Really nice hotel , staff were lovely & friendly. The location is perfect to explore the area. The pool area is very nice and pool is warm. Food was excellent and varied each night and I did not get bored of it. Price of drinks is also very reasonable. The hotel is kept immaculate and clean. Really enjoyed the stay and would return.

As many reviews mention, it's unfortunate that the nightclubs one block over need to play the music so loud till all hours of the morning. Really should be a restriction on the noise level which is unfortunately beyond the control of the hotel. Decent ear plugs are a must if you are on the pool side of the hotel at night. The hotel could help itself by upgrading the balcony doors. They do not close air tight and this lets alot of noise in.

The spa was a lovely bonus , so close to the beach which was great. The infinity pool is fantastic especially to escape the loud music played at the main pool daily.

Hotel room floor wasn’t cleaned daily There was no towels available for the sun lounger for me and had to ask several times for one before I got one despite paying €15 deposit. Breakfast was adequate. The nightclubs are very noisy and of course of no fault to the hotel itself. More staff needed at the pool side bar, waited 20+ minutes to get a drink/food several times which was a shocking waste of holiday time and disappointing. Breakfast over staffed and poolside bar understaffed.

Food service - excellent, clean, good. Pool - with heating, 3 pools, even for small kids. Bar - superb. Evening entertainment- every day. Much services in hotel - car rent, travel agent, shops, foto service.

Mini disco - have to change programm by 360, must take example from main land Spain hotels or Mallorca. Evening entertainment content, only content- quite average , 30% YES, 70% NO. Car park - no space, should reserve early before stay, but there is chance to leave on free street parking in 10 minutes walk. Near hotel public parking cost 17eur/ per day, not 24h is counted, but day 1 + day 2 = 34eur in total… you have to decide, keep in this or use street parking, if there is not reserved space in hotel parking.

The food and the location are very good if you compare quality and price.

Reservation of sunbeds in the pool area should not be allowed.

From check-in to check-out we could not fault this hotel. We stayed in a panoramic room on the 8th floor which was very comfortable. These rooms are roughly three times the size of a standard room and come with free pool towels, room safe and Spa access and a stocked room minibar on arrival. An expansive room balcony with 2 sun loungers with sea views was a great plus. Large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and monsoon shower. USB charging points (6) in the room which was very useful. The hotel is located literally across the road from the beach. Sunset pics taken from balcony. On getting to our room we found the safe was locked and could not be used but on reporting back to reception we had maintenance staff correcting the problem within minutes. Two additional pillows were requested when reporting the safe issue and were provided to our room before we even started to unpack. We stayed on a half board basis and were not disappointed with the choice of food at either breakfast or dinner. A pre or post dinner drink in the bar area adjacent to the pool with premium brand spirits was always value for money given the generous spanish measures! With entertainment every night we did not need to leave the hotel in the evening but we did on one evening only to be ripped off by a local bar on Veronica's strip which was obviously selling watered down spirits. We cannot comment on the Spa although we had free access, we never used the facility.

Hotel is saving money and do not employ enough peoples. Big queues in pool bar etc.

We stayed in Deluxe room with spa bath. Everything was as advertised, so there was no unpleasant surprises. View from the balcony is awesome and we had really great sunset views. Spa bath in the room worked without problems and also shower was very nice. Our option had breakfast and dinner included (half board). Food was okay, there was always something new to try and enough different options that everyone could find something tasty to eat. Staff was very kind and always willing to help. Cleaning staff always did their job very well, so room was always very clean and everything was neatly arranged. There was always enough parking space and it was right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to find and easy to access. Parking was 6 € per day. With the Deluxe room we also got free minibar (they fill it up when you arrive) and access to spa center, so we also got the bath robes included. For us, the spa center was great, with three different saunas (Finnish, Roman and Turkish), Jacuzzi and thermal pool. I think that guests of every floor have access to some closed off space on that floor. On 8th floor we had terrace with beautiful views of the city, beach and sunsets, so this is another added benefit for staying in Deluxe room.

With more expensive rooms free parking could also be included.

The room was very nice and spacious - we had a panoramic bath room and it was unbelievable! The mini bar and use of spa was a great touch to the room! We got new pool towels every day and the room were very cleanly and lovely. The food was okay - sometimes it was cold The drinks during lunch & tea was great as you got glass bottles of soft drinks which was a great touch The pool was amazing! Both the main pool and infinity pools were great and we loved it! Especially the sun loungers!

Food was sometimes cold More bar staff is needed on the bar as the queue for drinks was always very long as there was only 1 or 2 on during the day and around 3 on an evening. There seems to be a shortage of sun beds and umbrellas as if you don’t go down in time, you will end up not getting one - although the lifeguard would help find them if you needed them!

I liked almost everything: the location, the quality of food, the size and the furniture in the room. I was extremely happy to get such a view. The personal was rather friendly.

However, the cleanliness of the room could have been improved, as without the request the floor has not been swept for 3 days. After the critics from my side, the situation has been changed. Moreover, the noise of the neighbors was awful. The people were drunk and made a lot of noise at night. However, this situation was also positively resolved, as the hotel has the security that can be easily called out. The last but not least: in four star hotel it is strange that for the kettle and the fridge there must be additional pay. Since I was ill, it was very disappointing aspect. The critics concerning this aspect have been heard from other tourists as well. Please, think over this aspect!
