Most of staff excellent, location great , rooms bit dated but spotless , plenty of sunloungers

Lifeguard sat on his phone talking hands free for 3+ hours everyday which is annoying when you are trying to relax , lifeguard would sit in his chair and shout over the length of the pool if anyone dared move lounger or parasol I ended up in reception complaining about his awful attitude , a lady in her mid 70s had an ongoing row with him daily about moving her bed 3 feet it's a shame one person tried to ruin my holiday because the rest of staff were excellent and the property exceeded my expectation great value for money

Excellent location great value great staff and plenty of room

Could do with some modinisation /decoration but these are small things and only if you are a really picky person you would notice. Please done let this put you off booking but please do not think this is a swanky up to date modern property it’s not it’s very traditional and great value for money

Firstly the location is spot on close to the beach, shops, restaurants & close to the bus stop. We didn’t experience any particular noise from down the road but on a couple of occasions the nearby hotels had music nights and that was loud but we were out most of the time. Staffs & cleaners were pleasant and the complex was spotless. All in all a very nice time had and would definitely go back.

The apartment was fine nothing special with 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen with the basics. My partner & I had a ground floor apartment with a garden view that was ok but there was a public footpath next to us with a steady stream of people walking by which was a bit off putting concerning privacy. The swimming pool was nice all be it the obligatory towels on the sunbeds with no one sat on them. The pool bar was good but disappointed that it didn’t open until 10 & then shut at 5.30 that being said there are numerous places to eat and drink close by

The apartment was spacious, with a huge balcony overlooking the pool, with a sea view. The cleaner came almost everyday. Supermarket round the corner, with a great restaurant on the corner, above the travel company, short 10 min walk down to the beach. No Aircon, but didn't need it in December. Bus station 10 mins walk away. Get a bus from the airport, instead of paying 36 euros! Had a great holiday. Would come back.

We tried the breakfast, wasn't for us. We got a pastry from the supermarket every morning, to have with our freshly brewed coffee out on the balcony!

The house keeping staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

I worked over 40 years in Hotel Front Office. The reception and the way they made excuses was disappointing. On one occasion the receptionist even contradicted his own explanation about something. I could have pulled him up but I was on holiday.

I guess it's not exactly the hotel's fault (it's the same all over Tenerife), but it's annoying that you can't eat at the pool bar with children because someone is smoking there all the time. I didn't see any signs that would somehow divide the smoking/non-smoking areas. Someone may miss the absence of a microwave oven in the apartment

It actually exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious, we had 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, living room connected to garden. Of course it's not a fancy hotel, and it's close to nature, so you'll see insects (however no mosquito!) -- don't leave any opened food out on the table! Otherwise no problem at all, lovely reception, cleaning ladies in every 2 days, great hot water, good bed (I prefer solid mattress), strong wifi. Few min walk to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. We rented a car park, hair dryer (10eur). My kid's cuddly toy Mr. Hedgehog had its adventure, accidentally got taken away with duvet cover, but the team was so lovely and chased down the cleaning facility, returned it back all washed and dried :D thumbs up!! I think we'll return, it's a good place and great value for money.

Some upgrade would be great, of course, the price would go up too

We had an apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are two grocery stores with a good selection nearby. The sea, the central bus stop, everything is within walking distance.

I'm sorry to say this because the hotel was great, but one day we invited friends to dinner at the hotel restaurant. I was ashamed because the choice of food was very poor. We took fish, but it was cooked disgustingly. There was also a casserole, but it looked like a mess There was not even just water to drink.

We had a ground floor room, it was large and well furnished, a bit dated but clean. It was a 3 min walk to the sea, two supermarkets within a 2 min walk each way. No having to reserve sunbeds, can have floats in the pool which was lovely for the kids. Overall a great apartment for the price. We had room 122 in the main block, garden was big and we had a sea view, so it was pretty cool. We had a great holiday, amazing position in the middle of the coast run between Adeje and Los Cristianos. We didn’t get any insects in our room but our neighbour said they did.

No air con but we took out extra fans, curtains are blackout so can block out the sun, chain locks on the doors so you can leave them open a bit but it didn’t seem secure. We heard a lady had all her belongings taken but there was a security guy throughout the night but he didn’t seem very friendly, just mooched about. We used the safe and had no problems.

Very clean, spaceous and safe apartment, perfect location (close to the beach, supermarket 1min away). The host very pleasnt, everything well organized (we reserved parking via message before arriving and got a separate garage key, garage is private and had available spots all the time). Kitchen very clean and possesses all possible appliances you need. Housekeepers came to clean every other day, you have safe available to use for valuable things and also the outside pool. Very satisfied, would recommend to everyone.

Everything was just perfect.
