The view was amazing Manager Amar great customer service

Overpriced in restaurant and bar . Paid 28 euro for house red , same bottle in supermarket for 3.50. I totally understand that they have to make some profit, but that was too much We didn't have breakfast included, so be careful as you will be charged 15 pp 😉 we were not told about this and for 4 croissant 2 coffee 2 orange juice it costs 64 euro 😉. On checking out we did explain this to Rafel on reception who called the restaurant Manager Amar who very kindly told Rafel to not charge us. Amar is so lovely and looks after you very well . All staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Visited Adeje in January with family, first time on Canary islands. We had a very good experience. The hotel management is super good. We had a small issue with the hotel staff which was handled extremely professionally by the hotel manager. Pool: heated, can be used the whole year round, which was great as kids liked it a lot Breakfast: I liked it, it had all the needed options for everyone in the group. It might be repetitive though as mentioned in some comments. Coffee from the machine could be better, there is an option to get coffee from barista for a separate price though Changing towels and linens: they don't change it daily, which makes perfect sense for me. They tell you at check-in what is the schedule. If you need an extra change there is a small fee The hotel territory is quite big, but there is not too many occupants since the rooms are big as well (more like apartments). Never felt crowded. Animation was good and entertaining Also, many comments mentioned there is a steep pathway to the hotel. It is indeed there, just be aware. We used the car most of the times, so it was not an issue at all. Taxi from the city is quite affordable as well

Free coffee was not the best

Spacious apartment that truly felt like home away from home. Nice view, jacuzzi is a plus. Comfy beds, lots of cupboards. Well equipped kitchen. Small grocery store on site. Super friendly staff. Restaurant ok, but rather expensive compared to other places in Tenerife.

Parking is very limited and the spaces are tiny. Terraces are in the sun with hardly any shade; often too warm to enjoy during the day. Umbrellas don’t give much shade and fly away with the wind. Hotel is located on a steep hill, outside the main areas, so prepare to walk or take a taxi to/from town. Happy hour cocktails at the bar were basically juice with grenadine- very poor taste and value.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a hot tub as a party of six - four adults and two toddlers. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quite luxurious (spa bath in master) and exceeded our expectations. We liked that the hotel was a twenty minute walk from the beaches and craziness of the strip, we could walk down for a swim every afternoon and then head back to the tranquility of the hotel and its wide reaching views. The walk was no problem for us or our four year old, but is steep at the very top. Swimming pools were lovely and so quiet. Food and drinks in the restaurant and bar were very good and portion size was huge. Shop and kids club on site very helpful - shop selling nice baked goods also served at breakfast. It’s not the heaviest child hotel, more mature crowd, and so outside of school holidays there was only our daughter at kids club, but the staff made a fuss of her and she enjoyed spending an hour with them every day (it only runs one hour at a time, a couple times per day).

The quality of the coffee machine and orange juice at breakfast was awful. These are my only two gripes and really need resolving with a more expensive machine.

Winter family vacation with 2 kids. Hotel location (further up over the highway) is great and the apartments are constructed in such a way that every terrace provides a wonderful view over the sea. The walk down to the promenade takes about 15 mins, the way up may be challenging for some (elevators exist once you reach the reception to take you up to the next levels). Free parking spaces are available, although limited in number. The apartment was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities available (a safe, iron/ironboard, fully equipped kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, etc.), big terrace (umbrella, deck chairs, etc.). The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar, a small mini-market. Quiet environment, very family friendly (kids activities, etc.). Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Each room with its own WiFi code.

Breakfast had a few options, however, too mainstream. It would be nice to offer some healthier and/or local product choices. Had pizza at the restaurant which was not good.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. The location is perfect for ocean view. The rooms are cleaned well and all staff is super friendly. The hotel is not new, but is still nice and looks good. Heated pool is another great asset of this place. Also there’s a laundry room where for 4.5 euro token you can wash your clothes - that was very comfortable when you travel with kids. It is around 20 min by foot to the beach, so having a car is recommended unless you like going uphill on the way back from the beach.

The only thing I’d improve here is breakfast. It is nice itself, but nothing, literally nothing, changes every day and the variety to choose from is not so big. It is fine for short stay but staying 8 nights like us means you are having 100% similar breakfast every day.

Great view. Spacious apartments with large terraces, very nice staff. Not too crowded. Complimentary parking. Convenience store onsite. Walking distance to Siam Park.

I did not appreciate the cleaning policy (only one sweep of the rooms during our 10 day stay) and the fact the breakfasts were exactly the same every single day (even though they were quite good). Also 10 am is quite early for check out (in fact I have never seen this early time in my entire life), but they did allow us to hang by the pool and gave us clean towels to shower afterwards.

Our apartment was immaculately presented and the balcony a fabulous size and well appointed, The hot-tub was wonderfully maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen well appointed and had everything we required. Excellent shower/bath/bedroom facilities. We knew it was on a hill and didn't expect to walk into town but the walk was very do-able and enjoyable and if we did decide to use a taxi to return it was inexpensive and took only a few minutes from Adeje centre. Regular visitors to Adeje but first time visitors to Wyndham and we will most certainly return again.

Would have liked to be able to check in before 16.00 as we had a morning flight but despite our request this was not possible.

The best part of the apartment was the very large outside balcony/area which was well furnished.

For a stay of 7 nights you get one service mid stay. Towels changed and bins emptied. There was some bedding in the cupboard but only single size. I would have like to change the sheets. It would also be good to have some bathroom cleaner and a cloth. It should also be noted that unless you have pretty good fitness the up hill walk would be a real challenge.

The complex is very clean and the apartment was really well laid out, clean and comfortable. Loads of hot water whenever you needed it. The balcony was really big with a table & 4 chairs, 2 reclining comfortable chairs, 2 sunbeds and a sun umbrella and there was still room for more! I loved the dishwasher, you only got 4 tablets but could get more free from reception. We had loads of towels and the room was cleaned once and towels changed once during our 10 day stay which was plenty. The pool area was nice, you could always get a sunbed and the pool water was warm.

It was up a REALLY steep hill but that didn't bother us as we are fit and had a car. There were lifts to all the apartments so mobility isn't an issue whilst on site. There were regular taxis for those that didn't want to walk. We were approx 10-15 minute walk to the seafront where most of the restaurants are. It is next to the water park so you hear screams during the day but the music around the pool, although was quiet, was enough that you didn't really 'hear' them.
