The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The maid was very nice as were the rest of the staff.

Everything seemed to be extra. Extra for the safe, extra for the towels, extra for the lounges, extra for the parking. We had to ask for the safe key - really? 3 euros per day? We had to ask for beach towels - really? A 15 euro deposit? Why not give a card that must be returned? We had to ask if it was ok to park where we were just to hear that there were 6 free spots and the rest were 18 euros per day! Why not just let your guests enjoy the use of the hotel without feeling squeezed - charge 10 euros more per person per stay and don’t make the guests feel like you need to get more? That is like the airlines charging for your seat!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the entertainment was fun. The hotel is immaculate, and pool bar was lovely. Room's were basic but had everything you would need.

Our Aircon unit kept cutting in and out. It took two nights to fix and we were only there for four nights. Also not the hotel's fault, there was a person above us that kept using our terrace as their ashtray. Cigarette end's every day. Even though staff tried to stop it. It's a no smoking hotel. Lastly all-inclusive finishes when you check out at eleven am. I personally would prefer if they left it until you leave, like every other hotel I've stayed at.. I don't think it would cost a lot more, and would create a better feeling.

I have stayed here twice now, once solo and another time with friends. It's a lovely hotel, the rooms are just what is needed. Good size. Equipped for a holiday stay. Staff are lovely (apart from the moody life guard) The entertainers are great although entertainment on a night could be better to get guests to stick around on an evening. The daytime entertainment is great and lots of laughs had.

The life guard is extremely mood and dampens the tone of anyone having abit of fun. Night time entertainment could be better. A larger variety of different foods each night could be introduced, themed nights etc. It's very repetitive. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed but wouldn't stay a third time due to repetitiveness of food.

The staff were fantastic, shout out to the the entertainment team. Diego and Hanu are a great laugh and made the holiday. The hotel is very clean and the staff in the restaurant are fantastic. I booked following a hen weekend to recharge before coming home and it was a great place to do it.

Not a massive fan of the area but that’s preference. My air con machine was leaking and I reported this to reception and they said maintenance would come but I’m not sure if they did as it continued to leak. The bed was quite hard but not problematic.

Great breakfast and dinner options (included vegetarian and vegan). Staff were attentive and welcoming. Lots of parking and close to the highway that gets you quick to the rest of the island. Room was clean. Nice evening animation. We spent most of our time outside the hotel.

Wifi in the room (3rd floor) didn’t quite reach. We had to used data. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so we took turns to charge our phones/gear.

Breakfast was good with a lot of options however it was only to 09:30, could be longer. The pool was nice and comfortable. Staff were very nice and a lot of fun during the evening and afternoon with their shows.

Had a double bed that was uneven and not the most comfortable. The AC in my room kept leaking water. I could not lock the balcony doors which is not the best feeling for safety and privacy. Also I could not lock the toilet doors aswell.

I hope you are paying your entertainment managers/ staff well because they honestly made our holiday . The difference to the vibe/ atmosphere was so much better when they were working. We loved Manu and all he did - pilates class, and Thomas & Deigo were fantastic, always engaging with residents, but not too pushy either. Their shows were great.

When i first arrived at the hotel, i was quite disappointed, it is average, the location spoilt it, being on a main road, although i appreciate not much you can do about that! The Bar isn't big enough to seat everyone - shame Restaurant food was only ever warm, got a bit samey after a week, but ok ( salads were our favourite ) Bed mattresses were too hard

Great location (its just situated outside the party area which is crazy loud if you walk on the seaside in the evenings), public parking, amazing staff, variety of foods, hotel programs and activities (Tamas is a great guy!). I highly recommend the hotel for those who want to enjoy their holiday in Tenerife, very easily accessible, shops, sea, parking, pharmacy basically everything is within 2-3 mins of walk.

Only a few free parking spaces are provided, for the rest you must pay, so we parked the car on the street which was totally fine and safe but would have been better to have the car in a closed area. In order to enjoy drinks during dinner and breakfast, you should buy an additional pack that allows you to drink whatever you prefer during mealtimes (unless you must pay for water, soft drinks, alcohol).

Very good location. Bus stop is close by and most lines stop there (Magma). There are many grocery shops for the bits you need. While it may not be close to the beach,you can see the ocean from the balcony. If you want to go to the beach, it is walkable(relatively safe). Siam mall and siam park are close by. The hotel offers arrangements for various island excursions. Good continental breakfast spread. While the room did not have coffee making facilities it did have a decent sized fridge to put snacks or drinks that needed chilling.

A little disappointed that there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly & helpful staff, Easy check-in & check out. Cleaners every day. Location is excellent as its slightly back from the main strip so noise isn't an issue late at night. Enjoyed our stay!

The bedroom in the suite is very dark with just a little window up high This was not shown in any of the pictures so would recommend a photo is included so people know what to expect. Hangers in wardrobe were dusty. Also you can hear the toilets/showers from neighbouring rooms. All just minor areas for improvement.
