I had an excellent weeks stay here self catering with my two adult sons. A spacious clean apartment with large balcony overlooking the pool. The staff we encountered were always friendly and helpful with the pool area and grounds cleaned and tended to daily. No complaints about the hotel at all as it suited all our needs. Pool area and other facilities were lively but not over crowded and was easy to get a spot by the pool most days. The location is perfect for beach, bars , food and shopping. Already looking to book next year to include children this time, highly recommended !

The apartment allocated to us was not what was shown on the website pics. The apartment althought clean was in need of refurbishment, it was tired looking & the ceiling fan had years of dust stuck to the blades. Customers should be made aware of this when booking so they can upgrade.

The location of the property was excellent in close proximity to the beach and the main seaside promenade and adjacent boulevard with bars/restaurants and shops. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips, as well as let us check in early and upgraded us to an apartment with a partial sea view. I did not book breakfast or use the restaurant facilities at the hotel and was happy with my decision, as there were so many good restaurants at walking distance from the hotel.

Cleaning rooms was not daily and guests had to pay for beach towels, while toiletries provided were limited and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. This is a family friendly hotel, not an adults only resort, so expect there to be many children.

We had booked a one bedroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a two bedroom apartment with modern interior. The beds were comfortable and the living area was perfect. We also had a lovely balcony with a pool view that got the sun every morning. The pool was great. There is a shallow kids pool that is partially protected from the sun all day and a larger deeper pool where older kids/adults can enjoy ball games and ring floats. The location is fantastic. 5 minute walks get you everywhere you need to go whether it be the beach, a fancy restaurant, an Irish bar or McDonalds - I would not stay anywhere else in Las Americas

Fabulous location, right in the middle of everything but not at all noisy at night. Felt very safe. Extremely close to beach also which is another bonus. Apartment was lovely and absolutely spotless. I was half board and food was lovely with great choice. Staff lovely and friendly too. I was a solo traveller on this occasion but will definitely be returning with my family. 5* from me.

Fantastic location everything on your doorstep. All inclusive food really good, and restaurant wasn't very busy, so no queues. All inclusive cocktails could have been better lol. Paid versions looked great though and good choice of drinks. Friendly staff, spacious room, comfy beds. Pool quite busy and lots of inflatables so hard to swim lengths in, but clean and sunbed areas kept nice.

Cleaning of room could have been better, dust on bathroom floor from drilling when we arrived and wasn't cleaned up in the 11 days of being there, nor were dirty towels taken away I had to ask, although clean ones left regularity and bins emptied & beds made so wasn't big issue.

Location was excellent. Right beside bars (not veronicas strip) and lovely restaurants and easy access to the beach via a security gate at back of hotel. Could walk to Los CRISTIANOS in 15/20 mins along the promenade. Pool was excellent,plenty of sun loungers. The apt itself was very nice, had all the essentials for self catering. Also had netflix which you could connect to if you had an account. Overall i would def recommend this hotel. Location was just amazing.

No air con,only ceilings fans in apt which could be a problem in the height of summer. We visited late April so the temps were bearable!

The property is in an excellent location, with numerous gates around the facility to get out to the specific area you want to go to. The breakfast is superior to most places abroad that we have stayed. The cleanliness is honestly second to none, staff always appear busy and are always keeping all areas spotless. We were initially apprehensive having read negative reviews, but our room was a superior room overlooking the pool & it was clean, modern, with excellent facilities. During our stay it appeared to be mostly families staying there with no stags/hens. A nice touch was the comfort room that is made available for those with evening flights who wish to stay by the pool for most of the day. We were staying with only breakfast included so cannot comment on lunch/dinner.

There were fans in the room as opposed to air conditioning. Whilst this sufficed for our stay in April, I can imagine being here in the height of summer and it not being very comfortable for that reason.

Location was absolutely amazing. Hotel was lovely, was very clean, the staff were super friendly. The apartments themselves were so safe! Apart from we had two floors and I didn’t like the kids being on the top or bottom floor and us parents being on the other, I asked to swap but they were fully booked which is understandable apart from that I will definitely be returning.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time luckily our family came and their room was so we could leave our cases there.
