Amazing location, friendly energetic staff, lots of entertainment, lovely view, good variety of food.

Pool was filthy didnt even smell like chlorine and there was always a massive collection of dirt at the bottom and plasters floating about and yellowing around the edge of where the water touches which we have never seen anywhere else, food was good but breakfast was poor (bacon was like plastic, scrambled eggs made you feel sick, beans watery etc) , rooms lacked amenities (tea/coffee, ironing board, safe costs extra to use, remote barely worked for tv)

The hotel was always clean in every area and the staff were all so kind and helpful every part of the day. The entertainment was excellent and different every day. The variety of food options was great for a weeks stay.

The lifts were moderately frustrating as some times you would wait for extended times as they seemed to get confused on where they were needed. Also as a lot of guests would use them at the same time and only being four lifts for the 15 or so floors was slightly annoying.

1. This is a real All inclusive. You literally can eat and drink (cocktails as well) for the whole day. 2. All stuff is very kind and friendly, polite and helpful. 3. Entertainment team is great, they bring a lot of fun for the stay. Every day is scheduled with activities where you can participate, also they have activities for the children (great opportunity to have some time without kids). 4. Walking distance to the ocean beaches. 5. Great view.

Few things I would consider as not as great as overall impression: 1. You have to pay 3 euros per day to use the safe in the room. 2. Not the tastiest paella ever.

The staff at the Iberostar Waves Bouganville Playa are exceptional. They are genuinely concerned with providing for your every need. Every interaction is conducted with a smile and a 'can do' attitude. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The room facilities are good. The only issue we had was a variable water temperature in the shower, but I suspect that was worse at certain times of the day. It certainly would not stop us from staying here again! The Star Prestige all-inclusive was worth every penny, and we thoroughly enjoyed the extra touches, such as the dedicated lounge with sandwiches, pastries, coffee, cold drinks, and beer etc. The separate sun deck and roof terrace for star prestige customers made finding a sunny spot much easier, and the more comfortable sun loungers were a god send for a day in the sun! The food is excellent and there is plenty of variety. There's something for everyone! There are too many positives to list them all. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff from the second we arrived. The pool was a great temperature. Food was great and could always find something to eat. Different themed nights daily. I suffer from nut allergy and everything labelled and staff always there to answer questions if you need to ask. All the staff really friendly wherever you went. Slides for kids so much fun. Can have inflatables in the pool. Rooms always cleaned very well and they take their time to make sure done correctly. Lovely bed to sleep in, super comfy and shower great. Location of the hotel is great, you can easily walk to the beach, playa de americas, local supermarkets and also not far from airport. Airport taxi cost us just over 30 euro. You can easily catch the free bus just outside the hotel to Siam mall. Highly recommend Costa adeje market also.. Thursdays and Saturdays! This is a great family hotel, you can ask for any drink to me made and super helpful with making milk for my toddler.

6am getting up to put towels out to secure a bed. We have stayed across the road at Iberostar las Dalias and the entertainment was far far better. No karaoke, no real daily dancing around the pool. Kids mini disco also located right next to swimming pool here which can be quite dangerous. Entertainment needed some work for sure. The lifts are awful.. you will find yourself waiting and waiting and unfortunately due to being pregnant and also having a toddler with pushchair I had to wait regardless.

Everything was perfect. Staff extremely friendly. Very good location and parking. Animation team was fantastic, had a few absolutely glorious nights with great music and light shows outside. Pool party for kids at late evening/night and many others, can't really list everything. Game room with many different machines. Very good gym for a 4 star hotel. While hotel was absolutely full, never felt too crowded and we were always able to find a sunbed, sometimes really last ones but still. Food again, compare to many other hotels was great. Oh and the pools and play areas, we're above expectations. It's our 4th time I'm Tenerife always in similar class/price hotels and a first time where I truly enjoyed being at the hotel. And for sure will be first hotel we are coming back too on a next trip.

Nothing really, while you can always find something to complain about and even if they're a few super minor things, the positives completely overshadow it and I can't remember anything specific at the moment.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all amazing. Everyone who worked there was genuinely friendly and made our stay memorable. Great facilities, cleanliness, food, drinks and entertainment. Would definitely stay again & reccomend. Less than 5mins walk to the beach, really close to Siam park (walkable for adults) and Monkey Park (by taxi) isn't too far.

The bathroom was a bit small. Also our room was directly opposite the lifts so at night time the noise of people coming/going wasn't ideal. Was a restricted view from the balcony when sitting down due to the solid wall and also was quite narrow space.

very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast! amazing ocean view! a little water park with some slides for the children:) the nearest beach is good, with black sand, small waves. sun beds, showers are available.

the lifts (either no lift in 15 min, or 3 come at the same time). the key cards only work for 1-2 days, then you need to go to the reception and change them. also, even though the hotel is at seafront, it will take you at least 10 min to the beach: first the lifts, and when you come out through the gate on the side of the hotel, you have to pass some stairs, a restaurant and some more stairs before you reach the beach))

Great staff, lovely hotel, good breakfast, good location and pools were good. Lots of things to do.

So noisy in the middle of the night due to clubs and bars, not great for kids. Rooms not having basic coffee and tea making facilities. Room could have been cleaner.

The hotel is big and clean, offering many opportunities for fun. The staff is very polite. We had a wonderful view from our room overlooking the ocean, Costa Adeje and part of the mountain. The food is amazing with big variety and also vegan and non-gluten options. There is a very nice pedestrian street along the coast with shops and restaurants just below the hotel which we used to reach Puerto Colon (about 12 min) for jet ski and whale watching tour and also in the other direction we reached Las Americas (maybe 30 min walk). If going to Tenerife again I would choose the same hotel!/
