Read some bad reviews for this hotel and the food on trip advisor and so was worried about the stay. However the hotel was lovely, the room was huge, the staff were lovely and and the food was nice and fresh. The choice wasn't huge but it was very good for the price. If you're looking for a chilled break in this location at a very cost effective price then this is a good choice.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Lots of choice for food at meal times. The room was clean, cool, airy and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were good. Location about 20 mins from Los Christians for the Monkey Park (Tenerife zoo) and Siam Park/ Siam Mall. Quiet area which was good for us. The shop next door is super useful too.

This isn't a 5 star hotel any more (but we didn't expect it to be from the price and reviews). We had the faint drain smell that a few others mentioned but it wasn't bad. Flies by the pool (and in the restaurant area) can be unpleasant, but no mosquitoes at all. We had a cockroach in our bathroom when we first got into our room, but the staff sorted this pretty quickly. There's not a lot around the hotel (but we didn't mind), the cab to the airport and Los Christianos was about €20-30 for 4 of us.

It is a nice hotel, although the Double Room is a misleading title. The pool was cool. And in the listing it said that breakfast is included in the price. It was not. Maybe that was my bad for reading too fast.

I had a Double Room, so I was expecting a Queen sized mattress. It is NOT. It is two double bed on wheels that they pushed together. They roll apart ALL the time if you try to sleep in the middle. And even sleeping on the single side of the bed you end up rolling away from the headboard if you move at all in your sleep. It was wild. And the first day I was there I was still in my room at 11AM when the cleaner was trying to come in to service the room. I asked if she could come back later. She never came. They clean the rooms every other day, according to their sign. I was there 4 days. My room didn't ever get cleaned. I guess she was over it. Lol. Luckily I don't really make a mess, because it was just me.

The room was big and good selection of television channels

The pillows were uncomfortable. The lighting was too bright, no warm LED’s. No warm swimming pool. One could be warm by putting a cover on it at night.

The hotel is nice in nice location and staff try hard

The wine was not good the food was cold,. |I paid for a safe and never got the deposit back

Can’t take food from the restaurant We were going to full day trips where we would miss lunch and would struggle to find alternatives, so to prepare for the trip we have made sandwiches to take away and have been told off by a couple of members of staff telling us that it is not allowed even if we have paid for an all inclusive package

Breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from, staff attentive and friendly

The room was a fantastic size and very clean, Reception staff were fabulous and very helpful when we arrived before check in time. All staff were very friendly and the food was very good, a wide variety and very well stocked

The entertainment all around wasn't very good, what was on wasn't really advertised and there was no direction to where it would be and what times. We stumbled upon it in an awkward area behind the pool bar. The show bar wasn't particularly well attended and yet the music was really loud and so uncomfortable to sit and have a drink

Everything was amazing. We are an elderly couple, with low mobility so we were unable to visit other parts of this beautiful island of Tenerife. We therefore spent a lot of our two week vacation, in our junior suite, which had a lovely balcony with a sae view and walking within the grounds of the hotel by their beautifully landscaped pool. Their are some well-stocked shops nearby for food and drinks, within easy reach for those with walking difficulties. There are also several lifts to all floors. The meals served in the dining room are excellent.

The furniture in our room was a little tired and could do with refurbishment. Although everything worked to our satisfaction.
