Very good apartment with all facilities what needed. Everything what you need for cooking is there. Bed is very comfortable. Apartment is clean. We used swimming pool every day- clean and nice. Location is perfect as it is so close to all shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and 5 min walk until the beach. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Just keep in mind that to enter the apartment you need to go by stairs, so it might be a problem for disable people. We had a baby and pram, but didn't have any problem to use stairs. So for us it was OK. Also it been noisy party in neighbours apartment for few nights, but it can happen everywhere as Costa Adeje is mostly a party zone.

Saleva was excellent, He was waiting for us as i gave him time of our arrival. Only problem was that i could not speak any spanish and it english was same for him. but we worked out well on mobile translator and he explained everything to us about our need. Will definitely go back to him. and will recommend to my friends. Shops, restaurants and everything was in walking distance.

Slava is a great host, even though his English language skills are next to zero he ensured we had a smooth and fantastically good stay at Las Floritas. His place has so many handy amenities that you do not tend to find elsewhere - sun screen protection lotion, serviettes, wall mounted calendar, UK to EU charger, bath sponges, inflatable lilo, etc. The mattress on the bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on! This space is big enough for four travelers. The vibe of Las Floritas is definitely relaxed and family oreinted enough to make you feel safe and welcomed. The balcony is great for al fresco dining (where you can watch the hussle and bussle of the pool beneath). Closeby is the world-famous Siam Park and also Olympic Stadium Municipal Antonio Dominguez, however hardly any noise from them comes over. Overall a great experience for our first time in Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, Spain.

As we stayed in November, we could manage with the windows open at night to ensure we are not too hot, but in the high season (hot summer) an air conditioning unit would be benefitial.

Location was good, central to everywhere with lots of bars and restaurants nearby yet very quiet inside apartment. Slava was very friendly and helpful with good communication and the apartment had everything necessary inside!

Decor a little dated but didn’t detract from the positives

The apartment is fab. Slava is so helpful. The price was fantastic, the bed was so comfortable and the location could not be better. Slava made it so easy for me and I will definitely come back again. The complex has a bar and bar food food and the staff where so friendly.

Excellent value for money. Fab location and lots of personal touches to make your stay more comfortable.

Only downside was no air con but not a complaint for price paid. Fans were provided free of charge.

The host is a lovely man who got in touch with us before our holiday. We had to cancel few days of stay and also add one more person to the party for some of our stay. The host was understanding, he arranged everything promptly and haven't charged anything extra. We were not disturbed during our holiday and felt like this was our own appartment. The apartment is conveniently located. Walking distance to a few different beaches. Supermarkets nearby. Cafes and restaurants not far. There is a swimming pool and a bar in the complex.

Could be a bit cleaner. For instance coffee machine or toaster we haven't used. Couldn't be bothered cleaning them lol

I loved the private access we had and how it came fully equipped with everything we needed as 2 people with health issues we spent a good bit of time in the apartment and it was very very comfortable

The only flaw I could find it there are no elevators which wasn’t too bad for a second floor apartment that we had but was a struggle with back problems and would be a bigger problem on the third floor

Lovely appt, with everything we could possibly need. Lovely balcony with pool views, mini Market downstairs. Poolside bar for drinks and food,was good. We had to rent a scooter, as long as its a single due to small area to turn into reception , they were happy for us to plug in reception area.

No lift, it wasn't a problem at first. But my husband had a fall,hurt his knee,so struggled a little up the stairs to the the appt.

Great location and fantastic host ! Clean apartment and comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for more. Great value for money.
