It was very well located, 10min walk to the beach, 15min walk to the Siam Park, a large appartment with a sea view from a large balcony, easily fitting 5 adult people, 3 comfortable single beds and one sofa bed, large wardrobes,, fully equipted for self catering. There were clean sheets, a lot of towels, and washing machine in the bathroom, toaster,, kettle, plenty of pans, cutlery, fridge - in short - there was everything you need to live like at home. There was also a swim pool with plenty of sunbeds, a life guard, a mini bar, and clean water. Plenty of bars to eat nearby, shops ( mini supermarkets), pharmacy open 9am to 1am ( yes, until 1am). Overall, as for 2* hotel, it was really good , i would rate 7-8/10.

From a negative aspect only noise at night - the noise from the nightclubs lasting until midnight every night, some guests also quite noisy- appreciate young people with no family. Cleaning rooms evry 2 days- changed towels and made beds, flooring remain dusty, has not been wet cleaned, tables left untouched - not cleaned. On the day of departure, could not find the receptionist and could not check out. Had to leave the key on the desk. Not sure what happened to the deposit.

Great location, 5 minute walk away from the main strip, great staff and very lovely, rooms was very equipped, free WiFi, the rooms have air conditioning so it was always cool, the hotel is close to a supermarket and food places, great place to stay, would definitely go again!

Wasn’t allowed floats in the pool.

Playazul is a good place to stay in, it has good staff, fine shower and the bed was good to sleep in. The pillows are little long but really nice sleeping with those. Comfortable sofa and tv, the swimming pool is really nice, and you can buy beverages (alcohol/alcohol free), ice cream/slushy, sandwiches and snacks! There is enough of sunbeds and nice music.

There is no air conditioning and no fan in the room so it was really hot in there! Woke up really sweaty all mornings…. The shower was ok but a little dirty and the curtains were a little black… I recommend earplugs, there is noise coming in because of the nightlife down the street, it didn’t bother me really but it bothered my sisters :) There were 3 Cockroaches living on the terrace but we killed them the first night and we didn’t have any more the whole trip.

Size of apartment, cleanliness, proximity to amenities, staff, pool area

Not a lot to dislike but feel that more 'self-catering' inventory could be provided. For example: no sieve/colander, jug, mugs, spatulas, can opener. Most - but not all - cans have ring-pulls out here but sometimes these break off, leaving you no other option but to try and dig 'off' the lid with a sharp knife. Dangerous! Had to ask for can opener. Also lack of sink plug in bathroom meant that you are unable to have a proper wash/shave or teeth-brushing - without having the water running! I thought Hotels/Apartments were on a mission to save water?

Cozy apartments in a lively area We stayed for 7 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen — we cooked ourselves, and everything we needed was available. The area is quite lively, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. A special thanks to the receptionist — she was always helpful, gave us useful information, and helped us call a taxi. A great option for an independent and comfortable stay.

The only downside – noise from the street The apartments are located in a busy area, and it was quite noisy at night. We could hear loud conversations from people outside and traffic sounds, which made it hard to sleep sometimes. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs or ask for a room facing the courtyard, if available.

Location of the hotel is very good, all shops, reustaurants, pharmacy are close 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the Siam Park. We had Duplex Apartment for 7 person. Great modern apartment with a lot of space and amenities and aircon. The apartment was very well equipped toaster, kettle, plenty of pans, cutlery, fridge, washing machine in the bathroom and a lot of towels. Cleaners came every 2 days. Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool area. The staff was professional and really helpful.

We liked everything about our room. It was renovated and very spacious. It was within 3 mins walk to the beach. The room got cleaned every two says which was plenty for us and it also had a washer that was very useful. There was a lot of hot water and there is a supermarket and a great breakfast spot right outsides . The kitchen is cery well equiped - it has everything including dish washing equipment and a toaster. The bathroom was new and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is absolutely amazing and the place as a whole is fantastic. Its was definitely worth it for the price. They have an outdoor fitness that was just being built.

Spacious apartment. Very close to amenities. Staff very nice. Pool great. Complaints dealt with straight away. Ample fresh towels and replenishing of toilet tissue etc. Smart TV.

Hated the entrance steps! Felt that they were unsafe (two lots of steps, adjacent to each other but different levels). Shower flooded bathroom each time we used it. However, mop and bucket provided on request. Kitchen window did not shut properly and could not lock it. Need to upgrade on kitchen utensils: i.e. no can opener!! Could do with extra self-catering items, e.g. prep knife, sieve/colander, prep bowls, jug, potato peeler etc. Room needs a thorough cleaning - lots of accumulated dust under bed and behind bedside table: had to bring this to host's attention (and it was subsequently cleaned) but should not have to do this! Overall though, a great stay and would revisit.

The reception staff was extremely helpful and promptly moved us to a better room after we reported issues with our initial one. The room designs are attractive, and the location is very convenient, being close to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, and promenades.

Our initial room was not clean and had hair everywhere, and the window, which faced an alley, could not be closed, making us feel unsafe. The rooms, despite their nice design, seem a little worn already. The area felt a bit unsafe at night due to the large number of clubs and young people partying.

The apartment hotel was recently renovated, modern. Everything in the apartment is there for comfortable stay. The staff- extremely pleasant. The location is just fantastic, close to the playa and main night-life areas, filled with restaurants, souvenir shops and bars. Every second day the apartment was cleaned and towels changed.

Only think I minded- the dirty floors, although there was a cleaning service, I’m used to walking indoord barefoot but that was impossible.
