It was fantastic communication from the host. It was also my 50th whilst there that she must have noticed from my details and arrived back to the room and there were balloons put up and bubbly left with 2 glasses! A very special touch. Would definetly reccomend and stay again. Perfect location and couldn't improve anything.

Nothing to dislike and I'm fussy!!!

I have stayed 7 years ago and I liked it very much so went back. It has been revamped with decorating and the overall look and style are perfect for a vacation. Would recommend. Remember it is in a lively part of las Americas so some apartments have younger guests so expect some noise but once you close the double glazing you wouldn’t know anything about the noise. The beds are super comfortable and whilst we were there the mattresses were changed for brand new ones. Could not see why some were actually thrown away but show’s standards are high. The room cleaning staff are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they know how to clean to a high standard.

Mosquitoes but spray your room and you don’t have a problem. But not the paraderos fault.

Spacious studio apartment just 100m off the main nightlife strip of Veronicas. Really handy for the beach and lots of bars,cafes, restaurants. Studio had a nice little kitchen with microwave and fridge plus coffee maker and toaster. Clean and tidy with bedding and towels changed every couple of days. Good communication with reception via whatsapp as the office is not always occupied. Helpfully allowed us to store our cases after check out until bus arrived, thank you 👍🏻

Studio apt we had was on ground floor at the rear of 4 “blocks” . There was some nigh-time noise from the ravine footpath at the rear as people make there way home after nights (usually until around 6am) If you are a light sleeper this may be a problem.

it is easy to get the keys once you know how it is done. depending on what time you arrive reception will be on site. if not you have to put a code in and pull the box down. good location plenty of fast food place if that's your fancy and some nice places to eat too sea is 10 mins walk if that hire scooters are a good fun way to get about miles of prom to walk walk to los christianos been for years now, go out the back gate, walk down a path, across the road, and straight on to the beach not bad shopping, clothes shoes and food, plenty of cheap bars, 1 euro a pint along the front

I would like a pool on site - you can use the pool across the road, or one up the road

Everything. Not a tall building with only two floors. Balcony with a great view of the mountains. I did not feel any noise from the neighbors. Quiet area. Bed linen was changed twice a week and many clean towels were brought. Since I don't like to eat according to a schedule, the kitchen was perfect for me: a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a stove, plates, forks, spoons, a frying pan, almost everything for cooking. And there are also many cafes and restaurants where the price of breakfast starts at 5.50 euros

There was no air conditioner, only air fen

The apartment is amazing you have everything that you need full kitchen facility microwave, fridge,washing liquid,cutlery kettle etc comfortable bed,lovely toilet with soap etc,tv, lovely terrace to chill,very clean,lovely cleaning service facility,quiet environment, 5 min walk to the beach, great communication for a solo traveller always there for my enquiries and particularly Elena my host was the best that I had in many years she was there for me all the time, I loved so much that I booked myself another 12 days in September 😉I cant wait to go back

I would never book again through booking.com I've cancelled my previous booking because I wanted to add an extra night but even booking says free cancellation I've received £25.50 less in my refund I'm still fighting to get my money back and they blamed the property, bank exchange rate etc I've send 3 emails phone calls messenger and still ignore me they always ask me for the same screenshot from my bank when I've send it I'm completely ignore

Very spacious and clean apartment, well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and big. The location is more than perfect! The view from the balcony was excellent. They cleaned the room twice during our stay, and changed the towels also. Highly recommended!

Nothing important, only 2 little things: Sometimes we felt some sewage smell in the bathroom and though it was well-cleaned, as I saw, they missed out the floor under the bed.

Immaculate Perfect location Friendly staff Basic but great value for money

It was well equipped, spotless, in an excellent location and superb value for money. It was safe and secure. My father and I stayed in a studio apartment Block C room 020. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something spotless, safe and in a fabulous location at a super price. I was nervous as some reviews claim that’s it’s “noisy” and they were “burgled”. We didn’t hear a single sound and our patio doors were well secure as well as our safe.

Location was good and cleaners very nice, my husband and I thought it was good size for a studio and was nice and quiet and gardens lovely

The only thing I was disappointed about that there was no pool and I saw a pool in a photograph but balcony was big enough to sunbathe
