The staff was fabulous.The property was incredibly clean. Good location. The airport express bus is directly in front.

The beds were very hard. The room was a little small.with no place to open up the suitcase.. no a/c

Spotlessly clean ,one bedroom apartment spacious with large balcony, pool view ( pay extra for one bedroom apartment, definitely worth it.) very friendly staff, poolside bar prices very reasonable for drinks and bar meals excellent. All british tv channels Sunbeds a plenty, Good wifi in apartment. 10min from beach or 20min using longer route. Not be disappointed with these apartments. ***

Pool could have been heated to a 2 or 3 degree higher but was still a reasonable temperature. No wall plug sockets in bedroom. Shower hot water only does for one before running cold, then having to wait for second hot shower.

Great location, a short walk to the beaches and the supermarket which was ideal for self catering. Friendly staff, clean room with good facilities. Pool was quiet during the day with plenty of sunbeds free. Drinks prices at the bar were good (2.50 for a pint of beer). Didn't notice any noise at night so slept well. Overall a great experience which allowed us to have relaxing days followed by lively nights out as and when we wanted at the nearby bars.

Excellent small hotel with lovely clean pool and pool area. Apartments a good size and comfortable. Pool bar food and drink great value. Pool towels a nice addition. Great location short walk to beach / sea front (66 stairs though). Bus stop immediately outside.

Great location. The staff is friendly. Pool area lovely, with loads of sunbeds available. Kept area immaculate Excellent Supermarket just down the road. We will definitely visit again.

The apartment does need updating. Especially the bathroom. I do not like shower curtains. But it is kept very clean. Unfortunately the beds are hard and the pillows are too flat. It would have been great to have air conditioning as it's too noisy outside to leave the windows open. (There is a fan in the bedroom.)

The overall value for money was poor, because the breakfast was good but not outstanding, and the room lacked shampoo, shower gel, slippers + for using the room safe we were required to buy a daily card

The staff are amazing, and the apartments are spotlessly clean.The refurbishments to the bathroom have updated the apartment.

Lots of young people in groups having fun which caused some noise at night, but the staff stepped in and asked them to be quiet.

Great location, quiet hotel, good pool and spacious rooms. Reception staff were all great and very helpful, making recommendations for places to go as we were visiting Tenerife for the first time.

Not much for our 5 year old son to do in the hotel and the beds were pretty hard, could do with investing in some comfier beds, otherwise not much to complain about at all.

No problem at all, a smiling receptionist made us feel very welcome the second we came in and had everything ready within 3 minutes after we arrived and we were in an extremely clean and welcoming apartment no later than 5-8 minutes after arrival. I have been visiting 5 stars hotels where I felt really unwelcome and the check-in has taken up to 45 min but here we felt truly welcome from the second we came in. Marola Park is the apartment hotel we 100% will visit again.
