank outside of main entrance. A minute walk down onto the beach, and lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, I can't wait to book again and get back in the sun, I can highly recommended the Royal sunset beach club.

I wasn't to impressed with having to queue up in the morning for the pool gates to be opened at 9am, in which to gain access to the sunbeds around the pool side. There are many beds around the outer edge of the pool Outer glass fence which you are not required to queue for.

Royal Sunset Beach Club is a no-brainer if you want to have a nice time in Adeje. The staff were friendly all the time and were really helpful when we had questions regarding a parking spot without prior reservation and places to visit or things to do in Tenerife. The check-in and check-out process went smooth and quickly - no unnecessary questions and surveys. The room was equipped with all the necessary utensils, but we used only the coffee machine, as for food - there are a lot of restaurants nearby where you can taste Spanish food (other european cuisine restaurants are there too). Location is great too. At less than 100 meters you have the Fañabe Beach (which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Tenerife). At a kilometer - Duque Beach, also a beautiful beach with comfortable sunbeds, but less restaurants to eat.
