Room was nice with a sea front view. It was clean and well kept. Hotel all round was nice. We done the all inclusive and it was well worth the money. Food for breakfast , lunch and dinner was good with plenty of different options and themed nights. Friendly staff made the experience joyful. Great location with plenty of bars and places to eat near by. Short walks down the coast line take you to some more nice bars and places to eat. All round great hotel.

Minor things, beds where two singles pushed together, pool you had to get down early due to people putting towels down early (but that's the same most places). Air con could of been a lil stronger.

Great location, in the centre of everything. A two min walk to the beach with bars, shops and restaurants just outside the door.

I'll start off by saying we never complain but to be fair we paid extra for a superior room and requested a double bed but got 2 singles... The coffee machine water holder was filthy with a smell of mold. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and leaked down onto the toilet seat for the entire week. The laminate floor was coming apart all over the place and needs to be glued together. We informed the girl at reception, maintenance came to the room but did absolutely nothing. The coffee machine wasn't changed either. We would have expected more even with the standard room. Just aswell we're not all that fussy, I'm sure other people would have had a lot to say. It's a shame as the hotel itself is nice and the location and the food is great. All in all though, it's just not good enough really.

The hotel was very clean and is in an excellent location which we knew as we have been to the area before. The food was very good and the quality of the drinks were excellent.

If I’m being very picky, the hotel could really do with some sort of face lift it is quite dated in parts. I am only marking down the service of the staff because of 1 main reason and this was the gentleman who worked behind the bar at the pool, he really did spoil it as his colleagues were excellent, he was tall with glasses. Very miserable with no pleasantries.

The queen bed was actually two single beds put aside, with separate linings

We were upgraded to a lovely room as previous room had wifi issues and noisy as above entertainment, The receptionist that sorted it all was Florence what a lovely lady she was so kind ,never come across a better receptionist,

When we arrived 20th January 2 receptionists one as I said Florence fantastic but other one rude and unhelpful obviously in the wrong job!! The policy of not!!!reserving sunbeds absolute joke,If you don’t go and get one before 9am there all reserved, my husband gets up early our room overlooking pool man putting towels on bed 4.30am! it’s so wrong and easy to fix lock the bloody doors so annoying!! Also breakfast ok but dinner very poor let’s the hotel down badly,

The hotel is spotlessly clean. All the staff are really kind and helpful, they all work so hard. The restaurant served amazing food- we were all inclusive and every meal there was a selection. Bar staff very friendly and the cocktails of the day were great! Room was spacious with a large bathroom and balcony. We had a superior room with gave us a sea view. Nor the best view but all good 😊

There is a strange set up with the layout of the building and you often had to walk around the building to get back to your room or the bar as doors were shut and you couldn’t access it from the inside. The AI cocktail choice was a bit limited and a pina colada was just a prepared syrup poured from a bottle. Not worth it!

Location was superb and the staff were very good. Room was spotless and the facilities were great.

Choice of vegetarian food could have been better. I am vegan and there wasn't a great variety for me.

This hotel was a bit of a wildcard for us since we had to change hotel a week before our flight and we decided to choose this one and we were just so happy with our stay. The staff is amazing, always smiling and willing to help. The animation team deserves special applause from everyday activities to late night entertainment with bingo and quiz nights. Breakfast was always good, plenty to choose from. Always sunbeds at the pool, and we usually went to the pool at 11 am. The room was always clean and very spacious and nice. We absolutely just loved our stay here and would definitely visit again.

The only thing i would say was just that the wifi goes on and off and didn't really reach the room, but other than that, everything was great

We really liked our stay in Alua Hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, clean, and modern. Lot of food options for breakfast, even for gluten and lactose free diet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They organized fun activities to do like bingo, quiz night, rooftop yoga, table games, water aerobics, live music. The beach is very close, only a few meters of walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very quiet, no children screaming, we had a lovely ocean view from our balcony!

The hotel is very big, with a lot of open space, so you need to walk quite a lot to get to your room, but for us, this was not a problem.
