The staff is absolutely excellent, with endless patience for children and always with a smile on their face and ready to help you with anything. The cleaning was also incredibly nice, they came every day and made the beds, took out trash and scrubbed the floor and more. Many things about this hotel that are absolutely very nice: the staff, the cleaning, the mini disco every night with lots of other shows, the swimming pools, the children's pool, the playground, the ice cream, the desserts, the breakfast and much more. At least our kids had a great time there and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, will definitely be back.

We adults often didn't like the food , often very tasteless and unexciting. But the breakfast, snacks and desserts are very good. The children's pool is said to be heated, but we couldn't feel it when we were there in January, just as cold as the others.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. tasty food. Pool bar pours good cocktails. We needed gluten-free food and we received an explanation at each meal from the chef as to what was allowed to be eaten.

The safe in the rooms is locked with a key, you have to deposit 20 euros in cash on the key at the reception, when you return the key you get the money back, in addition the cost of the safe is 2.5 euros per day. The flow in the shower was weak, a bottle of body soap hanging in the bathtub is a very uncomfortable place, hard to reach while showering. Parking problem near the hotel. Sunbeds near the pool are occupied by people early in the morning, when you get to the pool all the sunbeds are occupied with towels, but there are no people.

We spent a week with our four year old daughter who had the best holiday! The hotel staff are amazing especially the animateurs, Stefano and the whole team go above and beyond everyday to entertain everyone and create happy and positive atmosphere for everyone! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! The hotel is so child friendly down to the children’s plates and cups in the restaurant to the children’s pool area and kids club. The only negative point we would have about the hotel would be some of the hotel might need a slight refresh ( rooms / plates delf / pool and hotel room towels)

The property was very spacious and never felt crowded even though the hotel was very busy. The apartments were quite spacious and kept really clean every day. The food was really nice didn’t have any complaints whatsoever you could always find something to eat. The staff were amazing all really friendly but not in your face and not pushy when it came to looking for people to take part in activities. All the staff work really hard and are a great asset to the hotel. A great hotel for families I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return

Although the apartments were kept clean every day they could do with a little upgrading but nothing major it wouldn’t put me off. The hotel is quite far from the main area and the beach about a 15 min walk which is not too bad but coming back is uphill can be quite a struggle. We found it very difficult to get a taxi back on 2 occasions we waited 40 mins at 2 diff taxi ranks with no taxis arriving it was quite annoying.

We had an excellent stay – perfect for families! The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. There were loads of fun activities around the pool that kept my sons entertained all day – they especially loved the inflatables, water polo, ping pong competitions, and football. The food was also great, with something different every night, so there was always variety. All in all, a brilliant family hotel that I’d definitely recommend – we’d love to go back!

Apartments are very spacious and really handy to have a microwave for sterilising baby bottles and dummies as we travelled with our 5 month old. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Wi-Fi was pretty good, food was good for the price and at breakfast you can have a fresh omelette made with your choice of filling. Shower was powerful, room was clean and the aircon was good also. We liked the rustic look of the buildings also with their pretty colours. Although we spotted a few people reserving sun loungers it didn’t seem much of a problem and there was always loungers available. Initially we were told we couldn’t have late checkout but when I went back later a really helpful member of staff (forget his name but it began with a G and he wore a white shirt and smart trousers) sorted it for us for a small fee which we were very grateful for as we had a late flight.

I think there are some simple improvements that could be made to really improve guest experience: at breakfast the fruit juice tasted like cordial rather than fresh juice. The entertainment room often smelt unpleasant like bleach. The white wine was completely undrinkable and other guests said the same thing to us. The rose wine was nice from the restaurant tap but the taps in the entertainment room produced a horrible rose wine that was undrinkable and had bits floating at the bottom of the glass. We didn’t like that you had to pay for cocktails after 11. plastic chairs on balcony ruin the look of the apartments. I’d also invest in nicer looking sunloungers to improve the appeal of the pool area. The baby pool was really cold and could do with warming up.

The resort is great for small families because it’s not too big or busy so I felt safe with the children. Looking at some of the other resorts along the coast I much preferred the style of ours, it was so pretty and Spanish like.

The downside of a small resort is that it has only one restaurant and one bar. They were perfectly fine but for two weeks it gets a bit boring doing and having the same thing all the time.

The food was above expectations, all meals especially the dinner. We loved the fact that the food was changed every evening and the hotel made an effort to provide diversity. The staff was really really nice, everybody from cleaning lady to reception, restaurant, in the kids club. Our kid had a fever and we asked what is the policy to see a doctor in the night, they were really helpful, at the end we didn;t need the doctor but they called us the second day to check how our kid was doing. They have activities for kids all the time, shows in the evening, face painting, games in the pool during the day. Amazing

Wifi, really really bad connection Coffee is not good, we had filter coffee for breakfast and you can only have it in the morning from filter otherwise really bad coffee from powder.

The variety of food was really great. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The entertainment program was really good too. Super family friendly and we felt really comfortable with our newborn.

Sometimes a bit dirty dishes and too much stairs. If you have a stroller you need to make a big circle to get to the restaurant.
