the complex & location were fantastic. lots of great bars & restaurants onsite. Our room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the pool area. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need & spotless. Staff were very helpful & checked in to make sure everything was OK during our stay.

I'm only marking it down one point because of the sun bed situation. If your not down by 9am in the morning nearly every sunbed has been taken. On a couple of occasions we had to go to the beach as there was none available at 10am. Not a huge issue for us but could be for people with children who want to use the pool

The property is beautiful- excellent location with access to the Adeje area without drastic steps or hills. Everything you need at your fingertips. FILTERED water tap in your room so no lugging heavy plastic bottles all the time. Full size fridge freezer. So many little details that really help. Example- clothes drier on the balcony, washing up liquid supplied in dispenser, equipped kitchen, pool towel rental at reasonable charge for the week, parking garage if you have a rental (we did use it at the extra charge). Great options for bars and restaurants as there is lots on site. Near to the beach, and shopping. Good cleaning. Excellent service. We felt we had absolutely everything we needed, and were so happy.

Nothing- loved it and very happy. Would definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that lightly.

this was the 2nd time we visited and due back in March

Some of the properties have a lot of stairs and my cousin has copd and rheumatoid arthritis which can be difficult to get to. Also when we stayed this time, the stairs opposite the bars downstairs was used for a smoking area, with ashtrays on them and the smell of smoke was awful, not good for someone with breathing problems.

The area was fantastic. The choice of bars and restaurants was great. The sunbeds on our balcony/terrace were so useful.

Being next to a road. We were woken every morning with the recycling bins being emptied around 3.40 am. Also groups of people speaking loudly in the street mostly at same time every day. Also that the room was cleaned on the wrong day and said they had been on the Sunday which they most definitely had'nt. However we did get towels after enquiring on the Monday.

The complex is great, mini market, pool bar, bars & restaurants with live entertainment, it’s like a community and we were welcomed by staff and guests (some regulars alike). The apartments are spotless with everything you could need (although we didn’t cook) and we had a great balcony. The staff really do try to cater for everything. There’s lots close-by too. There’s consideration for disabled guests / access etc.

I can’t think of anything - no wonder it’s home from home for regulars we met.

Lovely spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Aircon in all rooms and a nice big terrace with sunbeds and a 6 seater patio set. Selection of bars and entertainment right on your door step.

€8 each for a pool towel and then €3 to change is extortionate.

This was our 2nd time in the hotel. Last year we stayed here also in the first half of December and liked it, that’s why we decided to stay again. This time was much better though. If I could give more than 10, I would, because the staff and the organization of the hotel this year really went beyond our expectations. I could say many things about the good and quiet location, still with many good restaurants and good beaches around to go, about the good price, about the comfort, about the flats having all the things you may need, about being possible to check in a little bit earlier if they have the room already empty and clean, but this time I would like to talk about the care they spread out to the customers. During our stay (one week) we received 2 calls from them, asking if everything was good and if we needed something one email with information about their numbers, time of closure of the pool, how to use the deposit box inside of the room, how to have access to the gym etc, and got also contacted by them via WhatsApp (you can opt out from this contact if you want). Apart from that, we needed to leave our luggage after checking out, because the checkout is at 10am and our flight was only in the evening, but we didn’t have any problem with that and they even offer showers/bathrooms for people who are already checked out to take a shower before they leave. We spent the whole day at the beach, came back to take our luggage, took a shower with their shower gel, towels, body lotion etc, and left more than happy with all the experience we had there. Thank you, guys for everything. We will definitely come back.

Overall this property was excellent value for money. Centrally located for costa adeje. Our apartment was 5/5 absolutely no issues at all... well a little close to the bar area and some noise but didn't prevent sleeping. Cleanliness was excellent cleaners for towel changes x 2 in the week... choice of food on site was fab.. sun inn very reasonable for the grub for been in a complex... location just topped it off.. view from apartment was great also.. mind you 48 steps up to my apartment tightened the thighs...

It is family friendly however there were 9 kids in total with us as 3 families travelled together.. not.many children about as such... one small baby pool, but very strict re children in larger pool having fun.. no jumping etc.. one lifeguard in particular was brutal.. no slides in pools for kids..and in a way it felt like they were been intrusive on those sunbathing.. also maybe some entertainment for children in evening could be considered...

The properties are all very spacious spotless clean, we didn’t avail of a newly renovated one bed apartment this time around but it didn’t take the shine of our stay. Maintenance called one morning to change the water filter for the clean drinking water just as we were leaving to go to the beach it wasn’t just our filter, there were dozens of filters with apartment numbers written on the boxes which actually answered a question I asked myself, as I did wonder how often were they changed

There are many steps to the higher rooms, like sometimes sixty to seventy to the highest, so getting luggage up them was an endurance test lol but at least we didn’t have to carry clean drinking water up too, we did request a lower room but couldn’t be accommodated as the resort was probably close to capacity older folk WOULD STRUGGLE .

The location is fantastic, with many great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment itself had everything you need with fantastic aircon and a huge balcony with 4 sunbeds. All staff members we encountered were friendly and very helpful. We will stay again.

Trying to get a sunbed was very difficult unless you get up very early but getting up and queuing isn't a holiday to me. Many again left there sunbeds more for the hour intended and the lifegaurd would take away their towles but this didn't happen often with many sunbeds laying there unused for the day while we had to sit at the edge of the pool. There could definitely be more sunbeds put in the bottom pool area. Again this wasn't a big issue for us as we only stay a few hours at the pool
