Amazing location, huge apartment. Everything close to hand. Fabulous balcony with amazing sea views. Fabulous bakery underneath, 2 supermarkets very close by. Restaurants close by were lovely. Security 24hrs, always made to feel safe and secure. We were a group of 10 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. The Apartments were so peaceful and quiet - a great place to return to after being out at the bars and restaurants. I miss sitting on the balcony with my cup of tea and the end of the day, listening to the waves.

Location is perfect, staff very friendly, rooms are with AC and have everything we needed, WiFi was fast.

The room was not sufficiently cleaned, we found a few hair on the floor or on the mirror after checkin, one of the sunbeds was really dirty and I think it needs to be exchanged. We had a room with seaview but the plants on the balcony were blocking all the view when we sit or lay. Would be good to have a TV in the bedroom as well. The water pressure in the shower is not very high. We had lots of stairs in our room, could be a bit annoying for someone with knee problems like me.

I didn’t know what to expect when booking vista sur based on some mixed reviews, but I am so glad we stayed here. I assumed all the rooms were split level, but in our case (in room 151) the room was all flat over 1 floor which was great as we were travelling with a baby. It was extremely spacious, had a gorgeous sea view and was very modern. The facilities in the apartment were fantastic- a microwave combi grill , a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, a hob, fridge freezer and all the kitchen utensils you need. The safety desposit box was free of charge and straightforward to use. The only negative about the apartment were the beds. The mattresses were extremely firm, the first night it felt amazing and we slept so well but the next morning we both had bad lower back and hip pain. This got worse as the holiday went on; we ended up using the extra blankets in the room as padding on the bed. We didn’t ask for mattress toppers, however with how amazing and helpful the staff are I am sure this would have been accommodated if possible. In pictures we felt the pool was extremely public, placed between the promenade in front of the beach and the shops underneath the apartment, but this didn’t feel the case when we were there. It was surprisingly quiet, just the hustle and bustle of people passing but it made for lovely white noise and naps lol! Overall I really enjoyed our stay- location was ideal and we would definitely want to stay here in future.

The reception staff were very friendly, and parking under the shopping center turned out to be much cheaper than we expected and very easy. The barriers opened and closed automatically as we drove up. Security guards patrolled the shopping center, and they showed us to our apartment. They were also very friendly. The apartment was HUGE! It was SUPER clean and fully equipped. We booked a "Maisonette/Duplex Apartment with Partial Sea View." The sea view was amazing! Housekeeping was extremely friendly and tried to work with us so they could still clean our apartment even though we had told them to skip it a day because we were leaving late. The air conditioning is fixed at 22 degrees Celsius, but when we asked if it could be turned up a bit, they did so right away. Great beds! Lots of space! Great amenities! Great staff friendliness! We had a truly wonderful experience at Vista Sur! The next time we go on holiday to Tenerife, we definitely want to stay at Vista Sur again! Muchos muchos gracias!

Nothing! We've visited many hotels and apartments, and Vista Sur has arranged everything very well.

Property was very spacious, two toilets , two floors both with balconies. Sea view. Very clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure in both the property and the area. The area is lovely right by beach, shops walkway. The staff were lovely ,very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely go there again. I didn’t have time to use the pool.

There was nothing to not like . It was far better than I expected and much better than than the hotel I was using as my main base elsewhere on the Island!

Perfect location in our favourite part of the area - perfect for Las Americas and Los Cristianos - always feels like a safe, relaxing home from home. Lovely, roomy and modern apartments. Staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Only small point was that it would have been lovely to have a sea view, but we still had a lovely, roomy apartment that was a little sun trap for most of the day - plenty of room in the balcony, with sun beds, table/chairs, etc. Apartments can tend to be a little on the expensive side, but a lot of accommodation in Tenerife tends to be, so we think it’s still great value for money when you look at what you get, compared to a small ‘room’ in many other places. Still worth the money, for sure.

The location is fantastic. The beach is just in front of the building. We also booked the sea view; the evenings and mornings were exceptional, with enjoying the view and ocean sound. The apartment is big enough to feel that you are at home, apart from home. Also, the kitchen has all essentials to cook.

For the price over 100 euros, we think breakfast could be provided. Also, upon arriving, there should be at least welcoming a couple of bottles of water.

Location was perfect! Virtually on the beach with lots of bars/restaurants to choose from. The beach was great for swimming and had a bit of a buzz, which was just what we wanted. A short walk into Los Christianos or Playa de Las Americas. We booked a superior apartment with sea views - well worth the price! It was spacious, with 3 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and overlooked the sea. The balcony was huge with table, chairs and six sun loungers.

There is no gym at the apartments (though there was a gym a short walk away that offered single use or weekly bookings). Swimming pool was small and very cold, but beach was right on the door step, so no big issue. There are only two hobs on the stove and no oven or dishwasher, but we don't cook much when on holiday, so again, no big issue. It wasn't too noisy, but you are right on the beach front so there was some noise (including quite early in the mornings).

The apartment was excellent. The staff at check were very accomodating. Unfortunately our flight time was changed and they complex was fully booked so a late check out was not possible. However there was a room to leave our bags for the afternoon and a safe place to keep our passports until we were leaving. We were able to use pool facilities for the full day which was excellent. Never stayed here before but will definatley stay again. Great location, lively buzz from the cafe's close by during the day (but not loud) and quiet at night. Fabulous location - around 30 metres from Las Vistas beach and the sound of the waves at night was fantastic. Thouroughly recommend this apartment complex.

Amazing Stay with a Perfect Ocean View! We had an amazing stay! The location was great—right in front of the beach, just as we expected when booking an apartment with an ocean view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful scenery from our balcony was a highlight of our trip. The apartment itself was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The balcony was a great addition, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze. It was also very well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist on the day of our arrival. We arrived early, and since the room wasn’t ready yet, I asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere. To my surprise, there was no locked luggage room, just an open space, which made me uncomfortable leaving my belongings unattended. Instead of being helpful, the receptionist started speaking in Spanish with her colleague, laughing about the fact that I wasn’t happy with this arrangement. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional, which was not the best way to start our stay.
