Calm, relaxed, timeless, elegant and exceptionally clean. Lovely big room and quiet even though our room was facing the street. Fantastic chef Diego at breakfast, extremely polite and calm even when very busy. Reception staff all very nice and there’s a super friendly guy at the AO club nothing too much trouble, I should have asked his name.

First impressions of the lobby/reception area was that it was far too quiet, occasionally low music but in my opinion this is required at all times as you could hear a pin drop. Grew not to mind it too much though.

Room size was really great, the ocean view was magnificent. The facilities are wonderful and breakfast is a real treat. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Overall our stay was fantastic.

The dinner at the beach club restaurant was a disappointment with the paella’s quality being really poor. Would not recommend that place for having a dinner at all. Could be fine for lunch or evening drinks and cocktails.

central location , the rooms are a great size , everything about this hitel is fantastic

only disappoint was we hit the wrong room in the first night we had asked fir a sea view and were given a garden view but everything was sorted the following day

Really nice building and exceptionally wow pool area. Room was cleaned spotless every day and we were also upgraded into junior suite which was really big and had an extended balcony. Location perfect. Interesting display about history of the hotel. Always very nice, quiet yet relaxing enviroment.

Breakfast was maybe a bit less than we expected for 5*. Sunbeds dirty and all booked with towels all day, I think staff should take them off. Some nights the cleaners came in at 9pm when we were already going to bed, that was a bit weird.

Amazing breakfast. And I loved the pool - partly as not many people use it! We got upgraded to a garden view which was fine as we could see and hear the ocean. Ate at the hotel restaurants twice - good food if a tad expensive. It's also next door to Banks Steak restaurant - which was amazing in its beef offerings. Nice relaxed 3 day stay - if only for breakfast and pool.

The menu selection at pool bar was very small compared to other resort hotels around the world. It is Spain - and so why not a selection of tapas for pool bar other than Nachos/burger/spaghetti...? It was good for us in the end as we ended up only doing breakfast and dinner - great for the weight!!

Huge hotel with beautiful detail and beautiful furniture . So many restaurants and bars to try . Lovely pool complex . Location is fantastic . Great breakfast !

No bottles of drinking water supplied after the first day . It would be nice if this was complimentary every day . Two in mini fridge but not topped up when used . ( not complimentary). This was disappointing .

The hotel delivers expectations for a 5-star venue. Standard room is very spacious, well furnished, very comfortable bed and pillows. Although in a very vibrant area, the room is surprisingly quiet. We had a huge balcony with superb privacy. Bathroom is very clean, so is the room, bottled water and coffee capsules replenished every morning. Parking on surrounding streets are free, however it is second to impossible to find space. The hotel offers parking, however against a daily fee. Pool area is very stylish and elegant, properly clean and maintained. Breakfast choice is very rich, hot and cold, regular and special diets are all accommodated.

For the high price you pay for your stay you would rightfully expect the Wellness area and facilities to be freely accessible, however it is not the case - 25 Euros per person per day if you want to go in, and this is odd and somewhat disappointing. Also, parking is not free, the charge of 12 Euros a day is not very high, however this unnecessarily spoils the overall feeling about the services.

Fantastic hotel... The room was huge with a big terrace, and had an amazing view of the town and beyond. Perfect location, stones throw away from the beach, restaurants and shops. No need for taxis everything is walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The fact that you had to pay to use the spa area, considering I paid for a 5* accommodation, that should be included. Massage is extra which I understand but spa, steam, sauna jacuzzi should be complimentary too the guests. Also I recommend black out curtains as we came for a relaxing stay and the sunlight would wake us up early. Something to think about.
