Location was great for Costa Adeje. Very friendly receptionist staff and swift resolution of any issues. We had a two room apartment which had everythinig we needed plus there was good wifi. Convenient stores and plaenty of restaurants close by. Two pools - which although busy, you could still grab a sun lounger if you picked the right time. Noticed that there was facilities for parking - had realised this when booked so in hing sight might have hired a car.

Signage from the entrance to the hotel reception needs improving - it wasn't at all obvious where we were to go. We had a room over the hotels central plaza so when there was entertainment, it was quite loud. However this was only during the day and didn't disturb our evenings. Most performers were pretty good to be fair.

Large rooms. Clean complex. Close to beach & amenities. We been coming here for 10years plus.

We had asked to move room at check in (to rooms requested. We asked for 4 rooms we would like) Told they would contact us if able to. They did not even tho 2 became available on our 2nd day (1 was the room above us). Pool guard not removing towels from blocks of unattended beds that were unattended for up to 4 hours. Even when pointed out he said to wait another 10 minutes. I think on check in guests need to know the 1 hour rule and staff need to uphold it.

the complex & location were fantastic. lots of great bars & restaurants onsite. Our room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the pool area. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need & spotless. Staff were very helpful & checked in to make sure everything was OK during our stay.

I'm only marking it down one point because of the sun bed situation. If your not down by 9am in the morning nearly every sunbed has been taken. On a couple of occasions we had to go to the beach as there was none available at 10am. Not a huge issue for us but could be for people with children who want to use the pool

The property is beautiful- excellent location with access to the Adeje area without drastic steps or hills. Everything you need at your fingertips. FILTERED water tap in your room so no lugging heavy plastic bottles all the time. Full size fridge freezer. So many little details that really help. Example- clothes drier on the balcony, washing up liquid supplied in dispenser, equipped kitchen, pool towel rental at reasonable charge for the week, parking garage if you have a rental (we did use it at the extra charge). Great options for bars and restaurants as there is lots on site. Near to the beach, and shopping. Good cleaning. Excellent service. We felt we had absolutely everything we needed, and were so happy.

Nothing- loved it and very happy. Would definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that lightly.

What's not to like in an excellent location, family friendly bars and restaurants on site. Supermarket. Staff are very friendly and approachable.Apparments are excellent and fully equipped with everything you need. Our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.

Not allowing kids to have floats.

Sun terrace was not on an open balcony so no view. We have been used to having a sunny balcony with a view over the complex. Wanted to keep room longer on last day but was not allowed.

this was the 2nd time we visited and due back in March

Some of the properties have a lot of stairs and my cousin has copd and rheumatoid arthritis which can be difficult to get to. Also when we stayed this time, the stairs opposite the bars downstairs was used for a smoking area, with ashtrays on them and the smell of smoke was awful, not good for someone with breathing problems.

The apartment was in a great location. Had a great variety of pubs and places to eat without having to step outside the complex. While also close to the beach and shops.

The area was fantastic. The choice of bars and restaurants was great. The sunbeds on our balcony/terrace were so useful.

Being next to a road. We were woken every morning with the recycling bins being emptied around 3.40 am. Also groups of people speaking loudly in the street mostly at same time every day. Also that the room was cleaned on the wrong day and said they had been on the Sunday which they most definitely had'nt. However we did get towels after enquiring on the Monday.

Lovely spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Aircon in all rooms and a nice big terrace with sunbeds and a 6 seater patio set. Selection of bars and entertainment right on your door step.

€8 each for a pool towel and then €3 to change is extortionate.
