Great location, good food, helpful staff, fans in bedroom and living room

Pool is not heated, soundproofing is really weak, children playground is small and outdated, no shampoo, soap, salt, oil etc, you only get tv remote from reception (deposit 10 eur needed)

Repeat customer, picked for location and cost compared to other hotels nearby. Breakfast was good, although the same things every day, plenty of choice. Evening meals were OK, never left without eating, even if I just had chicken nuggets and salad. Room location superb, I asked for ground floor due to Dad's mobility and given 101B, right next to lift/restaurant - perfect location.

Food temperature, not kept hot. Coffee not as good as previous visits, don't know if another brand or weaker, just not as good as it used to be.

Food was plentiful fresh and varied, even my fussy daughter had somthing to eat every meal. The staff worked hard and were friendly. I liked the fact the all inclusive Fizzy drinks were all sugar free (perfect for kids to help themselves) The rooms was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, we were given clean towels and the bins were empted every other day, and bed sheets changed half way through the week. We asked for a room on the top floor, which we were given, (502D) there is a lift, and we had beautiful views of Costa Adeje. We asked for late check out, which we paid €30 for to have the room until 6pm.

The pool was too cold for the kids too enjoy for any length of time, probably in the summer this wouldn't be a problem. The late night noise, the windows and doors in the apartments could do with upgrading.

The resort, the Food, and all of the staff were wonderful. The quality of the food and the genuine friendliness of the staff makes you feel welcome and looked after, which makes your holiday all the more special . We are so glad we found this place and can't wait to take the rest of the family there to enjoy it too, we will certainly be returning here for more vacations. 100 percent recommend Laguna park 1.

No complaints about Laguna park 1 whatsoever

I liked the fact that there was security all the time, if you were not staying there you were not allowed in. Also my request for 2nd floor was applied. The area was spot on but it was also the reason why I chose it. Restaurants, pubs, shops close by and also public transport. Would recommend .

There was 3 sharing the apartment, but no where near enough was space to hang clothes for 3 women. No table in apartment , there was table and chairs on balcony which we had to keep bring in. We asked for table or some drawers for clothes and they gave us 4 hangers. So blanket on floor and lived out of suitcase. Apartment is nice just lacking extra cupboard or even hooks on back of drawers. Would recommend for 2 persons .

Good value for money, spacious apartment, great sea view and pool view. Lovely food.clean,bright and airy. Nice large pool

Free wi-fi only connected in the lobby area downstairs, and not in the apartment, pool area or restaurant. Poor lighting on the stairs had to keep finding the switch to turn back on.

The location was great, near enough to the centre if you wanted it yet far enough away if you didn’t. The staff were outstanding. Very clean and tidy. plenty of sun beds without having to get up early.

A group of very load, foul mouthed Scotish men who upset everyone who eventually were told to shut up and respect other guests. The entertainment room requires up dating as it’s like a 1970s club.

We had a two bed apartment the place was huge very spacious two twin bedrooms one single bed & sofa bed in sitting room. Pool was nice & good to have a shallow & deep end. Food was OK you get what you pay for fry, cereal each morning, Snack bar with burgers, hotdogs, chips most days, lunch & dinner always had a variety. drinks were fine local spirits, beer, wine & sangria. Staff were amazing so helpful & interacted well with customers. A leg was broke on bed when we arrived it was fixed straight away. Great location Will return again.

Balcony in room was tiny could only for two people with chairs & little table. Room states there's a kettle in room but there wasn't (we just heated water in pot or microwave) we rented a TV remote for €10 deposit but returned it as none of the English channels has a signal & could not retune with remote. Pool & stairs at pool are a bit flakey like the paint is coming off the bottom of them.

The location was perfect and pool area was good

The apartment is very basic no lockers in the bedroom no table and chairs in the apartment itself not even a small coffee table they gave you clean towels every second day and cleaned up a bit but the floors never seemed too be washed they were quite dirty a lot of the time one lady staff member on the front desk was quite rude to me over an issue I was having

The property is in a great location, the rooms are a great size and staff are very helpful.

The rooms lack some basics like you don’t get a remote for the tv and there is no toiletries also the check in time of 4pm is a little late. There is also no air conditioning this was not to bad in May as there was celling fans but I could imagine in hotter months this could be an issue. The room was only made up twice in 5 nights.
