friendly , clean , location

The food was very bland .. breakfast was great .. lunch ok .. dinners very poor this time ..

Great base, was clean and tidy all the time. The rooms were cleaned 5 times during the week we stayed. Drinks were a good mix for adults and kids...although some were incredibly strong! Lots of kids activities during the day if your kids like that sort of thing.

The food was a little hit and miss and repetitive, although we did manage to eat! Breakfast was amazing. Was quite noisy with a lot of kids running around late in the evening. Pools are quite small for the amount of guests but was plenty of sunbeds.

would have preferred some Spanish food on the menu to many British meals

lovely hotel in ideal location. staff where so friendly and helpful. Bar and Restaurant staff worked so hard and always smiling. Good range of entertainment in pool and Millennium Bar. Food was good with a wide choice. plenty of sun loungers and 2 pools and kids pool. pools are heated with bar and snack bar throughout day. Would highly recommend

Nothing I disliked

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and helpful staff.

I paid for all inclusive but food and drinks are very poor quality so me and my son didn’t eat or drink at the hotel. Everything else was OK

nice big rooms, food was good, nice layout with two pool areas

the pool areas didn’t open till 10am and closed at 6pm which meant queues in the morning until gates open by life guard

the property was clean. and cleaners can regularly throughout the week. a good location - walking distance to the beach. great selection of food at every meal.

pools are small for the amount of people staying - queueing for sun beds in the morning a good hour if not two was required.

Food -Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent

I left my sweater in the bar during night and someone took it and never returned it to reception. I asked reception and they said the staff were supposed to return everything to reception but the barman boys who took it did not return it. It was unfortunate incident.

we had breakfast and dinner and I must say, everything was DELICIOUS! big variety of food, everything extremely fresh, the food was cooked in front of you. the staff is incredibly nice, smiling all the time and helpful. we changed our location later on during the trip to a 4th star hotel in Los Cristianos and we miss PlayaOlid (food was better at PlayaOlid, more comfy feeling, the overall impression and atmosphere was better at PlayaOlid). the location is great, close to the beach at walking distance, but far enough to not hear the clubs or the buzzing of the people. a lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel. you have space to park your rented car if you want near the hotel (don’t rent from the rental service in the hotel, it is expensive - 60 euro per day) will definitely come back to PlayaOlid in the future!

the only thing that bugged us a bit was that the water pipes were passing through our bedroom’s wall and we could hear in the morning when the guests above us would take a shower (i am also an extremely light sleeper, maybe that didn’t help either). the furniture is a bit outdated, but to be honest, we didn’t care. everything else was soo great, this wasn’t even considered as a minus for us.

Nice pool and our apartment was right next to it. Had our own personal sun loungers so no need to que for one. Food was also nice and staff were friendly.

Cocktail drinks were all far too strong that you couldn't enjoy it and fizzy drinks had too much syrup. Stairwells to apparments can be noisy at night with certain inconsiderate families thinking it's just them on holiday.
