Like the view of the ocean, nice garden around the apartment, great location and clean room without cockroach! Front and back gate with parking lots also positive. The pool was clean, some upgrades like a cocktail or cafe bar would be fitting there tho.

Siesta time is usually when people check in , we have waited 1.5 hour to get to room (14:30 pm).. instead 13:00pm as it was on the deal. The room would be better with more equipment for the kitchen. No bakery stuffs for cooking and it is an apartment. Dual bed also would be better for couples.

Very good position,near by the beach and more important near by the main bus station !Quiet place and relaxing as well!In general is very good and worthy for the money!The garden is very relaxing and clean as well!I noticed some stupid people which after smoking the cigarettes will through in the garden ,is wrong that because I enjoy to stay in the balcony in the evening and some people don’t respect and appreciate the nature and the people which is looking after that !

The only thing was the bin for 8 days wasn’t empty,we get bags for filling but nobody empty it!That was the only issue!

Great location, opposite Costa Adeje bus station but 2 exits to the property so can also exit at bottom, closer to beach. I've stayed on the complex before but previously in privately owned apartments. Handy for supermarkets. This apartment is part of an organised letting company based at the complex, so access via reception etc. Communication prior to arriving was good so I had all the codes etc needed to access gates and key box. The appt was spotlessly clean and has a fabulous view of the sea. It is very basic but pretty much all you need unless you intend to stay in a lot and cook. No iron or washer. Kitchen fine for making breakfast and snacks. Towels changed once through the week.

As others have said, it's very noisy as it's so close to the bus station and main road (the complex itself is quiet though as a lot of residential properties) I found keeping the bathroom door shut helped reduce the noise! I didn't expect air-conditioning but there is no fan either. I slept with the balcony door open all night, which didn't worry me as it's a 7th floor appt. I was there in January though so I think it could be very hot in main season.

OK, these apartments are not the last word in luxury. However, I didn't pay the price that a luxury apartment attracts. The location is great, just a couple of strides away from the strip on Costa Adeje, near lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. The apartment (I had a studio) was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for the short 5 night stay I was there. The little kitchen has a fridge with an ice compartment and a 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, and a filter coffee maker. The pool is lovely, the loungers are a little bit in short supply but I never failed to secure one for the little time I spent on them. Really enjoyed my short stay and would definitely return again.

I would have preferred a double bed rather than the 2 singles, but that's a small detail. Whilst the kitchen had everything I needed for my short stay, it could be a little better equipped for a longer vacation.

Very clean everywhere, reception, grounds, the room, VERY central to everything Staff were great, we arrived earlier than check in and accommodated us leaving our bags while we explored until check in, flight was also a few hours after checkout and we were able to again leave our bags until our flight time. Security usually on shift too making it feel secure.

Bus station out the back, the beeping at night can get a bit much, nothing wrong with the room though. Twin beds for a couple and they kept sliding apart making sleeping a bit more awkward but we're VERY comfy beds.

good price / performance for a short stop. excellent restaurants in the neigbourhood no traffic

no wifi in rooms few electristy inputs. Two persons have watch, ipad, phone and may computer as well. Few benches close to pool. People go out in the morning and block seats for all day. There is a sign say : when you go take all your belongings with you. The staff is not ready to stay with that roule. This is the reason we are not likly to book again at this place, had to go down to seaside and pay 6 euro pr. day

Best location you can get in Costa Adeje if you rely on public transport. The apartment was OK; it was clean and had all the basic things. A nice pool area.

As in most rented apartments, you always miss something in the kitchen, more storage space would be great etc. but the only big issue for us was the lack of wifi. But it was explicitly said in the description and other comments, so no reason to complain. Given that wifi is only available in the public areas it would have been nice to have more seating around the premises.

Amazing Location .. 5 mins to beach and 1 minute to bus station. Perfect for couple, very clean. And good price. Also option to pay €25 to have 6pm check out on departure date ...which suited us. Clean pool. Not too noisy considering how close you are to main strip Easy check in doesnt matter your arrival time collect key from box and check in next day. Good directions from host with pics of all coded areas ... would highly recommend a stay here

Lots of extra charges if u want clean towels sooner than 3 days.... or clean sheets before 7 days .... why wouldn't everything be changed after 3 days with no charge ...?? Man at reception... tried to tell he made a typo when asking €25 for late checkout should be €30....!!!!! Chancer ...!!! Air con in rooms big miss....!! Other than those couple things because of location I will definitely be coming back here.....

We booked the apartment after our holiday was cancelled last minute by jet2 so we didn't really look to much into the apartment itself as we was rushing however what an amazing surprise the apartment was. The location is brilliant, we had a 7th floor sea view room. The pool was a great size and never busy. There was sun loungers avaliable all day. The reception staff were lovely and so helpful with our check in. We arrived late due to delays and we had clear instructions on how to find the key and all the codes to access the property. We had a huge bathroom (women use the shower first to wash your hair as the hot water did dip with the 2nd shower) Kitchen area had everything we needed. Microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, stove with all utensils and pans. We were given new towels and toilet roll during our stay. The balcony was a lovely size with plenty of room to sit and relax with the amazing view. Would definitely recommend this apartment purely for its location

There was no air con in the room. Wasn't a huge deal the room just got a little hot at night. Also no WiFi in the room. This is avaliable at the pool and reception. It didn't make a difference to us really as we was out alot but if anyone requires it in the room then your out of luck

Parking was free and conveniently located right next to the apartment building, which was a big plus. The staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed the pool area. The location was also great, making it easy to get around. Since we only stayed for one night, the apartment worked perfectly for our needs.

For a longer stay, the lack of kitchen utensils would probably be an issue, as there were very few available. Also beds were not that comfortable.
