I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The room we had was spacious and included something like a small kitchen with excellent equipment. The hotel itself was beautiful and exactly the kind I like – not a huge, impersonal complex, but rather a cozy and well-designed place. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area.

If there is one thing that could be improved, it’s the food. It could be a bit more varied. And one thing I simply cannot understand is the profanation of scrambled eggs. The taste was absolutely terrible – it seemed to be a mix of powdered eggs and some gelatinous cheese-like substance. On the first day, it didn’t even resemble scrambled eggs in colour! I travel a lot and have slept in many places around the world, but even a vegan tofu scramble tastes and feels more like actual scrambled eggs than whatever that was.

Found Olga receptionist on our arrival and throughout stay quite rude and unfriendly I wanted to see room before I pay€1644 for my stay -she didn’t like this and said if you don’t like you have no option as we are full !-rude !-and replied I can get another hotel !-also asked for assistance regarding bus -not friendly because of arrival situation -bar and breakfast staff outstanding

Breakfast excellent apart from juices which were dispensed from a machine. The orange juice was not good, everything else was great. Loved the pool area, beautiful gardens and rear entrance.

Room was spacious and cleaned/made up every day, and air con was effective and quiet in the room. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice, although it starting at 8 felt a little late to me, especially when we had to leave earlier on a couple days for trips etc. Staff were great, especially when I had to call the hotel to inform them we wouldn't be arriving until the next day due to our flight being diverted and rescheduled. Good location, never had any issues getting a bed by the pool although we weren't there during a peak period. Chilled and relaxed atmosphere.

The only negative was we had a room that seemed to let in a fair amount of noise but not from other guests. I presume there is a bar or club nearby that has singers or karaoke and at risk of sounding like a bore a couple nights when we were back in our room early having to listen to a rendition of My Heart Will Go On meant I either had to turn the TV on fairly loud or look for earplugs to drown out the noise. I'm aware this is no fault of the hotel as such and the singing didn't go past 11pm and wasn't every night but I was a little surprised at how loud and clear I could hear everything.

Room was beautifully decorated very clean & spacious. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices for everyone and a lovely additional touch was a glass of cava in the morning if you wished. Pool area was clean and well maintained ,bar food was lovely and the staff always friendly.

The hotel was beautiful, pool, staff, food, all amazing. The room itself was enormous and bigger than my entire flat at home! Had lovely complimentary toiletries aswell. Nothing to fault with the hotel itself

However, the noise level of an evening is a different story. No fault of the hotel but Harleys Diner had extremely loud lives bands on every night and it felt like they might as well have been set up in the corner of our hotel room as it’s echoed all around and there was no escaping this. The lighter note, it did end at midnight. Normally this wouldn’t have bothered us but my partner was quite poorly and all he wanted to do was sleep and this was just not possible

I contacted the hotel ahead of our arrival with a special request which they were able to provide and that was amazing. The staff are really friendly and professional and we received a warm welcome and a glass of cava on arrival. The hotel is lovely with a decent size pool and pool bar serving lunch and drinks throughout the day. Our apartment was a great size with a large bedroom and bathroom (hairdryer provided) plus a lounge/kitchen area with a microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Washing up liquid, cloth and t-towel were provided. We also had a lovely large balcony overlooking the inner atrium of the hotel. The balcony had 2 sun loungers plus a table and chairs. There was a large TV in the lounge area with several English channels including BBC 1 and 2 and ITV. We had a daily clean and towel change. The breakfast option was great with ‘cooked to order’ egg options, the usual bacon, sausage etc, plus yoghurts, cereals, salad, lots of fruit, cold meats, cheeses, bread and cakes. Everything was replenished regularly and was fresh and tasty. Pool towels are provided free of charge. Free safety deposit box in the apartment too. ATM in the foyer which was really handy. The hotel is in a great location if you like lively bars etc. You go out the back gate and down steps/escalators to the port, beach, bars and restaurants. If you go out the front entrance there are lots of bars and restaurants in both directions. We had a free taxi from the airport via Booking.Com which was brilliant and the process went very smoothly.

If we were planning to cook there were no cooking utensils in our apartment such as a spatula, spoon etc. There was just one pan, a glass oven dish and one oven dish but the oven itself had no shelves. The staff are so accommodating though, I’m sure these would have been provided if we asked. There was the usual reserving of beds every day which was really annoying. Some days whole rows of sun beds had towels on them yet people didn’t turn up until after lunch. I think this should be better monitored by the pool team. No fault of the hotel but it’s very close to local bars and from around 2 in the afternoon there was extremely loud music/singing. This could be a bit intrusive if we were trying to chill on the balcony. The other end of the resort is much quieter.

Design to sooth and calm. Very good breakfast. Very good quality of the room and value for money.We had one minute to enjoy the pool with our little one. Very well maintained.

If you want to have it very calm is better not to have apartment close to Hardrock cafe as there was a bit of a street/ restaurant noise in the evening. The closest beach was also not the nice for a little baby. It is quite of a party place with loud music, cigarettes in the sand, quite a few early evening drunk people.

Staff were lovely & acted very quickly when the boiler broke & flooded the kitchen! Maintenance were there very quickly & sorted it out.

Unfortunately we hadn't realised the area was so built up & noisy.

Staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful..Everything super clean..large spacious room with outside area which had sun cover which could be used. Reception area led on to lovely outside seating area then the pool area. We were given free use of shower room when unable to get late check out. Good location- quite central. Really good selection for breakfast.

Bed was a little hard.Cooked food at breakfast a little cool. But with food - we only stayed one night due to delay by storm at home affecting our return journey.. so couldn’t judge if cool food a norm..or just maybe what my husband chose on that morning.
