Hotel was clean and bright. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, so no need to get up super early. Our room was big, comfy beds and pillows. Location was great as you could choose what type of night you wanted - a quiet one in the hotel or a boozy one on the strip!

Food wasn't the best - not much choice and quality wasn't great. Also all inclusive drinks were local substitutes, not branded

The hotel exceeded expectations. It offers everything you need. Excellent location. A very rich and diverse selection of food and drinks. Every evening, the hotel organizes various fun activities. Very friendly staff, from the reception, kitchen, bar, waiters, cleaners and all employees. I would especially like to emphasize and thank the amazing animation team, who with their energy give a special story and with their approach you feel as if you are on vacation with your best friends. Daily activities organized by the hotel, such as dancing, aqua dance, archery, carabine shooting, bocce, badminton, ping pong, etc. are something you will experience and remember for the rest of your life. The food was excellent, the location is right by the beach and close to the main clubs, the room was clean and the staff very nice and supportive.

We stayed at the ground floor and the noise was terrible during nighttime. We asked to change the room but received no positive answer. Trucks loading and unloading stuff came every night, in the middle of the night, EVEN AT 3 AM!!! , the horribly loud sound of broken glass went through the windows. Total lack of consideration for guests trying to sleep at such a time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a great experience. The food was delicious and the rooms were perfect. he hotel's personal was amazing. The animators, in particular, were special and made my stay truly enjoyable. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and they made sure that all guests had a great time.

However, there were a lot of extra charges for things that I expected to be included in the price of my stay. This was a bit frustrating, as I felt like I was constantly having to pay extra for things that should have been included. My biggest complaint, however, was that if you had breakfast and dinner, they did not provide anything to drink during dinner. This meant that you had to pay extra for water, which I found surprising and disappointing.

The room, pool area, spa, location are all excellent. I personally found the Ned’s too firm for me but otherwise room is good. We had a spa access room and used the facilities which were very good and a nice touch added to the holiday. My only disappointment is the food. It is quite basic and the same offerings.

Excellent location and close to beach

The chefs were using the same tongs for raw meat as they used when serving cooked meat. I think a bit of training is required in that department.

Absolutely fantastic hotel from start to finish we stayed for 12 days in room 512 on the 5th floor really beautiful room with a great view of the pool and the Sea. Pool area really spacious lovely relaxation area and too great pools one very deep and other one suitable for all ages,kids pool on top deck great pool bar where you can get burgers hot dogs pizza chips and lovely cocktails 😊 we were all inclusive and the food in Restaurant was really good quality and great variety everyday always something to eat and I'm a picky eater. Staff in all areas were Exceptional they really are very good and work extremely hard .It's the most cleanest place I've every stayed in.The Entertainment was actually brilliant especially the Beatles tribute band and the party night on Friday was also great fun the DJ got everyone up dancing playing music for all ages too. lastly the SPA was also brilliant you have free access with the room we had we were at it a few days of our stay and I have to say was something to give you a boost of energy always came out a new women it was really relaxing and revitalising overall we had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back again thanks so much GALA 💖

No English speaking stations on TV in room apart from Euronews it's my only complaint I have if they could put a few more would be great not that we spent to much time in room watching TV but nice to have the option

The hotel definitely deserves 4 stars, everywhere was clean, whether in the rooms or everywhere in the hotel. The surroundings was beautiful full of greenery and cactus and palm trees, the lobby of the hotel was gorgeous. Access to the beach was also perfect, the hotel has its own shortcut to the beach which takes about 7 minutes. Every evening there was a program at the hotel (live band, singer, DJ). There were also many programmes during the day at the pools, both for children and adults. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one for children and the other "swimming" with a depth of 180cm. Next to the pool there are many sunbeds, we never had a problem that we did not have a place even people were taking sunbeds in the morning at 7:30. There were also 2 bars with drinks by the pools. Staff was very nice and helpful. The dinners were really good, every day we had something different. They even have an open kitchen in the restaurant and prepare food for you on the spot (pasta, fresh fish, beef, lamb, various Chinese specialties). Breakfast was always the same but that's probably understandable.

The only minus that I perceive on this hotel is the lack of staff in the restaurant. As it is a rather large hotel with many guests, many times it happened that they did not keep refilling the food, and there was a terrible mess around the buffet tables. At dinner you have to order drinks from the staff and many times it happened to us that the staff came to order after 20 minutes, we had already eaten almost everything.. even after reminding the staff that we wanted to order. There were few vegetables at breakfast. You only had a choice of lettuce, tomato and fresh onion.. The hotel is situated close to the nightclubs where loud music plays until 4-5 am. It's quite audible when the balcony is open, we personally didn't mind. when you close the balcony you can hardly hear it.

The staff were really exceptional, the chefs and the reception staff especially stuck out to me and my little boy . We got our room upgraded to a pool view one upon arrival , and it was spotless. Really central location for those with little kids who don’t like waking far either! The food was good with plenty options , value for money was great me and my son were both really shocked at the bargain we picked up.
