Our 2nd time and it was just as much fun as the first! Great for kids. The environment is very comfortable and relaxed. Lots to do for people of all ages and the entertainment at night is fun! Lots of food options (although the quality depends on what you select and the day). We ate and drank a lot! The staff is very friendly.

We were not allowed to bring coffee or tea to the room in the morning. If this is the standard rule, then you should provide a coffee machine / hot water in the room itself.

Loved the outdoor restaurant that was open from Wednesday to Sunday. The staff were brilliant too... So professional... All the facilities in the complex were brilliant... Gym.. Good enough and the pools... Amazing...

WiFi was non existent.... Took about 3 minutes to send a message... So I automatically paid the roaming charge for my tariff back home... Stupid little sherry glasses for wine at the bar... Ridiculous for an all inclusive hotel.... Don't understand this to be honest... Mind blowing... 🙄

This hotel truly is a hidden gem. The location is excellent. The food is very good. They cook the meat right infront of you so it is always hot and fresh. They have a pizza oven and the pizza there is really good! And the churros in the breakfast table is a happy little morning treat. The snack bar is good for the kids, and adults can also find something there. There is more 'fastfood' but also fruits and veggies. We also loved the ice-cream and slush- ice (they have 3 types). We do not drink alcohol, so we don't know about that. The garden is amazing. The gardener should get a special knowledge for how pretty all the plants are. The garden is just Beautiful! The swimming pools are very good. Spacious and did never feel to crowed. Also you could always find sunbeds. But I think the best part of it was the staff. The animation team is just amazing! I have never seen as good, fun animation team! There were volleyball, football, archery, water polo, smaller games and even the team cooked very good paella and pasta in the garden. The kids club was nice, and my girls really wanted to go there because the staff was so welcoming and open. And at night there was a show every night after mini- disco where the team danced, sung and acted. It was just amazing! Would definitely recommend to families! The perfect family hotel!

The only thing I can fault is there is no Air conditioning. There is only big fans in the ceiling, and coming from a cold climate in Iceland it was hot for us the first 2 days while we got used to the hot climate in Tenerife.

We had a double superior room and there was an elevator to our room on the 3. floor. The room was spacious, very clean and kept like that every day and the beds were huge and comfortable. The pool garden is amazing, spacious beautiful and the staff is working hard all day to entertain the guests with games and sport activity and are all very friendly.

When people were smoking here and there near you. Perhaps there could be a smoking aerea and other spaces off limits for smokers.

Restaurant and breakfast room,iwas on holiday with my wife ,didn't expect to be sharing breakfast and dinner tables with lots of other people. We like our own space when we're eating and holidaying together. I think it's a very old fashioned hotel needs upgrading for the money they are charging. For this reason we didn't eat any meals in the hotel at all . If I'd have known it was communal seating I would not have booked this hotel. I'm on holiday with my wife not a bunch of other nationalitys. On that note the staff were very nice ,and room was great . Just a bit of a waste of money all inclusive.

I have to say that the whole place is beautiful, accessible, friendly, spotless. The breakfast, the food, everything was delicious and very varied. The evening shows/ entertainment was lovely and vibrant. I can’t complain about anything. David, the bartender was great, Ariana, Alex, Eline, Seline, and Francesca was so happy, alive, friendly. Overall, everything was spectacular! Well done .. we will definitely be back with the kids next time.

Great location, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, great variety of food in the restaurant. I was there with my two little kids and my elderly Mum. Fabrizio at the reception was exceptionally professional, welcoming, helpful and diplomatic. Highly recommended hotel.

Very well organised hotel, pools clean and plenty of space and sunbeds, but if you looking for a quiet place with pool ask for Laguna it's a perfect for families, I was very surprised with the size of the rooms as I didn't expect that big, plenty of room in your rooms at the Laguna side, food was fantastic, plenty of different kinds of food, everyone will find someone for them selfs and every evening different them of food, like Mexican Chinese etc, drinks as well what ever you think they will have it, staff very friendly and helpful, very nice cosy place to stay at, main pool a bit laud as music is there and plenty of people as there is bar but that normal, we preferred to stay and the salt Laguna pool as it quiet and perfect for kids with slides and as well deeper water for adults, nice entertainment for kids like parrots, turtle, guinea pig's, ducks on site so kids can see them around as well as fish in ponds, highly recommend for Family's and everyone else, very pleasant surprise with that hotel and my stay

AC would be an advantage as at the beginning of October we got 39 degrees and it was hot , apart from that everything was perfect

The room fantastic, the pools fantastic, we were surprised to find out about the salty water pool, the food was delicious and diverse, everything for everyone, vegan food to the meat lovers food, outdoor restaurant dinner with BBQ was very good. A resort very family friendly with entertainment activities fantastic throughout the day at the pool and the evening shows fantastic, different show every night, we were impressed and kids realty engaged with their schedule. The dance moves ... Oh I still miss them moves. Well done for entertainment staff, bar staff, Cleaning staff, restaurant staff!!! Fantastic really impressed with them.

Petra the receptionist not helpful, not friendly. the receptionist Petra wasn't quite helpful and friendly, wasn't providing good service on helping us but that didn't hinder our stay and enjoying ourselves in the hotel.

Staff were fantastic. Food was good (have seen previous reviews saying food was cold but we didn't experience this), evening grill was the highlight. Great selection of drinks, and excellent pool area and facilities. All round recommended.

Having to pay for the room safe was a bit of a nuisance. For the sake of a handful of euros for the stay, wish it was just included.
