Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment! It was modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The apartment was cleaned daily, and bed linens and towels were changed every two days – a level of care that truly made a difference. The host and staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The location is perfect – right in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need within walking distance. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean. It has all you need(forks,glasses,plates,etc...). The view was nice. First night we left one glass on the balcony, wind was strong and the glass fell down. We told that to the owner, they were just like "we will clean it, don't worry". Hospitality 10. Also you can always contact someone if you need something. Few things to change and it could be higher score 😀

The appartment is a bit small, balcony is quite narrow. Still, it's clean and nice, it has all you need. View is quite good, maybe the bad side is the afternoon sun, if you want to enjoy the view while you drink a wine or coffe late afternoon. However, that isn't something host can fix, except they put an awing 😅 PS: maybe they also should put shower curtain, but that also isn't something you should worry about that much.

Our stay was excellent! The accommodation was impeccably clean – we received fresh towels every day, the beds were made, the trash was taken out regularly, and the floors were vacuumed and mopped. You could really feel the care for cleanliness and guest comfort. The hosts are elderly, but incredibly kind and warm. Although we didn’t communicate much, their positive energy was truly felt. As a welcome gesture, our daughter received a toy upon arrival, and when we were leaving, we were given a small token of appreciation – which meant a lot to us. Overall, I sincerely recommend this accommodation! You will feel comfortable, well taken care of, and truly appreciated as a guest.

Everything is perfect!

The property was super clean, the host was amazing and waited for us until 3am to check in which was amazing as our flight was delayed a lot. The place was cleaned daily with new towels which was also great for an apartment

The property is a little smaller than we thought and then what it looks like in the pictures and it got extremely hot at night. Also was a little disappointed as the host mentioned that the beautiful view over the port in the pictures on booking.com is not shared and is only part of one apartment only.

Two enormous beds, a huge terrace. Clean and pleasant, everything needed for a comfort stay provided, host very responsive. Nive location right in the heart of the city.

Keep in mind that in order to reach the place you have to climb a little steepness which can be complicated for elder or with a stroller. No elevator in the building also, the parking for the cars is near but on another hill.

- great location, right in the touristic area of Neos Marmaras, but on a quiet street to avoid the noise from all the crowds and restaurants - everything was very clean, and I really liked that the cleaning ladies entered the room and even changed the bed sheets every 2 days - the room had everything we needed, with a table on the balcony and the right kitchen tools to make a nice breakfast - as other people mentioned before, the building is located on a very steep street, so getting the car right to the building entrance is not an option (it could be for brave drivers, or 4x4 cars); however, there is a free parking lot at 3 minutes walking distance, and it's quite big (we always found a free spot there)

- the indoor noise isolation is not very good, as we heard all the noises coming from the next rooms, or whenever someone was on the stairways; this will depend of course on the behavior of the neighbors as well (some can be noisier than others) - also, something very small but that would really improve the whole experience would be a soap/shampoo support in the shower cabin

The apartment was very clean and new, exactly like the photos. The balcony had an amazing view, with sunbeds for relaxing. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating, and they gave us a gift when we were leaving.

The road leading to the apartment is extremely steep, making it challenging to walk, especially with luggage. Additionally, the room is on the smaller side, which might feel a bit cramped.

Great accommodation, sparkling clean, newly renovated, and perfect location right in the city center and the port. There is air conditioning, mosquito nests, and for our Junior Suite, we also had a big terrace with beautiful panoramic views. The location was also quiet. The cleaning of the room is done daily. There is no parking in front of the building given that it is situated on a steep narrow street, but there is a big free public parking 200 meters away where you can also leave your car overnight. The owner is very kind and helpful. At the end of our stay, he gave us two bottles of an excellent liqueur. Definitely recommend it!!

Everything was perfect! It was very clean, the staff are frendly, they were cleaning the apartment every two days, changing the sheets and towels. The location is very close to the promenade, restaurants and shops. parking was also not an isue as we were there at the end of the season. All in all everything was perfect and we are very pleased!

We stayed for 1 night, it was simple, clean, had a spacious terrace of our own (Junior suite with 2 bedrooms at the ground floor). It met our expectations. It is in a very nice location, right at the center of the village, close to many restaurants, cafes, shops, the pier... Very helpful and kind host. And thank you for the home-made liquor :)

No air conditioning in the second bedroom. It’s on a very steep road, but we were able to drop off our luggage in front of the hotel and find a parking place close to the apartments. Our suite was at the ground floor, so a bit of noise from the lobby in the morning. Upper floors have a nicer view.
