My fiancé and I stayed here in late December for the first time. It was a brilliant place to stay - the rooms were to a high standard and very modern, and the overall grounds and facilities were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again The buffet breakfast each morning was also excellent and a huge selection was on offer. Not sure how anyone could be disappointed with it. The location is brilliant. We heard no noise any night we stayed here, and yet we were only a few minutes away from bars and restaurants Also for anyone thinking of traveling - The number 40 bus from Tenerife South Airport goes every 30 minutes and drops you at “Columbus” station which is five minutes walk away. The fare is €3, you can pay by contactless, and this is a huge cost saving compared to taxi (€40+)

Nothing - everything was great!

Just returned from a wonderful week stay with family and two kids. The location is perfect it's right in the centre so a close walk to restaurants, beaches etc. The accommodation had everything we needed and is well maintained, cleaners and maintenance staff are constantly working. We only had breakfast included which was a lovely buffet style with omelettes made to order, our kids loved the variety and there was something for even the fussiest eater. The kids splashpool is brilliant and not too big. Our 3 year old loved the bigger slide and spent hours constantly going up and down. We are already planning our return next year.

There is no interor lock on the bungalows so our 3 year old was able to open the door, this made us nervous especially with the pools close by. A small slip lock fitted at the top would be ideal.

Great stuff, a lot of things to do inside the hotel's campus, spacious bungalows. Clean and nice! Proximity to city center, maybe a 10min walk.

Food was only OK, nothing special. Barhroom design is stupid as hell: open showering space and you get the whole bathroom flooded after each shower

Entertainment team were fantastic and an amazing filled programme for the kids. Kept them busy and entertained and out of the sunshine if it got too warm. My kids especially loved the cookie making and T-shirt painting. Also loved the water aerobics every day in the pool with the instructors. Loved the fact the cleaners came each day to the room the place was spotless and very well maintained. Had an amazing stay here.

The bar staff didn’t seem happy 😔 always found to be grumpy or moody when asking for any drink.

Everything was fantastic.The resort was safe,spacious,very clean and had everything we needed.The staff on the resort were amazing from the moment we arrived.Mini disco and entertainment for the kids and excellent choices for food.Bungalows are well equipped for your stay.We had 2 small problems with our bungalow and the issues were rectified within an.hour.Location is excellent also with shops on your doorstep.looking forward to returning in 2025

The fact we had to leave

right location beside most things. walking distance from the beech. food was first class and lots of it . Staff lovely and friendly and very helpful if needed. pool area was always neat and tidy and lots of interment .

The stairs as you interred the building were a pain some times . The night shows did finish a little to early . The over all view was that it could do with looking at the acess to some of the houses as poor steps and hills just outside the door.

Rooms were very good however we were out next to the kitchen and had noise from 3am but didn’t ask to move with it only being 4 nights. Pool was chilly when it wasn’t very warm weather. Food basic but enough choice for the price we paid.

Entertainment low quality and finished early, good for families with young children that go to bed early, good location for those that prefer to go out. All inclusive good if you get a deal price for basics, otherwise lots of restaurants and bars on door step.

Fantastic resort. Bungalows are spacious for a family with beautiful large bedrooms, a big bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. Each come with a spacious private terrace with table and chairs and sun beds if you wish. Staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Bungalows are cleaned and fresh towels everyday except Sunday which is a real treat. Breakfast amazing too, huge selection to choose from. Second time here and we will definitely be back. Two swimming pools on the resort, one perfect for kids. Location is perfect too, right in the middle of everything 😀

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

Located in a good place. Tha staff was very nice. The bungalow was cleaned and the beds quite confortables. The swimming pool ok. The quality of the food is ok.

The kitchen of the bungalow was very old and broken. The food is more "english" than spanish, and not very different, every day the same more or less. Even if you have the all inclusive, you can only drink very few cocktails with cheaper alcohol brands.

Location is perfect. Close to a few beaches in a walking distance. Also close to the nightlight and shops. Compared to other hotels, it had a lot of entertainment at the pools but was not that noisy. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Had a lot of options to choose from so even if I disliked a dish, there was plenty to choose from. All the staff was nice, from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant and the cook! Beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the showers great. Recommended!

I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel. There is nothing that I've felt that could be improved.
