Booked at very short notice for a long weekend - got a nice, clean 1 bed apartment with a lovely suntrap terrace. All very comfy and well equipped for the two of us. Plenty of space to relax and quiet as at the furthest edge of the resort. Pool area was nice and not busy. Zacharys restaurant was more than sufficient for the time we were there, probably a bit repetitive after 4-5 days, good portions at a fair price - friendly staff. Sam's pantry shop a very useful addition on-site.

You are going to hear aircraft noise considering location but it really isn't too intrusive. A real shame that the pool cant be used after 6pm/7pm depending on season - the lifeguard goes home and we sat thinking we would love an early evening swim! I'm not sure it is heated - felt tepid but usable. Cleaning arrangements (towels/linen) for an extended period looked like they could be costly? Didn't appear to be a lot to do off site in the area and a car would appear to be necessary to explore.

The accommodation was very spacious. The two bedrooms were plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The apartment was cleaned regularly and to a high standard. We found the staff very friendly to interact with. The apartment had a wide range of appliances for cooking, washing, entertainment(TV) which made our stay hassle free. There was a good range of facilities on-site. Fast and reliable WiFi

We had breakfast included in our stay and we found the food options were a little limited. Though the food was always to a high standard.

Room was ok, slightly on the small side, stayed at this resort Christmas through our timeshare -2 bed apartment which was a lot nicer than the one bed apartment we booked thought Booking.co. Early Checking available, staff at the resort really lovely. Ok for a short break, but I wouldn't want to do 2 week in the apartment we stayed in. Food at Zacary's was nice and quite reasonable.

Information wasn't sent to hotel from Booking.Com to request a ground floor room, so we had to wait to change rooms, which was not a problem. Kitchen equipment was not good, enough cutlery and plates for 4 people, but no facilities to really cook. No equipment i.e. potato peeler or hardly any items to cook with, if you wanted to stay in to eat.

Beautiful family resort with a big heated pool, baby pool, and poolside restaurant. Breakfasts had wide choices. Food in the restaurant was exquisite. All the staff were very professional and always helpful.

Our apartment was good and clean, but out of the main compound, we had to walk through a public street to get to the pool and restaurant. Also, the small terrace faced the street, so when sunbathing felt exposed. This was not clear from the description on Booking.com. The advertised kids club is only from 4 years old - our boy was 4 in 2 days and could not join without us being there. Also, it is not clear in the description on Booking.com.

If the purpose of your visit is to just relax by the pool and not go out much, the location and environment at this resort is perfect. I had a studio booked, and my room was perfectly clean, and well equipped (I had no intention to cook but the kitchen had everything you could need). The bathroom, wardrobe, furniture (including balcony furniture, and a small dining table in the room) etc is all perfect for 2 people. The TV screen is large enough for the size of the room, there's a washing machine, ironing table and iron, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer etc. Basically, all you need for a few days' stay. There are ample loungers around the pool, which is well maintained. The staff is polite, and very non intrusive. Also, they have toilets, a shower room and luggage storage room in case you want to stick around for a bit after checking out . This was much appreciated!

Minor details...could've had a luggage rack in the room, a cleaning service would've been nice too, and the check out time is a bit too early (10am!)

The 2 bed apartment we booked, exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well equipped and very spacious. The Pool area is always clean and neat. The area the property as shops a few minutes walk from it, the marina and seaside restaurant area is about a 10 mins walk away. I like the area as it is not over crowded and busy like places such as Los Cristianos. Great clientele, with many returning visitors (with some been coming back 10 or even 15 years to the property). Great activities everyday, for all to join.

No real negative points. The only slight annoyance is that the property is on the airport's flight path. So it can sometimes be a bit noisy, but after as few days you do not even notice the planes.

We had a really amazing stay at Wyndham Residences Golf der Sur. Tho whole complex was very nice, with the great pool in the centre. Location was pleasant, not in too noisy touristy part, with free parking spots, rooms were nice, clean and perfectly equipped with all the things we needed.We had also large balcony with beautiful view at the ocean. Staff was also really nice and the breakfast was amazing, plenty of options and everything fresh. Great option was also the bar, where we could have somr drinks and a dinner or lunch as well. I can only recommend this place for a grat vacation in Tenerife 😀

It is not something I didn't like, just a suggestion - the breakfast will be even better, if there will be sometimes some changes in types of food, I mean especially hot food. But still, it was very good and fresh and tasty.

The staff - they were the best and most accommodating. The lady at the reception Celeste was the best - whatever you asked for she had a solution or recommendation for you. Extra towels? Done. Luggage storage? Done. Any information about resort facilities? She knows everything. Restaurant and beach recommendations in the area? She has the all and they are the best. She suggested a little tasca in el Medano that I would have never spotted myself but it was so good we ate there 3 times. The resort is a short convenient drive from the Tenerife South airport. It has main holiday resort type amenities - spacious and well equipped apartments. The cafe at the premises serves really nice and delicious food for a resort. You can purchase buffet breakfast as part of your stay or you can just pay as you order. Cards and € cash accepted. Please bear in mind that due to proximity to the airport you will be plane watching all day when at the pool. For some it might be too distracting or noisy. Very near to the resort (1-2 minute walk) there is a bus stop that will take you for very little money to lovely little places like La Tajita, el Medano and Los Abrigos and big towns like Los Christianos. All in all a nice spot - not overly busy during October half term. For families with kids - there is a kids club with one off entry fee of 5€ that runs daily activities on most days for kids. The animator on the day my kid attended was hula rand very entertaining. There’s also various evening entertainment in the evening - be it a singer or a performer that kids might like too. There are 3 interconnected pools 0.4m, 1.25m (I think, it might be 1.5) and 2m depth. All clean and there are showers scattered around. There’s an abundance of sun loungers regardless what time of the day you come to the pool despite there always being by a group of sun lounger hoggers who leave their towels to keep the loungers reserved all day long from early in the morning(and against resort rules).

Room was good size , comfortable, a lot of attention to cleaning, fresh towels, fresh bedding etc. Gardens and Pool also very well maintained and clean. Reassuring attention to safety in and around the pool. Overall impression is that this resort is very well managed and ALL the people working there are incredibly helpful , friendly and doing everything they can to ensure the guests get a wonderful experience. ... and they are succeeding in doing that. Breakfast ( included in our booking ) was amazing - top quality and wide range of choices, Parking was free, secure & easy to find places on site ( in June ).

1 x saucepan, 1 Large Frying pan & 1 x Very large Cooking pot was not enough. We didn't do "self catering" very much, but for the meals we did cook we had to find a way of cooking everything for a meal for two in a frying pan + one saucepan ( not so easy ! ). On one or two days ( over a 2 week period) there was a "slight" smell outside from the drains. The room was clean and comfortable and generally well equiped ~ but the furniture looks a bit " tired " ( in itself that is not a big problem ~ but you should be thinking about a refresh sometime in the future).

This was our 2nd time staying at the Wyndham Residences but the first time since they changed from CLC Sunningdale. Nothing really has changed. The pool was perfect, although be prepared for the lifeguard/fun police to call you out if you decide to jump into the pool or play with a pool ball. I guess this just adds to the relaxing nature of the resort. If you want to dive into pools and ball play, head to the West Coast! The pool area was lovely too, clean, and sanitized every morning as well. The restaurant Zacarys is now open and is serving amazing food. The staff is the best, esp Team Marina. They make the holiday even better when there are games/events on for kids and adults. Big mention to Javier and Llija. Great entertainers!! Our room was a studio, but it was a lot bigger than I expected. With a separate kitchen and a huge terrace. Plenty of storage space. The bathroom was spotless, with his/hers basins!!! Overall, I can't recommend this resort any higher. I'm already planning our return visit!

Nothing really. Be prepared to do a lot of plane watching as the resort sits below the flight path for all flights into Tenerife South airport. You get used to it after Day2. Plus the first flight in the morning is around 8am, so no excuse the wake up early and grab a lounger. By the way, there are plenty of. No 6am towel rush!!!
