The place is spotlessly clean, you can see alot of effort goes into keeping standards up, the room was lovely & the view beautiful, the food was nice enough & lots of choice, but unfortunately it was alway’s cold, there was a really nice selection of fresh fruit on offer.

Some staff a bit surly, but you get that within the hospitality industry in all countries, the pool was freezing 🥶 but other than that i’d return. Just a warning for potential guests, not really concerning the hotel itself, but if you are getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel, it takes 15 mins & costs no more than €18, some of the drivers are greedy and will try & charge you alot more, claiming it’s legit, one tried to charge me €25 when it clearly said on meter €16.60, i called him out, don’t allow then to rip you off.

The location was good although I do not recommend you getting around by Uber. It was ridiculously expensive but Bolt doesn’t operate there. However Buses are your best friend! There’s a 10mins stop from the hotel that can take you pretty much everywhere. Golf Plaza bus stop.

Not really a negative! The check in is at 3pm! Do bare this in mind. The staff did keep a hold of our luggage and because we booked an All Inclusive. We were given wrist bands to allow us to have lunch whilst waiting for our room to be ready.

Everything was lovely. Entertainment could do with improving tbh.

Dinner was a bit repetitive but was still ok. Salad stuff was great and breakfast also. Only suggestion would be that salad should be available all day with rolls it would make it a bit better.

Swimming pools are nice, the one inside is very small. The room was huge and clean. The “My favourite club” room was nice and full of refreshments. There is a big parking lot outside. Breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner are ok but after a few days it is boring. Stuff is nice though. The wellness area consists in a small gym and a massage room. We tried the service and it was ok.

Drinks at the bars are horrible, especially from the bar near the pool in front of the Ocean. The private check-in is totally unuseful. Still wondering what they really mean as we had a check-in as anybody else. So, “my favourite club” is good just for the private room and the private area at the restaurant when the hotel is full. The small beach in front of the hotel isn’t nice at all, especially because there is a little landfill with old furniture and stuff which is not really nice.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was spotless, the food was excellent and always fully stocked until the end of each meal. There was a wide variety of delicious desserts, pastries, and fresh fruit. The pools were large and clean, and the sea-view solarium was peaceful and relaxing. There were fun evening programs in the lobby with a lovely bar. Special thanks to all the staff – they were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, this hotel had everything you would expect from a 5-star property!

Nothing at all – we were fully satisfied.

- peaceful and quiet location close to the golf courses - our room was wonderful (Front Ocean View Suite) - staff was very friendly - food choice was really good - really good housekeeping service - I love the swimming pool by the ocean

- no one informed us about the towels deposit at the check in, so we had to go back and forth to the front desk, to the room to pick up a wallet, to the ATM to get cash and all of it just to get a towel - deposit for the iron is 20 EUR, instead of having rooms equipped with irons as any regular hotel - there should be an option of adding the iron and towels on the room instead of giving deposit in cash. Once returned, the items should be removed from the room charges, since room has a card attached. It would make everyone's (both staff and guests) life easier

The hotel met our expectations. We had a room with a separate bedroom and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. There were several pools available, including a main heated pool. There were plenty of activities throughout the day for both children and adults, all organized by a great animation team. In the evenings, there was a mini disco for kids followed by different shows for adults — very entertaining and well prepared. The food was good. Breakfasts were always the same, but dinner was more varied with themed nights such as Mexican, Asian, or Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the animation team really made a big job — they were fantastic. It’s hard to judge the location as we spent almost all four days at the hotel itself. However, it's located right by the sea, with easy access to the promenade — perfect for a nice walk.

When we arrived to the hotel the whole experience was great. The hotel is beautiful and we had a warm and nice welcome at reception. All staff were very kind and friendly. The room was especially clean and the housekeeping service is brilliant and all of them very kind. Pools are clean and great with choices at the pool bar. I would like to stress out the food which was outstanding. So many delicious food and drinks and to mention the F&B staff they work very hard and do an excellent service. The entertainment in the hotel was really the point that made us leave this review. Manuel and Ires went above and beyond to cheer up the guests and we will truly miss them. They were fantastic, funny, and they made our stay remarkable. Huge thank you for them. We recommend this hotel because all you need to have a nice holiday is at Alua Atlantico Golf. Overall, our stay was very good! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the hotel addressed my concerns—within just one day, they had resolved the issues I pointed out. That level of responsiveness really made a difference. We had a wonderful time both at the hotel and on the island. The atmosphere was great, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. I would especially like to praise the housekeeping service—it was one of the best we’ve ever experienced, even though we’ve traveled all over the world. The team did an exceptional job, and their attention to detail really stood out.

I liked absolutely everything. The food was delicious with a wide variety, the entertainment was amazing, something new and interesting every day, the pools are clean and in good condition, the area is huge, there are several shops near the resort with everything you need, the staff was friendly and always happy to help, the room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen changed on request. My kids were happy, I was happy, we had a great time at this place.
