The free upgrade from a studio apartment to a 1 bed as part of compensation for non provision of breakfast.

On Nov.15th Fairways Club emailed me to say that I would receive a refund of 140:00 Euros that had been paid for breakfasts, however due to building works Fairways Club were unable to provide breakfast, I have requested the refund however I have not received a reply from the company.

The swimming pool is amazing and the staff is kind. Great place for families with small children. The apartment was spacious and we had the view on the sea. Food was good also.

There were barely any restaurants in walkable distance. There is a good restaurant in the hotel, but you need to reserve in advance. You need to rent a car if you stay here, but I would recommend that wherever you stay in Tenerife.

Gorgeous exterior and pool area, hallways and building architecture were so aesthetically pleasing, reminded me of Santorini, staff were very friendly and accommodating, we asked one member of staff about halal restaurants around and she went out of her way to call her Muslim friend to get the best recommendations. We tried her recommendation on the same day and it was amazing! Wish I’d gotten her name. Also lovely view of Teide right outside. Supermarket not far and mobility scooters near. Beach not far either, thought rocky beach not sandy beach as it’s obviously the marina.

The beds were not so comfy, none of us had amazing nights of sleep but it was doable. Not worth the money for the beds though I must say. With that much money, better quality mattresses and sofa beds should be provided. But that is our only complaint to be honest

It was a well equipped apartment, which was a great size for a family. We had everything we needed, cups, glasses, crockery, and cutlery, even washing up liquid and tea towels. Everywhere was clean, and the housekeeping service supplied clean towels regularly. Having the breakfast available was a good addition. The area has been developed greatly since we first visited 20 years ago, and there is now a great selection of restaurants and bars a short walk away. We did use the on-site restaurant, Le Massa, a couple of times and had some delicious meals. After a busy day out, we ordered a takeaway pizza from La Massa. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and worked hard to ensure good service. We will definitely return in the future as Fairways was perfect our family!

Some of the decor was a little tatty, chipped paint on the walls, and scratches in the bath tub. But nothing that detracted away from the cleanliness and comfort of the resort.

Stay was fantastic, great amenities in the room, lovely balcony and location. 10th year here it’s fantastic. Great food on site and nearby. Pool is lovely too with the great weather.

Rooms are clean and tidy but could do with a bit more finesse/tidying up a little bit. E.g cushions needed on sofa as can be uncomfortable, grout/tile cleaning and more detail cleaning around the bath and showers. But overall as I said always clean and tidy and maids are great!

We liked that the location was quiet, apart of the airplanes that were landing to the airport nearby. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you might need. People were very pleasant, and the atmosphere in the outside pool area is cosy.

WiFi signal was very weak - router was in the living room and the signal could not reach the bedroom. Breakfast was appreciated but could be better if they would have a slightly wider range of options and would replenish the items during the breakfast hours.

Warm pool, relaxing area, suppotive and friendly staff. Very good pool bar. Sea view from the balkony on our apartement. You have everything you need in the kitchen. Cleaning lady very often want clean your rooms, even change bed sheets and towels. Live like a in hotel :) Enough parking places on the street (you need a car to move supermarket or other places, if you dont want use bus or taxi). Very comfy beds, blackout curtains in both bedrooms. So quiet in the night, than you can sleep with open window. Security guard at the pool and at night in the territory of the complex. Just super vacation place !!!

Perfect!! Checked in at midnight, had a problem with surnames in reservation, (second apartament -dont know how was booked on other familys surname) but was it solved in morning. Security dont speak english at all, talked with google translate. Had a problem with sink in kitchen, but in reception immediately called a plumber. There are no grocery (food) stores nearby, if you dont have a car it would be quite difficult. Nice apartament, spacious, clean and tidy for 8 persons. Good breakfast,nice swimming pool. Really nice place for family relax! Staff very polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed the apartment, location and facilities. The staff were friendly, supportive and helpful. We really enjoyed watching the planes above when swimming in pool- could not hear them from our apartment. We definitely recommening this place. Thank you.

As we are very active couple we would like the breakfast to be served earlier than 8.30 am. Also, it will be nice if the breakfast had any eggs i.e scrambled, boiled, and some sausages or fried bacon options available.
