I stayed at the Mediterranean Palace last year with my husband and daughter. We had such a fantastic experience that we returned seven months later. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, it's clean and well maintained. The hotel is also close to the beach and shops, an ideal location. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. We were made to feel very welcome and loved every minute of our stay. Thank you

For a suite in a 5 start rated hotel there were ‘small’ items missing: Shower flooded bathroom Occasional smell of drains No complimentary water in the room No biscuit packs No iron No milk for tea and coffee (and there was a fridge) Choice of coffee and tea was poor Plastic cups No drinking glasses (apart from those in bathroom)

Clean modern and well maintained, excellent location.

Not enough room at pool area, too close to others, and difficult to get sun lounger that was in the sun. Also the evening meal was very average, badly set out at buffet. Had to wait in Que for certain items to be cooked which meant your food on plate got cold. In the morning if you weren’t down early you would have to Que for breakfast. Seats in dining room were all different which was fine but several of them were like folding camp chairs. Not an appropriate seating for an evening meal.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in. Breakfast is amazing with everything you could want. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The pool area is very comfortable even though it is a busy hotel.

The standard room is a bit small. The bed is a double and single pushed together and is totally unnecessary as there would be more space if the single was taken out of there.

Great location. Rooms are modern and clean. Pool is excellent. Caters for all, Friends, Family & Couples.

Room was only cleaned once during our stay. Towels not changed every day.

Free upgraded room, free welcome cocktails and a bottle of Cava!! Good facilities, nice breakfasts. Evening entertainment. Good location with parking.

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel as a family of five, and our experience was truly wonderful. We booked a suite for three of us, while the other two enjoyed a standard double room. Both accommodations were modern, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the dining experience. Breakfast was always a delightful affair, with a variety of delicious options that made each morning exciting. We also dined at the hotel's Italian restaurant, which offered an exquisite meal that exceeded our expectations. The pool area was another great feature, providing a refreshing escape during our stay. There were plenty of sun loungers available, which meant we could relax without feeling crowded. What truly stood out was the helpful and friendly staff at the reception. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a memorable vacation. With comfortable rooms, excellent dining, and a welcoming atmosphere, it was the perfect choice for us!

The location is perfect, just a 1-minute walk to the beach and close to the main streets. The pool water was a bit cold, similar in temperature to the ocean, but the pool itself is a good size and very clean.

We were very disappointed to learn that the gym access incurs an additional charge. The gym can only be used free of charge if attending group training sessions. For independent use of the gym facilities, there’s a fee of 6 EUR per person per day or 20 EUR per week, which we find unreasonable. This is the first time we’ve encountered an extra charge for gym access in a 5-star hotel.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you get a lovely reception area, bright, airy and well decorated, also you're greeted by concierge who offer you a welcoming drink of orange juice or sparkling wine. Check-in was smooth and informative, the lady was polite, you're helped up to your room which me n my daughter was happy with as it looked out to the beach/pool and entertainment within the hotel. The hotel is situated right by the strip so v handy. Cleaning staff are polite and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice was there, I will definitely stay here again ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐

Feels fresh and stylish. Nice, attentive stuff, especially at the restaurants - Diablo and Coal, where i end up having dinner every evening. Compared to anything the city had to offer, skyrocketed difference in quality and service. Room was nice and clean, very nice pool, a lot of space. Stylish bar area at the terrace. Location is great, busing area around with shops, short drive to the airport and beach in 3 ‘minutes walk.

Rooms were quite noisy, i could here every little noice in the corridor and due to a connecting door, every conversation of a room next door. The animation was a little annoying, because not much was happening, but was quite loud. No activities was really offered.
