Great location. Felt safe. Pool area was nice. Supermarket next door. The room was number 10 up a flight of stairs. The restaurant is worth eating in. Lovely food.

Old fashioned. Wasn’t the room i booked but didn’t matter as we were only there for one night. Booked a studio that was modern in the photos and we were in a one bedroom apartment which was old school but did give us more space. Note that room 10 doesn’t have any type of balcony unless you want to sit at the top of the stairs. To be honest the whole complex needs a lick of paint and it would transform it.

Location is ideal not far from bars restaurants and about ten minute walk to the beach, we got a renovation room even the wrapping wasn’t taken off one of the pictures on the wall, looks like they are doing good work with the rooms

The studio apartments at the back we didn’t noticed any ramps for access for those with mobility issues

Location perfect ..had breakfast the morning we left...very good

Very expensive for safe...we stayed 4 weeks..outrageous

Great Location and Staff always on hand 24hrs a day.

The Beds are far too hard, only one of the 4 beds was comfortable and had a different mattress. They should all be updated..

The area itself was good, great location Not far from Irish Rover, Temple Bar, Faces, Cocktail Bar, Rumpot, Beer Garden. The staff were all very nice & helpful Nice swimming pool & plenty of sun lounger lovely food available at the pool cafeteria. The Lady working at the cafeteria was so pleasant * friendly. Clean towels provided daily & cleaners available to clean your apartment daily if you required. The food in Tinerfe Gatden was tasty & plentiful The apartment was spacious.

The apartment we had was very outdated and would need a deep clean The mattresses were not comfy Shower rail would need to be replaced in the bathroom

Nice balcony with a view to the ocean, comes with all appliances you need in the apartment, great location.

I was upgraded from a room with no balcony or kitchen to a beautiful studio, thank you! If I was very picky, perhaps cleaning products and soap.

LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND ACCOMODATION /HOST WAS VERY FLEXIBLE IN FACILITATING DIFFERENT MEMEBERS OF FAMILY STAYING FOR DIFFERENT DURATIONS OVER THE FOTNIGHT. POOL LOVELY HEATED AND NEVER AN ISSUE TO GET A SUNBED

ALTHOUGH CLEAN THE ROOM WE HAD WAS DATED AND TIRED AND WOULD BENENFIT FROM A REFURB, I DO BELIEVE THE HOTEL IS IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THIS AS THE STUDIO APARTMENT BOOKED FOR MY BROTHER WAS LOVELY VERY MODERN AND NICELY DECORATED

The location was ideal for us as we wanted an apartment with cooking facilities in this area... close to the excellent Mercadonna & Shopping Centre and handy for The main Las Americas Bus Station. The apartment and complex was clean and there were very comfortable beds, a good bathroom and kitchen with all you need provided...it also had a large sunny terrace with B-B-Q. The staff also went out of their way to anticipate needs and they were most helpful with local info..where best to buy stuff, change currency, get busses etc. We had a lovely stay.

Very nice hotel stayed there couple times only had 2 issues perfect for family’s or couples very very chilling easy to do your own things in there 100 percent only staying here in tenarife stayed in 40 different hotels this is my favourite

WiFi very very bad unusable Dos not work connects but to slow to even loads anything at all or to even make a call needs upgrading a drains needs cleaning toilet smells very bad there than then 2 things it’s perfect couples hotel family hotel I’ve been her with my 3 children an without my children highly recommend just need your own WiFi

Lovely clean apartments we also had air con, which was a bonus as it was 36' every day. The pool area is lovely. Most days we could get a lounger anytime only a few days where large families took up all the beds the pool bar staff are really friendly and food and drinks were all really nice. Overall, another great stay. This is the 3rd time staying here and won't be the last.

No complaints. Really, if I had to say anything, it would just be people putting towels out around the pool and not using them. The rooms are basic but clean and plenty big enough for us we had a studio for 2 adults.
