Room was nice with a sea front view. It was clean and well kept. Hotel all round was nice. We done the all inclusive and it was well worth the money. Food for breakfast , lunch and dinner was good with plenty of different options and themed nights. Friendly staff made the experience joyful. Great location with plenty of bars and places to eat near by. Short walks down the coast line take you to some more nice bars and places to eat. All round great hotel.

Minor things, beds where two singles pushed together, pool you had to get down early due to people putting towels down early (but that's the same most places). Air con could of been a lil stronger.

Great location, in the centre of everything. A two min walk to the beach with bars, shops and restaurants just outside the door.

I'll start off by saying we never complain but to be fair we paid extra for a superior room and requested a double bed but got 2 singles... The coffee machine water holder was filthy with a smell of mold. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and leaked down onto the toilet seat for the entire week. The laminate floor was coming apart all over the place and needs to be glued together. We informed the girl at reception, maintenance came to the room but did absolutely nothing. The coffee machine wasn't changed either. We would have expected more even with the standard room. Just aswell we're not all that fussy, I'm sure other people would have had a lot to say. It's a shame as the hotel itself is nice and the location and the food is great. All in all though, it's just not good enough really.

The hotel was very clean and is in an excellent location which we knew as we have been to the area before. The food was very good and the quality of the drinks were excellent.

If I’m being very picky, the hotel could really do with some sort of face lift it is quite dated in parts. I am only marking down the service of the staff because of 1 main reason and this was the gentleman who worked behind the bar at the pool, he really did spoil it as his colleagues were excellent, he was tall with glasses. Very miserable with no pleasantries.

Location was superb and the staff were very good. Room was spotless and the facilities were great.

Choice of vegetarian food could have been better. I am vegan and there wasn't a great variety for me.

This was our 3rd visit, I emailed the hotel to see if we could stay in the room we stayed the first time as the bed was fantastic... they managed to do this for us, the room was lovely and clean, staff were brilliant, we were all inclusive... breakfast was great the omelettes were lovely - you could choose your own fillings, food choice each day for evening meal was great, we never had lunch there as we would be on a walk about in Adeje, the snack bar was great. the only downside was the sunbeds but we managed... some had sunk so once you were on the bed it was hard to get out, [if they put mattresses on top of the beds that would be an added bonus] that only happened twice. The pool was cold when you 1st got in, but then once you were in it was fine. i am hoping to go back again for a long weekend either before Christmas or for New Year if I can get booked in :)

Nothing really, just the sunbeds to be either upgraded or replaced and the pool towels have seen there day... they need to be replaced

The staff at this hotel are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa, water aerobics and the buffet which changes daily. Hotel is a short taxi to and from airport (just over 30Eur). Lots within walking distance from the hotel including the beach. Siam Park is only a 20 min walk away too, although slightly hilly. Evening entertainment was varied at the hotel there's a lot to do/see nearby if it's not your thing on a particular night. We paid extra for a late checkout to enjoy an extra day at the pool before our evening flight home. Reception was happy to book a taxi for us. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for a lovely stay.

Room cleaning could be improved, the turndown service was minimal. When we arrived in our room there was a fake eyelash on the bathroom floor and a hair on the bidet... we noticed both were still there when we checked out. There are a couple of stains to the soft furnishings in our room which could have been dealt with (curtains,chair and bed runner). No tea or coffee facilities in the room which was a shame so we bought our own mini kettle from the shop around the corner. The buffet has signs saying they don't accept people in flip-flops or vests but the rule wasn't enforced so perhaps the hotel should remove those signs.

I liked the location, and the quietness of the hotel. Breakfast was good, liked the fresh omelettes being made.

I didn't like that I requested when booking to get a double and I got 2 single beds pushed together, tried to change but reception did not understand, not great English. The indoor pool, you had to pay extra to use which I did not know before arrival and it closes rather early! The lady that served the omelettes was rude and the staff kept talking in their own language amongst themselves loudly, which isn't comfortable to be around.

Location was good, only a 5 min walk down to the beach via a slope or steps or lift/escalators (if working). Breakfast was plentiful and varied - hot/cold/pastries/savoury etc Room was a good size for 2 people

No air conditioning for 7 out of the 9 days wasn't good The minibar fridge never got anything cold, we thought it was broken so called the maintenance team, they looked and said yes the panel at the back is cold so its working - it didnt even get a small bottle of water cold
