The hotel looks amazing, beautifully decorated with lots of plants, the preferred club area with the sunbeds is wonderful. Many places to eat and drink, very good breakfast with many options to choose from, same for lunch and dinner if you decide to eat at the hotel restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Altghough the breakfast had lots of foods to choose from, it’s the same everyday so if you stay more than a week you feel the need for something else. The mini bar was refilled only once during our stay at our request which is unacceptable at a hotel where you pay 230 euro per night.

The resort is fabulous. Service was amazing from start to finish. Our rooms were cleaned efficiently every day. We took advantage of the dining offer in the world Cafe, the choice is amazing we had exceptional service, especially from Marco in the World Grill.

Amazing! we booked a club suite in order to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. We were given a very recently refurbished suite which far exceeded our initial expectations. Living room with full kitchen with, hob, full fridge freezer (that was handy), sofa, table and chairs. Main bedroom on one side, absolutely huge room, really comfortable bed, sofa. Ensuite facilities consisted of beautiful bath, his and hers vanity, separate shower unit. On the other side of the living area was a full size twin room with its own own ensuite facilities similar to the master but no freestanding bath. Huge amounts of wardrobe space, mini bars, rituals toiletries, hairdryers and clothes steamers in both rooms. There were 3 balconies overlooking the pool, one with lounger and 2 with sofas and small bistro tables. This combination had originally been 3 separate rooms but made the most amazing suite on level 5 Breakfast buffet gave us everything we needed and served until 11am. Tried the club lounge breakfast once, but main room was best for a family with different tastes. Barefoot grill for lunch was ideal for chicken strips, fries, toasties, burgers etc. Babbo steakhouse was also excellent, with a huge selection of cuts such a wagyu. The club access was lovely for sundowners. Huge terrace, lovely seating, free pour spirits, mixers, beers, cava, wine etc and a selection of canapes from 4.30 until 7pm. Access also available for soft drinks, tea, coffee, pastries etc earlier in the day. The staff are what bring the standard though, from reception on arrival and all the way through our stay, they were bright, cheery and helpful when approached. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt valued as customers. Turndown service was a nice wee touch. Pre teen also loved the safe environment to go hangout in the teen zone, games and relaxation area independently. Excellent wifi, meant we could always be on contact with her withing the resort. Pool area was lovely too.

Area of resort was a bit less upmarket than surrounding areas and in comparison to the general hotel standard. That said, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops on the doorstep. A special mention to a newish restaurant just beside the hotel, turn left at the sea side gate exit, "Eulenspiegel", lovely food, amazing service and live music. Delightful to watch the older patrons dance the evening away whilst we enjoyed our meal. If you do wish fancier options, reception was happy to call a taxi and within minutes it would arrive. Under 10 euro would take you the more upscale areas in either Las Americas or Adeje.

My newly-husband and me loved the breakfast, it was amazing, great variety, we never skipped it. One time we took a dinner buffet and we loved it too. The placement is great, it is very close to the beach. The personnel were very helpful with everything. We came here for honeymoon and we loved it. I will definitely recommend it to other people

Sometimes we were very tired and we wanted to go to sleep early but there was live music under our balcony until 11 pm. Even though music was beautiful, it was too loud. After 11 pm it was complete silence :) It was a slight inconvenience so still the experience was exceptional

The resort is absolutely beautiful! It was immaculately clean, the staff were helpful, the buffet had a huge selection and the a la carte restaurants were pricey but worth it for the change. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature, we couldn't get our little one out he loved it that much! Also a special mention to Luicana in the kids club for being so good with our son.

- The room felt a bit obsolete: the bed was creaking, the sliding doors of the wardrobe were rough to slide, old window fixtures, old showerheads, not enough storage space, not enough light in the room. - There is no room insonorisation: good news is that you won't miss one of the music shows... - The menu selection of the lunch was a bit bland

I loved everything about this resort — the beautiful building, the sunset bar with perfect views, and the wide range of facilities including the pool, bar, restaurants, and even a gym. The maid service was excellent, with a very friendly and thorough maid who kept everything spotless. If I remember correctly, her name is Cecilia. We had breakfast and dinner as part of the half-board, and there was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, catering to all tastes. This was our first time in Tenerife, and by far the most beautiful resort I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere was relaxing, welcoming, and perfect for families and couples alike. It definitely makes you want to come back when visiting Tenerife again.

Our stay at Dreams Jardín Tropical was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the ocean and lush gardens. The hotel’s architecture and design are breathtaking, a true tropical paradise nestled in the heart of Costa Adeje. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony that gave us a beautiful spot to unwind each evening. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was another highlight, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options to suit every taste. We also enjoyed several meals at the on-site restaurants, all offering delicious dishes and attentive service. The pool area was a perfect place to relax, with plenty of sunbeds. The entire hotel feels peaceful and exclusive, yet it’s just a short walk from the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. But what really made our stay memorable was the staff, always friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request was met with a smile. If you’re looking for relaxation, and top-tier service in Tenerife, Dreams Jardín Tropical is the place to be.

The location in quiet part of the town, but it’s 15 min walk or the center. Parking for the guests, beautiful hotel, nice pool with waterfall, great “preferred club” sunbeds with stunning views. We were on our wedding anniversary and were upgraded to the room with amazing views on ocean, town and Teide. The stuff is great. Highly recommend paying for “preferred club” program as it gives access to some nice areas for sunbathing, snack bar with open bar, free parking etc. Totally worth it. The breakfast and dinners at the buffet are amazing!
