Everything was just perfect, we enjoyed everything. No stress and lovely staff. Walking distance to everything, we never felt like we needed a taxi.

The hotel is really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the communication in English was very easy with them. It's also located centrally with a lot of places to go out around it and there are bus stations not too far away, and yet it is like a quiet peaceful oasis in the very touristic area of Playa de las Americas. The pool is really clean and warm. Around Christmas, it was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was cozy both during the day and in the evenings. The room is comfortable and well equipped so even if the weather is not so good, you can use your favourite streaming services on the TV. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was quite varied in options.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as it always had a funky smell to it. It was really easy to hear the noise from the hallway. Toiletries should have been refilled. The WiFi signal was so terrible, my phone kept switching to mobile data.

We had such an amazing time at vanilla garden hotel. When we checked in the receptionist Renè (sorry if I got his name wrong) was absolutely brilliant at welcoming us and telling us about the hotel and the facilities. The other receptionists throughout the week were extremely helpful and kind towards our requests. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and the pastries were my favourite! It was quite interesting to see a chef cooking your eggs for you. Coffee from the coffee machines was also extremely good. The pool area always had plenty of beds available at all times that were kept clean by the cleaning staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is great too despite being close to Veronicas strip, it was pretty quiet and out of the way of it. The hotel is clean, fresh looking and the greenery around the hotel added a nice touch to everything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and want to come back again!

Just wish the cocktails were slightly cheaper, but enjoyed them a lot considering the expense.

Friendly and helpful personnel, amazing location (walking distance to Siam park, the beach, retaurants and bus stop to the airport). We booked a room with a garden. It was cozy, clean and had a huge bed with one enormous mattress (instead of such a common solution of two mattresses pushed together). The airco temperature could be adjusted, the bathroom was clean and filled with good amounts of toiletries. Great swimming pool, surrounded by plants and greenery, which made it feel so comfortable and cozy, even though it's not necessarily big. Great cocktails at the bar and a daily happy hour. Sunbeds are often two-persons beds which felt really comfortable. No children! An adults only concept was an absolute win, and I don't know how can I ever go to a "normal" hotel after that. The peace and quiet is umatched.

The bed was on wheels, which sometimes made it feel a little unstable. The dinner buffet cost is 19,5 excl. drinks, but for that price, the quality was a bit lower than expected. There were fruit flies swarming above some of the pickled foods on display. Sunbeds tend to warm a lot in the sun. There's a policy not to reserve them, but everyone does it anyway (no fault to the hotel, to be fair).

The breakfast was good, but could have used a little bit more diversity. The room were clean and staff were nice and helpful. Great location and pretty cheap. Would come again!

The only thing I disliked was that the only place to get water at breakfast, was in the dispenser by the juices. It took a long time to pour into a tiny glass and therefore often there was a line for the water. It would be more efficient to just place one water jug on each table or something like that.

The location of the hotel is great and is very close to the strip/beach front but we heard no noise from the strip in the evening, which is a great positive. The room was spacious and we enjoyed using the balcony. The pool at the hotel was lovely and the surrounding sunbeds were very comfy. Never had an issue getting a sunbed but we did travel outside of school holidays.

Unfortunately, when we were there, there were building works right behind the villa from 7am to 3/4pm each weekday. This noise was constant and loud throughout the day. As we travelled independently we didn’t get told this before our trip. The manager did give us the option of moving to a sister hotel or getting a partial refund. Secondly, we weren’t allowed to bring our own bottled water to dinner and if we wanted water we had to pay, which I found ridiculous.

Very modern, extremely clean and in a good location. The strip is about 100 metres away but it’s great that you cannot hear it from the hotel at all at night time. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The hair dryer actually worked unlike other hotels🙌🏽 towels were changed everyday and the bed was made. The bed was huge and comfortable. Our stay included breakfast and the selection of food was very good. Happy hour each day was great. Overall we had such a fab time here

Construction was happening right next to the hotel during the time of our stay which is completely out of the hotels control but it was really annoying listening to it for majority of the day🙈

The breakfast is excellent and Rafa is an absolute gem. The place is very clean and the rooms are maintained every morning, with a nice touch panel to lock the door or put on do not disturb. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and spoke superb english.

The shower in our room was bipolar and was only really hot or really cold and the water pressure was poor. That being said when we reported this an engineer came within 10 mins to fix it. A lot of older people at this hotel...

Cozy and clean apartments with a lot of space. Fantastic pool area, and super friendly staff which helps you all the way. You can find peace in otherwise not se peaceful location. Bar area is very nice and complimentari to pool area.

Rooms don't have that much privacy, all patios are open and people basically walk through each others space, curtains are mandatory. Also, dinner is a little bit dissapointing, good selection but not so great.

Very cozy and quiet inside, near the pool. Good location. Nice breakfast selection. Free gym.

AC is there but it’s doing nothing, quite hot inside. Strong bleach smell in the room. Good that they clean everything but this makes staying inside not easy. Not understand why pool is only functioning until 18:00. Its only the time when sun is but burning so much and you can finally swim safely. Pool itself very small and all places are taken right after the breakfast.
