Central location. Rooms modern and clean. Spacious pool area. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols.

I’d checked us both in online a few days before arriving as per the email request from the hotel. I uploaded passport photos, home details etc and we both signed the paperwork electronically. A QR code was sent that said it would speed up the check in process at reception. It didn’t speed anything up. Check in was slow. The receptionist was not interested in the QR code when I showed it her. She asked for our passports and we also had to sign yet another piece of paper. It was a waste of my time filling in the on line details. I won’t be doing that again if we stay at the hotel.

I loved the hotel, localisation, food, restaurant, bed. The reception staff was very helpful, all staff nice and helpful. Beautiful building, amazing garden.

Cold water in the swimming pool. Parents not telling children how to behave (especially when small children used table tennis and pool outside). Children didn't use it how it should be used as they too young. It was not nice exercise for me seeing no reaction from parents, allowing children to damage the hotel resources. Maybe it would be a good idea to allow to use some things from +10 with adults supervision. For me, music/performers were too long, was too noisy.

We didn't like being told that the rooftop was for all-inclusive guests only... We were several times guests at tigotan lover hotel, there the roof terrace is available for all guests, we thought it was the same in this hotel, we didn't know that the policy from hotel best tenerife was so bad, we didn't like it at all, and if that doesn't change we won't come again.....we think the hotel management should SERIOUSLY THINK about the bad policy.... I believe that it is an obstacle for other guests as well

Everything was perfect. Great food, lots of choices for everyone and the Christmas dinner was to die for! The kids club was so helpful and our son loved it. Everybody was so kind and you really had a feeling that they care for their guests. We went for the all inclusive option and we never complained. The superior room was huge and spacious with a view at the pool. A special shout out to Eduardo who has upped our dining experience to another level. This man deserves a raise! Eduardo was always smiling and playful and always on top of the things - a master in his element. Thank you for making our stay even better with your humour and kindness.

Very good location - the main street with restaurants and shops is just around the corner. There is a supermarket with all necessary goods few meters away. Very nice, helpfull and polite staff. Breakfast include many choices and seating is very well organized by the staff.

The food is simply shocking, tasteless and bland, unchanged. We ate out of the hotel 7 of 10 days

The hotel is in a great central location. The staff are absolutely fabulous, special mention for the cleaning staff who were amazing. 👌🏽 When we ordered a taxi it was outside the hotel in seconds. Hotel room and pool area was lovely with a nice vibe

The food (buffet) had loads of choice but lacked in quality. However that is very much an opinion many people seemed to be enjoying it. Would like to see entertainment go on maybe even an hour later (entertainment was great though)

Breakfast/lunch/dinner all had a good variety of choice foods. The grill section was the best! Staff all very friendly. My Husband an I stayed in room 219, and had a corner balconcy, which was very big. The location was good & in close walking distance to many restaurants/bars. There were some nice sandy beaches (man made) in easy walking distance too, serviced with sun beds etc.

Stayed end of Feb and found the pool was a little bit cold, but probably fine if weather was hotter.
