Good location, close to the beach. especially good for surfers. Lots of night life nearby that doesn't impact on the peace of the hotel.

Rooms clean and nice. Variety of food options. Me and my husband stayed for 7 nights all inclusive and there was different types of foods everyday. rich breakfast. Location was great near centre where we walked to every evening.

The hotel is really big and a lot of people stay, and we found that the pool is actually quite small for so many people and such big hotel.

The hotel was very stylish, clean and the amenities were great and the staff was extremely nice. The buffet was very varied, each day of the week had a different theme for lunch/dinner and the food was very tasty. The rooms were comfy, the pool area had multiple pools and a lot of sunbeds as well as activities to entertain both children and parents throughout the day. The area around the hotel had multiple stores, small markets, bars and nightclubs, but barely any noise could be heard inside the bedroom.

The only downside was our AC being a bit loud and not very efficient at cooling the room down and the closest sand beach being roughly 15/20 minutes away.

Lovely food, rooms, and hotel clean, fresh bedding, and towels every day. Entertaining staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming and a good programme of activities to keep us and our 17 year old entertained. Very central to nightlife, cafes/ bars, and restaurants.Plenty of sun beds, pool was clean and warm. Not overcrowded.

Shower overflowed after each use, and with three of us showering, we had to wait a while for water to drain in between. Informed the hotel and then sorted it, but it was still a it on an issue. Not able to take a morning coffee to the room, and snack bar was not a buffet. You had to sit and order, this included kids ice cream. This couldn't be taken to the pool side.

The bartenders and waiters were very friendly and it was always easy and quick to get a drink. They had entertainment on every night which we enjoyed. The breakfast was fantastic and there was always lots of food choice. The swimming pools and sunbathing area was really nice.

Some of the food quality could have been a bit better. Seemed like it was quantity over quality but we still ate very well. Our room overlooked the road and some of the bars played quite loud music until late. However, the air conditioning muffled the noise and it was to be expected in such a busy and touristy area.

the rooms were very basic for a 4 star hotel no kettle or tea facilities or fresh water bottles each day, the paying for non alcoholic drinks with dinner each evening should be included in half board payment.

The property had everything you would need for a relaxing and entertaining holiday. The staff were always very accommodating. The food was Great, and the all inclusive was ALL INCLUSIVE, stocked with real branded spirits and beer.

The checkin is incredibly slow. We were stood at reception waiting to be checked in for about 2 hours , which really ate into the first day of our holiday, as we were only there for 3 nights, and our flight had already been delayed. It was honestly the slowest and most painful checkin I have ever endured. It wasn’t a one off either as the couple behind us had been to the hotel before, and said it was worse the last time they came. Also two of our group had been previously and said the same thing. They really need to sort this out as there is no reason for check in to take so long.
