-location is far from touristic site, but it‘s okay when compared with the reasonable hotel price - the room need to be renovated. Old furniture and even mould spot in the bathroom - breakfast alternative is not various enough - wifi signal is really weak

Hotel was lovely but needs a coat of paint on it,,stayed in the junior suite 805 and view was restricted,,you need to be able to see all the sea,,that's what it should mean when it says a sea view

We stayed in the Hotel Tenerife Golf for a week, 17th November til the 24th, to celebrate my birthday. Rooms 605, with a lovely sea view and 610 very comfortable. The Hotel is in a nice and quiet location, near to the airport, for who want to spend a week in total relax, with a very beautiful “sea view and sunrise”. The Hotel is very cleaned (never seen so many people cleaning at once, very impressive), rooms are big, clean and very comfortable, the pool aerea very quiet to relax. Breakfast and dinner very delicious and a big variety of food, every day different menu. There is a small gym, very useful to exercise with a lovely sea view. The staff is very friendly and cute. The organization last minute for my birthday was perfect, they left us a bottle of Champagne in the room offered by the Hotel. During middle of week they organize a nice “live music”, very talented singer, to spend a lovely evenings drinking amazing cocktails. There is a lovely private “spa”, for who loves massages. We really wanna “THANK YOU” the whole staff at the “Hotel Tenerife Golf” for the hard work they do, and effort they put to give a lovely staying in the Hotel from the cleaners, chefs, waitress/waiter, bar staff, receptionists and singers. We really wished to hug each single person. A Huge “THANK YOU” goes to Nuria (reception very kind and sweet), Victor (reception very kind and cute), Miguel (the best cocktails ever and very friendly), Lourdres (spa the best massages ever so kind and sweet). “THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL TO MAKE OUR VACATION THE BEST”. “EVERY SINGLE PERSON OF THE STAFF DESERVE A REWARD”. “5 STARS AND SUPER RECOMMENDED”

The room size was incredible and comfy, with a large bed and several extra chairs to sit own. The view from the room was breathaking. I found everything I needed in the room - from the fridge, to what was in the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were both phenomenal - with varied menus each day, and gorgeous places to sit and eat. Especially the outdoor section, which gives a stunning view of the sea and coast. It's the kind of thing you see in travel photos, but finally get to experience.

The bathroom floor had a bit of a contour that collected water, which lingered long after a shower. Also, when you placed the room key card in the slot to power the room, there was sometims a subtle but noticeable buzz. This was fixed by removing the card. Minor incovneniences though. The key card itself didn't register immediately sometimes when used on the lock.

The hotel location was good right on the coast so lovely views. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The room was clean and there was tea and coffee provided. Also a small fridge. Everything was adequate and I was on a higher floor.

Room was a bit dated and some things seems a bit tired. I was not sure why I was not given a room with a balcony as I was there for quite a few nights. I thought being with booking.com you are given the impression you get a deal because you book frequently but it seems some places put you in not as nice a room as their other guests or because you are a solo traveller. It has happened before. Also no facilities for spa treatments were available as people were on holiday. You are advised you get discount on massage if you booked within 48hr of arrival. No one was there to offer that service.

Hotel is very clean with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Well located for the airport and easy to get taxis/bus into other resorts or to walk into neighbouring towns. Buffet breakfast offered a good choice. Pool area was clean with plenty of loungers and towels available. Room was spacious and clean.

We were on the 1st floor and the rooms are clean but a little tired decor wise and there was a strong smell in the corridor at points. The electrical socket by the bed was off the wall on arrival which we reported and was quickly fixed but is below what you would expect for a hotel of this calibre.

The hotel is lovely, standing on a small cliff overlooking the sea. Our room, on the 9th floor was huge and very well furnished, stylish, with a very large balcony and a fab sea view. There was a separate living room and the bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom was big, the shower was in the huge, jacuzzi bath. If you have mobility issues, you might have trouble getting in/out of the shower (but they probably have more accessible showers). The restaurant is set up, apparently, for A/I but you can pay individually. We ate across the way at the restaurant arcade, which had quite a few choices. We had the breakfast buffet, which was OK. We were only there for 1 night before a flight (quite close to the airport), but would have enjoyed staying longer.

The breakfast buffet was good but didn't quite seem to match the wow factor of the hotel.

This is a solid 8.5-star place; I’m surprised that the rating is lower than an 8 on this site. I would stay here again if I wanted to be in the Golf del Sur area (note that this area seems to lack some activities to do, compared to the great beaches of Los Cristianos). Bilingual staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great, although it didn’t vary much during the time that I was there. Lots of seats with umbrellas out by the pool. Walking distance to nearby towns like Los Abrigos and the natural pools. Some restaurants nearby. Good value for money in the area.

The 1st floor was not the best (a weird smell by the stairs, and a strange mechanical noise could be heard at some points). Room had a few random hairs from previous guests but overall it was clean.

A high-end, fresh and impressive variety of exotic local fare on buffet. Location to grocery and restaurants ideal. Clean comfortable bed. Seaside room views were true to those shown on website. Enjoyable wave sounds. Housekeeping staff saved an item I had left in room so when I returned two days later, was relieved when they brought it to me at the front desk. Impressive honest, conscientious staff. They deserve a raise. Would definitely return.

Upon entry, Room 102 had a mild odor. The bathroom and room were very clean, no carpeting, so it was a mystery. I was able to open the window, fortunately, so not a big issue. Also wished for a hot jacuzzi poolside. Americans consider a jacuzzi standard; however, learned a hot jacuzzi whirlpool is nonexistent on Canary Islands. Staff told me they are considered unsafe because high temperature produces bacterial growth.

A very nice and clean Hotel with friendly Stuff. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. The Pool and the Lobby is very nice with a Billard Table, a small bar and many sitting areas. Also recommendable is the small but nice spa area, which can be booked for 14 Euros per hour. Although it’s an all inclusive Hotel in a quite touristic region it’s not too overcrowded and quite calm. Something which was not a problem to us but should be considered: Due to the rather rocky coastline in the Region there is no direct access to the ocean or a Beach from the Hotel.

Only a small minus: - some of the windows in the outside area are quite dirty. Thats a real waste of potential because the views on the Atlantic Ocean would be really great from there.
