Breakfast was ok, general buffet breakfast Size of the balcony in the room omg amazing ! If I knew about the hotel beforehand I would have stayed there in the first place. Reception staff were amazing, could not fault!, helpful and attentive and really friendly well done 👏

The cleaning of the balcony was non existent, there was a ball of someone else hair underneath the sun lounger My baby was crawling on the balcony and was completely black from all the dirt, ended up with an allergic reaction to something. Needs more attention on the balcony. The cleaning lady was very off with me aswell. No idea why hadn’t mentioned anything about the balcony until now. So who knows.

Perfect location. Great pool and good food.

They were a bit disorganised. Reception sent us to the wrong place to find the kids club and there some activities were cancelled without previous notice. The cleaner didn’t pick up empty water bottles because someone else was supposed to do it and that didn’t happen.

Hi there, we would like to thank all of the H10 Conquistador team for our truly amazing stay from the friendly welcome staff (Natalie)on our arrival to the helpful engaging staff in all areas of the hotel. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean and has thought to meet everyone’s necessities. The restaurant had a wonderful variety of food and again clean and fresh with friendly staff. Our room was fabulous fresh and spacious with a wonderful view of the pool area great amenities. We will definitely be returning as it’s was the best hotel we have stayed in Tenerife. Thank you ❤️

Loved everything 🤩

The majority of staff could not do enough for you. Lots of little nooks in reception with seats when you want to escape the heat. We went half board, and drink prices were compatible to the places outside the hotel. There is an adult only pool area, but it is very, very busy.

There was one socket in the bedroom next to a bedside table and one in the bathroom. We had requested a kettle so had to move the kettle to the bedside table to use us. Would be good if there was another socket next to the dressing table. A mirror at the dressing table would have been appreciated too, but no night. There is a mirror in the bathroom and a full length mirror near the door. The location was a bit noisy at times at night but that is completely out with the hotels control and it is the price you pay for being central.

The room and the bathroom were clean every day. The staff was very nice, the restaurant and the foods were magnificient, the pools have a great size. The shows and the programs were excellent. The city centre and the airport are close, there are a great selection of shops in there. There is a great selection of foods and drinks at the restaurant and the bar as well.

There are not a warmer pool outside, the balcony wasn’t cleaned, the jacuzzi and the inside pools weren’t in all inclusive. The wifi doesn’t work well. There aren’t a single sunbed during the day, even though there is a sign that say they can’t be reserved. The hotel is too pricy to its quality.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! Luc and Jade on reception were amazing. Our daughter has a very serious allergy to peanuts and the restaurant staff took great care of her and the head chef even came and shook her hand - it was so wonderful the respect they had for her. So much choice of food in the restaurant - fresh meats and fish cooked, paella, desserts, salads, vegetables, fruit. The room was fantastic with a wonderful sea view. The pool was huge and lots of activities during the day. Great evening live entertainment and the location is right next to the main strip of Playa de las Americas and only a 15 min walk to Playa de Troya a beach with water sports. This is the perfect family friendly hotel for an excellent holiday in Tenerife.

Nothing could have been better it was all great!

The variety of food available- particularly appreciated the food which was made while you watched- freshly made crepes, omletes, fish, stir-fry etc. The pool was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful (apart from one or two people at reception), free invite to the special dinner show, free drinks and lunch while we waited to check in, the night time entertainment was great- especially the flamenco music and dance show, I enjoyed the mini fridge and the slippers and house coat- so cozy. Really liked the bathroom and the shower was incredible. Also appreciated the air-conditioning. Cocktails from the bar were delicious. Loved the decor of the reception, lounge and pool area.

Long walk to room(can't help that in such a large), pool hours were a bit restrictive - 9am to 7pm. I would have liked to swim early or later than these times. It seems it is quite difficult to maintain the heat of food at such a large buffet so I tried to stick to the colder or freshly made options. Our room was a bit dusty when we arrived and there were stains on the white linen sofa, my parents room was a bit nicer, though we paid the same for the same type of room. Would have been nice if the cafe opened a bit earlier. Some of the people making the food in the mornings need more training, I asked for a bit of salt in my omelette and the man added nearly a teaspoon of salt.

The location is perfect. Close to the sea/surfing site and few minutes walk to the shopping centre. They also made extra gesture for my husband’s birthday which I communicated ahead of time. Gave us personalized greetings on our arrival and some souvenirs. Bottle of wine, greeting card and some balloons on his birthday. We appreciate every gesture especially on assigning our room, it was magnificent. We will definitely come back. Our friends new what they did and so they said they will book H10 Conquistador too🥰 Thank you also to all the staff. From room cleaner to buffet staff, bar staff and resto staff and front desk. Massive thanks to all of you🥰

It is a large hotel but never felt busy or crowded. We had a sea view twin room on the 6th floor. Had a great view and amazing sunsets. Be aware no sun in the morning. The location is perfect with direct access to the seafront promenade and plenty of smart shops, cafes and restaurants around. There are several swimming pools and sun beds. The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. There is plenty of choice at breakfast. We were on B&B basis so only ate dinner on the first night which was good. Be aware you need to book. Evening entertainment was great and finished by 11.

All breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets are excellent and have a very good selection to choose from. Balcony view and size was amazing. Free lunch upon arrival was very much appreciated.

Check in at reception is far too slow. A staff member was a bit rude asking us to wait and be patient. Insufficient notice of Gala buffet dinner on New Year's Eve. Found out on 26th Dec, arrival at the hotel on 28th and had a dinner already booked elsewhere that could not be cancelled.
